Ha!
I cannot BELIEVE they've let me use that title!
Ladies and gentlemen, the collection I've been promising you, the book that scoops up all those little short stories and provides you with some brand new ones, has been unleashed. There won't be a Spoiler Zone post because it's not one of the "book" books, but even so, try to limit the amount you give away about the endings.
Of the new stories included, I'm finding it hard to pick a favourite. The Horror Writers' Halloween Ball is the most out-and-out comedy of the lot, but Across A Dark Plain is a WESTERN, for god's sake, and it was SO much fun changing my writing style slightly to convey that mood.
But I think Get Thee Behind Me, Bubba Moon is probably my favourite. Much like The End of the World (which is also collected here), it's told from the point of view of an outsider, in this case a middle-aged American man. I didn't mean it to be quite so long, but it grew from a short story to a novella before I knew what was happening. The tone of this one is different, too — until a certain pair of intrepid detectives wander in with their bickering and their jokes...
Anyway, I hope you like it. I hope you ALSO like the sample chapter from The Dying of the Light. It is VERY well written, if I do say so myself.
Oh, and speaking of TDOTL, tomorrow I shall be revealing an awesomely cool limited edition alternative cover.
And it ROCKS.

«Oldest ‹Older 1601 – 1800 of 4344 Newer› Newest»((How thick is this ice, exactly?))
*punches Adra across the face, and kicks her in the shin* Stay out of this you mewling quim! *grabs sceptre and moves quickly to again poke at Alastair's heart*
*starts to melt a good deal faster*
Actually. I'm Team Rose!
*She dives for the sceptre, grabbing it and trying to tear it out if Loki's hands*
((Exact? No idea, but put it this way: Heimdall had difficulty getting out, and he's a god, even if you get out you'll be very weak. I can assure you, it'll take a lot of energy to melt yourself free.-Loki))
*is a lot stronger then Rose, and elbows her in the eye, extremely hard*
*Stumbles, gasping for breath, and hooks jumps onto Loki, spinning his helmet around to cover his eyes*
*She lets go, both of the sceptre and a scream. She scrambles back to her feet, despite the pain ricocheting through her skull. She stands, arms wide, eye closed, in front of Alastiar*
You, my annoying friend, are a bastard. Don't touch my friends.
Stay out of it, Silverrose!!!
*shakes helmet off head, and sends a dagger to Adra's eye*
*Dives to the side, and the dagger embeds itself into her side* *Hits the ground, and falls still*
*finally melts, his temperature quickly dropping from it's state while he was overheating himself* *stumbles over to Adra and collapses at her feet, taking shaky breaths* Are you, alright, Adra?
*She feels her body walk away, only a few meters, though*
I hate you. I hate you so much...
*She tries to think of ways around her restriction and grins. She lines up a small rock with Alastair and sends another gravitational repulse from her hands to the rock. The rock hits Alalstair's leg and the excess repulse hits the rest of him, making him scoot away ever so slightly.
*quickly, and accuratly sends a dagger to her heart* That's why you do not mess with me. *whacks Adra in the head with the sceptre* I hope she died.
*She repeats the same with Adra until they're both beside each other and smiles determinedly. She approaches Loki, despite everything in her telling her not get involved, with crossed arms. She stands between Loki and wounded couple*
Want them. Kill me.
*Her fingers are pressed tightly against the knife, trying to keep her blood from spilling out into the ground* *Whimpers*
*She flinches, and doesn't move*
Silverrose, leave the area. *pushes her away, and sends another dagger at Adra's neck*
*She deflects the dagger with gravity*
I hate you...
*Her feet are taking her backwards and she tries her hardest to stay. She seems drunk, lurching backwards but then pulling herself back again*
I hope you die. You'd make a pathetic king anyway, Loki!
*Her hand barely blocks the knife, squeezing her eyes shut* *Her Philosopher's Stone begins to glow*
I'm still going to protect them. Even if I can't be here... Make sure you know that Loki.
*She vanishes into the trees*
Actually, kill Adrados Dark, Silverrose. You will make no attempt to not kill her, and should you fail, I will kill Tyler (whoever Chord's character is).
*quickly uses the Tesseract to incase the stone in ice* That, is neat, but soon to be worthless. You will die here tonight, Adrasdos. I promise you, you can blame Alastair for this.
*pulls himself closer to Adra, starting to heal her, and holding her so any of Loki's daggers would hit him before her* Adra?
*teleports away with Adra*
*She lets out a scream of terror as se starts walking towards Adra*
No...
*She starts to cry as she pulls out a dagger*
Loki... Please...
*She locks eyes with Adra*
I'm sorry...
*Manages to create a shield of rock* Alastair...
Shit.
*She looks around, trying to find the couple*
No... That means...
*She falls to her knees, sobs tearing from her throat*
*grabs Alastair, and attempts to throw him off Adra* You are going to pay, Cruciatus. You are going to suffer.
Thor: Loki, he can suffer. I will deal with him.
I've moved us back home. You don't have to shield anything. *pauses to take a few breaths, still healing her* Shall I go back for Death?
Thor: *eyes rock, and simply keeps hitting the hammer against it, until it will crack*
((We've moved already.))
Zanida: Loki it won't...work...
Thor, the coward left. Alastair is nothing but a love struck fool.
*She jumps to her feet, wiping the tears away*
Alastiar is about as much fool as you are king, Loki! You will never be king! And Alastair will never be a fool!!
*Nods a little, and slowly begins to pull the knives out*
((I intend to thank you in the roleplay, Death, but I really ought to do so here as well, I think. Thank you.))
Silence, you mewling quim! Alastair is too worried about the whore.
*runs his fingers through her hair* You'll be alright if I do?
(Pfft! No worries, buddy! Anytime!
Because it is true.
And I don't lie... Very often...))
*Curls up into a ball*
*pokes Rose with the sceptre* You'll be useful. We may need a good ally.
Zanida: Loki! *is in her own pool of blood*
Zafira: *walks into the scene* Good god...*sees Loki* I think I'll take Alastair over you...
*She tenses up at the sceptre touches her. Her eyes start to turn an odd shade of blue. The tears stop running down her cheeks and she turns to Loki, her head tilted to the side*
Find Alastair and Adra, lure Alastair away and provide me Adra's location.
*She hears Zandia's cry and walks towards her, eerily quiet. She puts a hand on her shoulder and taps the symbol on her wrist. It's healing properties transfer into Zandia and her wounds fix themselves*
*She stands up and nods once in Loki's direction. She starts to think of all the possible places they could be and she settles on the simplest: their house*
Alright.
*She head off in the direction of their house, thinking of a good story to lure Alastair away with when she found him*
Zanida: *sits up, pretty shaken* Thank you, Rose. *smiles* *picks up her lance* That was not fun.
(I'm being forced to take a shower. It will be quick. I swear. I don't have to look presentable at all.))
*Her breathing is laboured, and begins to cry*
*splits into two, one of him teleporting back to the gathered gods* You already have Death's name; you hardly need more control over her, Loki.
*the other falls limp against Adra, still dripping wet from the ice, and bleeding a bit from the shard of ice earlier*
((We're in Aretha's house, for the record.))
Thor: *goes over to Zanida, and just holds her close* I thought he would kill you.
Zanida: He didn't, I'm fine. I promise. Go hunt Alastair.
Thor: I will. If you're well enough, come with Loki and I.
Zanida: I will. I promise.
*Sobs* Alastair.. *Her fingers grope along the ground for him* Alastair.
What do you care, Alastair? You can steal true names.
Zanida: *walks over to Alastair and bitch slaps him* If you EVER try to kill me again, I will make sure you rue the day Niccolò stole your name.
(Yep. I so knew that...
*Facepalms*
Aretha's house. Got it. Thanks.))
*speaks in Adra's mind* Yes, love? What is it?
*the one of him around the gods does nothing to evade Zanida* To you, and to Thor, I apologize. And I would offer to heal you, if Death hadn't already done it. I only hope you can understand my being defensive of my love, Thor, as you are of yours.
But Death has nothing to do with this, and you've no need to punish her, Loki.
*Audibly breathes out in relief*
Zanida: *nods at Alastair* I understand.
Thor: I would have killed him too, Alastair. I just hope you realize I mean no harm to your realm, but if someone hurts Zanida, they will feel my anger.
*laughs* I am not punishing her, I am punishing you. I want all of the Midgardians here to suffer, and you'll be my first victim. You have no way to send me back to Asgard, and I have no desire to go back.
(I'm back!)
*She reaches Aretha's house and her breathing becomes rapid. She stumbles in and falls to the floor*
Help... Please... Help me!
*She screams as loudly as she can and starts to quiver, as if she is being tortured*
*Shivers at the scream* Rose... *Slowly begins to crawl towards her*
Adra? *his voice grows slightly more feint as he goes on* What's upsetting you? *hears Death coming in, but doesn't move* Adra, please don't- she's attempting to lead us apart... *instead, Aretha comes running down the stairs, gasping at the sight of her friend*
Aretha: Death! Oh- oh gosh, what happened? How can I help you?
*the one by the gods breathes out* Thank you both.
Loki... I'll deal with you later.
Is that all, for now, then? I really ought to be going.
You'll deal with me later? *freezes Alastair again* I'll deal with you.
Wh... Where's Alastair...?
*Another torrent of sound tears its way out of her lungs. Adra's location. Found.*
I-I need Alastair... Please...
*She doesn't open her eyes, knowing they would see the odd blue. She begins to cry, and scream, writhing on the floor*
*Her eyes widen* Aretha, don't- *Falls to the ground*
*cuts the ice off of Alistair*
Thor, take my sister to Rose.
Thor: *flies with Zanida, to Aretha's house, and goes into the room where Rose is*
*hands Alistair a newly fashioned sword*
Need help?
*She begins to cry harder, and curls up, terrified*
*sighs, and grabs Viv's arm, and sends him into a tree* Watch it, or I make Silente an ice sculpture of you.
*goes over to Adra*
Are you ok, never mind, where are you hurt?
*She trembles and does not stop her act when she feels Zandia's presence. She points in Adra's direction, emitting another scream*
Loki, your ice power would fail to freeze me.
Good try Loki.
*dematerializes to avoid being frozen* I'll not likely fall for that again. Why don't you go focus on that planet you've barely done anything to conquer? *vanishes, moving back into his other at Aretha's house* *takes a slow breath, pushing himself away from the floor to sit up*
Aretha: Alastair? What- *pauses* I'll be right back, ok? *runs back up the stairs to Alastair and Adra's room*
*his voice is somewhat strained* She's here to lead us apart and kill us, Aretha. She's staging it.
Aretha: *blinks, considering* *her friend is writhing on the floor in her house- it's hard to take Alastair's word over that* *but then again, she's not sure why he would lie about something like that... and he certainly looks as though someone's been trying to kill him* *speaks quietly, barely above a whisper* How do I trust you?
Zanida: *walks over to Adra, her lance over Adra's heart* Are you afraid, little baby? Where is your boyfriend, you are weak,I do not know why Zafira had memories of you in a good time.
(Vivanus, I don't think you're near us..)
*Her breathing is heavy, and she spits her blood in Zanida's face*
*Aretha looks around at all the people who are now in her house* *she sighs, and moves back down the stairs to Death* Would anyone who is not someone I know, or not here to help other people, please leave?
*moves himself between Adra and Zanida* What do you have against her, Zanida?
Zanida: I have no choice. Loki did something to me, I can't disobey him. Its not his sceptre.
*takes a deep breath, and enters Zanida's mind, searching for whatever Loki might have done*
*Wraps her arms around Alastair, holding him against her* *Quietly* We need to get Aretha, and leave here
*She's continues the act. Loki told her to get Alastair ad find Adra. She needs to get Alastair. Nothing else matters, except Loki's command.
She sends a glare at Aretha and she would surely notice the odd shade of blue her eyes have become. Se gets to her feet and races up the stairs to Alastair's and Adra's room. She throws open the door and grabs Alastair's throat*
Zanida: *goes rigid, and Alastair will find a connection of the two Asgardian's minds is there, created by a very unwilling Aro*
(Forget about the whole 'running to the room and stuff. She does go for his throat)
*Aretha cries out, then gasps in pain* *takes a few seconds to get her bearings again*
*draws a knife from his coat, moving to slide it through Death's hand, and then pry it away from his neck*
*Aretha moves close behind Death, and wraps her arms around her friend's neck, squeezing tightly* *this choke, if Death doesn't move before Aretha's set it up, will knock her out in about four seconds*
*appears behind Alastair and sends a dagger to his neck*
*She bats it away, and swings her cane at Loki*
*She lurches forward, bringing Aretha over her back and slamming her into the floor. She stands on her throat, no emotion in her face. She looks up, at Alastair and heals her bleeding wrist. Her look turns into a glare*
Come with me.
*grabs the cane and throws it against a wall*
*Removes her Philosopher's Stone, placing it around Alastair's neck instead*
(Just found out that my nan has been flown down the a Melbourne hospital... Shit. Something wrong with her gallbladder...))
((That's not good I hope she is better.-Zaffy))
*She turns her glare at Adra*
Will you stop breathing if I glare hard enough... I wonder...
*She pushes more magic into glaring at Adra, while keeping her foot planted securely on Aretha's neck*
Sorry..
(Yeah... Me too... :/ ))
*Aretha pushes herself along the floor, turning her head to the side so Death's foot isn't blocking her windpipe, and sends a kick from the ground into Death's knee to bend it backwards*
*pulls closer to Adra, attempting to break the link between Zanida and Loki*
*Gasps, her fingernails digging into Alastair as she curls into a silent ball of agony,, letting go*
Zanida: *stays beside Loki, unsure what to do*
*gives the stone back to Adra, turning to move himself between her and Death* *speaks in between heavy breaths* Should we... Leave, again?
Zanida: Alastair...don't...*the mental bond fights back, sending mental shockwaves of energy at Alastair's mind, enough to probably annoy a few names*
*She falls to the ground, cursing. She looks at her knee. It's clearly shattered. No doubt about it. Another tap to the wrist and it heals, slowly. She gets back to her feet and walks towards Adra, the glare continuing*
*She can't speaks but would agree*
*She grabs onto Adra's shoulder. If they teleported, she was coming with*
*while Death falls to the ground, Aretha gets up* *she wraps her arms again around Death's neck, this time leaping onto her back and clinging to her friend's waist with her legs, so she'll be harder to throw off*
*teleports all four of them- himself, Adra, Death, and Aretha- to the midst of unfamiliar woods*
*She lets go of Adra's shoulder and lets herself fall backwards, landing on Aretha. She pulls the hold off and sends a kick to her head after she got up. Her hand curls onto Adra's wrist tightly*
((I suppose I ought to thank you as well, Vivanus- assuming you're still here- for trying to help.))
Zanida: Damn it!!
*grabs hold of his sister* I don't know what he plans to do. We can go home, if you would like.
Thor: To Asgard, I hope.
Both: No.
*She blinks several times before looking at the three of them. She feels outnumbered but doesn't let it show. Instead, she jerks her head up*
*Would suggest to get Rose away, still in agony* *Begins to shake violently, and screams*
*She finally lets the glare fall off Adra, but turns it on Alastair instead*
*Aretha blocks it with her arm, though that arm will now be mostly useless to her for some time* *she pushes herself back up, and sends another kick at Death's legs, ready to kick her friend's head if she falls again*
*drives a knife at Death's wrist, to pull her away* *pulls some of the pain away from Adra, lacking the energy to move all of it* *his voice is barely above a whisper* Silverrose... Stop attacking us...
*his breaths grow a bit more strained under her glare* *closes his eyes, slowly tensing*
*She jumps over the kick easily and curses as the knife slices through the symbol tattooed onto her wrist and then freezes. Her body doesn't know what to do. Obey her true name or Loki? Her body is locked. She can't move*
*Whimpers, and her energy begins to flow quickly into Alastair's, as well as that of the ground around them* *She drifts in and out of consciousness, and rather he be able to continue, than her*
Come back to me, Rose.
*would move out of the way of Death's glare and teleport himself and Adra somewhere else, but is quickly losing his ability to think coherently or act on any thoughts at all through pain and exhaustion*
*Breathes out slowly as she falls unconscious, the last of her energy to stay awake going to Alastair* *Her Philosopher's Stone glows, keeping her alive* *The energy rush from the ground stops*
Zanida: Loki...what?
Enough, sister. I know what I want done.
Zanida: Yes, Loki.
*She turns and starts walking in the direction on Loki. She reaches him quickly enough and tilts her head to the side*
I can show you where they are. Alastair is weak. Adra is almost gone. Aretha... Is your biggest concern.
Then show me, *keeps hold of Zanida*
*He leads them back to where Alastair, Adra and Aretha were*
*She))
*looks at the three* Isn't this lovely. I ought to take control of Alastair.
*by the time she gets there, Alastair and Adra are gone* *Aretha stands there, her face almost expressionless* You won't find them. Try again another day.
*If Adra were conscious, she would disapprove of Aretha being there alone* *But is unconscious*
*She approaches Aretha and grabs her neck, holding her up*
Where are they...?
*walks up to Aretha, furious* Where are they?
Zafira: *shadow-walks behind Aretha* Ari, have we ever held gods in the Sanctuary before?
Zanida: *keeps close to Loki, scared*
*used a small amount of Aretha's energy, at her request, to teleport himself and Adra to another unfamiliar forest, just inside the opening of a cave* *lays beside her, barely conscious himself, one arm curled around her so he can feel her breathing*
*Aretha slams both her hands over Death's ears, simultaneously, in a strike that will seriously damage her hearing, and most likely make her ears bleed*
Zanida: *backs away, clearly not wanting to fight Aretha*
Fight beside me, Zanida. *sends a few daggers at Ari's eyes and throat*
Zanida: *shakes head*
*Adra continues to bleed in her sleep, but the Philosopher's Stone is generating more blood* *It glows brighter, and energy feeds itself into Alastair*
*She lets go of Aretha and stumbles backwards, her ears ringing. Her presses a finger to her ears and frowns as she feels warm liquid on them. She can't hear*
*Valencia swoops from the sky and scoops Aretha into her arms, speeding off with her*
*She starts to click her fingers near her ears but can't hear anything. Fear sets in, making her breathing rapid*
*Aretha breathes out, gently rubbing her neck* *her voice is hoarse* Thanks, again.
Wonderful. *just grabs Zanida and appears in their own home in the woods*
Zanida: Loki...
I know.
*sits with her, and looks at Zanida* I can't lose you, sister. When Alastair was hurting you, it hurt me.
Zanida: You really care about me?
I do. Perhaps my heart can learn to love people who should mean something to me. *hugs her close* Sleep.
Zanida: *falls asleep*
No problem. *Is traveling at intense speeds, the air all but slicing open for her* *Lands at where Alasfair and Adra are, eventually- she followed their scent* *Sets Aretha on the floor* Shall I assist?
((K I'm just gonna go to bed....I falling asleep.-Zaffy))
*Alastair
Damn, sorry.
*She notices everyone leaving. She stumbles back to the remnants of her base, looking for her tattooing machine. She still can't hear. She finds it and starts to draw the healing symbol on her other wrist as quickly and perfectly as she can*
(Goodnight ZAFFY!!))
*it only takes her a few seconds to catch her breath* *she walks over to the mouth of the cave, looking out* I'm a bit worried about Death...
*has been unconscious for a few minutes now*
*Nods* I'm sure we will figure a plan out, Aretha. But we can not get her back until we are all healed, and together. We stand no chance if we aren't at our best performances. I'm afraid you should stay here until the other two are alright.
*Aretha sighs* Yeah, I guess you're right. *leans against the side of the cave, closing her eyes* How did you know where to find me?
*She taps the symbol on her wrist and pain shoots up her arm. It happens every time she uses a newly drawn symbol. Her hearing starts to repair itself and the cut through her wrist*
*The tattoo gun is placed back in the drawer and she meanders outside. She doesn't know what to do with herself now. Loki has gone. She is still wholeheartedly under his command*
*Valencia just smiles, and moves to Alastair and Adra, pulling out a few supplies from her bag- technologies that she's gathered in her travels, including a small box that opens in the way a flower blooms, a small white ball illuminating next to the two, small lights dancing down to Adra and Alastair's heads* *It will assist in the healing process, and will replenish their energy*
*Aretha looks at them with interest* I'm sorry, remind me- did you say you were an anthropologist?
Temporal anthropologist, actually. How are you feeling?
*she sighs slightly again, ending the exhale in a dry laugh* Oh, I'm fine. It happens often enough.
*Nods seriously, alright, then. *Plops down on the floor, stretching her wings out to rest them* *Pulls her leg off*
*The energy takes an affect on Adra, and she moves closer to Alastair, slowly waking up, but largely asleep* *Doesn't have enough energy to move*
*she smiles* Yeah, seriously. Niccolo is not exactly light when we're training, and I've tried to kill enough powerful people besides. Sorry you had to come bail me out again, though.
(Sorry... Tiny bit busy right now..))
*is still rather dead to the world*
It isn't an issue, Aretha.... *Valencia rubs the stump of her leg, and leans back against the rock floor*
((Perfectly alright, Death.))
*Aretha notices Adra moving, and moves closer to her friend* Adra?
*Doesn't respond to Aretha, still in a lot of pain, and still half-asleep*
*She wonders if she should go try and find the trio again. They are all quite weak, but what would se do with them afterwards? She feels lost*
*She decides to at least find them, pretend that she does not have a quarrel with them so they will welcome her*
*Aretha figues Adra must still be unconscious, and perhaps moved in her sleep, but doesn't move any further away*
*starts to stir, moving closer to Adra, and slowly pulling pain away from her*
*She walks back to Aretha's house and back through the forest from there.*
Alastair couldn't have traveled far. He was weakened and took another person with him... So he should be around here somewhere...
((You can find us whenever you like. We'll be a good distance away, but as your logic suggests, not too far.))
*Adra whimpers slightly in her dreams, and her fingers clench up, curling tighter*
*moves into her mind to calm her dreams, using energy just about as quickly as he's losing it, so he stays only half conscious*
(Okay, thanks! ^.^ ))
*She starts to search for them. With her newly repaired hearing, she hears a very soft whimper from her left. She walks towards the sound, finding a cave. She doesn't know whether or not to approach, so she stands awkwardly nearby*
*Her dreams begin to lessen in strength and severity, partly due to the fact that she's gaining more energy* *Stays curled in a tight ball*
*She could beat them if they attacked her so she found no reason for her delay. She approached them and tilted her head in to look at them. Then, she started her act*
First off, I'd like to apologise. Secondly, I'm sorry, again.
*Aretha's face quickly grows expressionless again* Are you really?
*Stiffens in her sleep, semi-conscious of Rose*
*Moves closer to Alastair, now even more awake, but doesn't have the energy to act*
*She finds herself nodding, despite the lie*
Want proof?
*She internally curses herself as she lays a hand on Alastair's arm. She hits the symbol with the stump of her arm and he starts to heal*
Happy? I'm sorry. It's... I can't control me.
*Aretha rises quickly to her feet, and pulls Death away by her arm, though her eyes are conflicted* Your eyes are still blue.
*Adra's eyes are open wide, and unseeing* *Her fingers curl into Alastair's jacket, silently and internally willing the energy to move faster*
*She stumbles after her*
And he cut off my hand. And you tried to strangle me to death. And you made me deaf and broke my knee. Yeah. Why should I be here?
*She raises an eyebrow and rips her hand away from Aretha*
I just healed him. He has the ability to kill me. Easy. And I healed him. Because I'm sorry. Alright. My eyes may be blue but I'm sorry!
*Her voice had become a frustrated yell*
*Valencia stands, alert* She's lying.
I'm not lying!
*She crosses her arms across her chest angrily*
*Valencia nods comprehensibly* Yes, Death Rose, you are. I majored in Psychology once, I know a liar.
Yeah, 'once'. I'm not lying! I could be killing Aretha, but I'm not. I could have not healed Alastair, but I did! Do you call that a lie?
I need to go... I'm sorry, I shouldn't have gotten involved.. *Hits her head against an iron pole* Fuck... Bye.
(Bye Adra! I'm happy you did get involved! I love you!! *Huggles*))
((I suppose I'll go, as well, then.))
(Okay, toodles!! I love you too!!))
[hugs]
Fabi, you on?
Possibly.
That is to say, unless I fall asleep.
Hello.
Same for me. How are you?
Alright. You?
Quite well.
So now what...we are the last two standing.
...
I'm currently sitting.
And I haven't the slightest idea.
I suppose I could bring in one of my characters. Not Fabi, but maybe Liz... Or Effie, perhaps.
Alrighty. I'm going to go try to build an air conditioner.
I doubt it'll work, but why not try?
...
Because I'm supposed to be sleeping.

My point. :P
Yaaaaay Silente's back . . . although half of me thinks it might have been better if she wasn't. :/
Awesome roleplay. :) *talkimg about the next one, now, although it applies to the last one as well*
*She waves to Ink, her eyes still that odd shade of blue*
*walks into blogland*
*she's actually gonna kill Loki*
*screw Thor and Zanida, she'll leave them be*
*but she's going to kill Loki*
*even if that teeny weeny little part of her still thinks he can be reasoned with and helped and enlightened*
*She shakes her head at Silente, her face display her thoughts*
I'm afraid I can't allow you to kill Loki. You'll have to kill me first.
*looks at Death*
Hello. Want help?
*tries to remember how Elleni freed Zaf from Loki's control*
*slammed her against a wall using air, shocked her*
*nods*
