Okay, I know I said last time that I was presenting to you the final Demon Road cover, and I absolutely WAS, there's no question about that. But this is the FINAL final Demon Road cover, which is obviously the ACTUAL final cover, unlike the PREVIOUS final cover, which — as it turned out — wasn't really final at all. It was, as we say in the book trade, "not the actual final cover." But this one is. Totally.
For a start it's, like, gold. Someone may have made a joke (it could have been me) that it'd be cool to have a gold cover to reflect my, y'know, Golden God status, and my publisher may actually have thought this was a good idea, so... gold.
Also, it's just a touch less BUSY, don't you think? The image of Amber running will still be appearing, but now it'll be on the back.
Arriving at a cover this cool has not been easy but boy, has it been worth it. And just wait till you read what's INSIDE it!

Everyone seemed happy with it, especially the people that read it on the blog and my editor loved it and all was right with the world.
Then I started book 2 in the November of 2013, even more happy days!

Steel Allomancers can mentally Push on metals - so, like, if you Push on something lighter than you, it'll be pushed away from you, and if you Push on somethign heavier than you, you'll be pushed away from it.
This has much more uses that it initally seems like. Steel is incredibly versatile. Once again - FLYING. Also, remember most weapons are made out of metal. Wax lives in kind of a Wild West era where everyone's always pulling guns out. Steel is useful. :P

The entire point of copper is that it shields peoples' Allomancy by being detected by bronze. Unless you're a powerful enough Allomancer that you can pierce copperclouds with bronze.
If you used bronze and copper at the same time, I imagine you would be shielded adn be able to detect peoples' Allomancy, although idk, let me fact-check.
And space battles are useless, there's no large scale ship invasions, just you and a few troopers assaulting identical looking ships.
I know it's good, but Battlefront 3... why, Disney? And they replaced it with a monstrosity.

Raisin me and my friend had a better tactic. :P We both went as vanguards and sprinted to the middle CP and took it over and defended it whilst our team caught up and then we set up lines of mine defences for Darth Vader and random soldiers then we used our rocket launchers for others. :) Then when the enemy had like 10 people left we broke the defensive lines and started hunting. :)

I like the fuzzy shoegazey type of postrock playlists for lateness because it's all whispery and you get like crescendos and diminuendos(there is a quality pun in that term and one day I'm gonna nail it I swear) but, like you said, it doesn't ever go silent. @Star: See, I tend to get bored by exciting songs more often, kind of. Like, you've got a fast pace and it's all noisy and there's lots going on and I'm like hahahha as if I'm gonna make the effort keep up with this. I am lazy at heart and my music has to compliment that or I'll just zone out. :P

No it definitely wasnt intentional. :o I'm bad at rhyming. Ask my year 9 English teacher I turned a lovely Christmas poem into Rudolph getting murdered and eaten because it rhymed. My response was idk it rhymed so I did it.

So 12.5% of albums, and I don't regret buying all the songs on those albums so it's actually <12.5%.

It was a very good day.
But I already miss it. It was so much fun- and not once did I worry about my usual stuff like college. I was at Yale, and I wasn't worried about college

We all have that one best friend, that one we can be ourselves around, muck about with

That one who is there to help you and you're there to help them when either needs it
That one friend who is a friend for life, like a sibling from different parents
We all have one, just like how we're all like that friend here on the blog because we joke and laugh, muck about (sorta) and help each other when needed
Its nice for that to happen, because happiness and shiz like that
So I thank you for being that friend to someone :) and being that friend to people here as well
