So... spoilers. I hate spoilers. I hate them as a reader, and I hate them even more as a writer. I don't even like mild spoilers, such as "Just wait till you see what happens to Kenspeckle!" or "All I will say is... Mevolent."
I get it. I do. You have a piece of information that's bubbling inside you, and you want to share it but you know you can't, so you share a sliver, something you think is enough of a hint to be relevant, but not enough to ruin anything... and yet, even this is a spoiler, because it's alerting someone to something big that's coming up...
I happen to have readers who are very respectful to their fellow Skulduggery fans, a fact that still amazes everyone at Harper Collins. I know that's going to continue, but we all have to be vigilant about this stuff.
I write these books for you to read them, to discover them, to experience them, on a page by page basis. It sounds obvious, right? But spoilers wreck that.
Okay, I shall now stop talking about it. But if you see ANY shop selling LSODM before the 29th, tweet me and let me know.

So I guess the thing is, everybody has positives and negatives, and I was anoyed at your negatives and I told you. But remember that unique traits have negative and positive sides, and without the negative sides, the positive wouldn't be as strong, so your bad things made you better. That's 'your' as in 'people in general, including but not confined to you personally'.
So I guess what I'm saying is . . . You're awesome, and I appreciate that. I just got mad. I would give examples of otehr people who are awesome and annoy me, but then they'd just get upset if they read it, so you'll just have to take my word that they exist. :/

@Zaf: EVERYONE deserves Blogland. Look, I've met quite a few people that are worthy of hatred, and you're better than them.
Sometimes, a lot of people that are ahted by many are actually awesome.
You know, in Once Upon A Time . . . in episode 19. They were recapping the Beauty and the Beast story (and it was so interesting, because I wouldn't have liked it nearly as much if I didn't know all about Belle and Gold as characters, but as I did it was awesome), and Belle . . . she ALWAYS sees the good in people. She's amazing. Gold is called Mr. Gold in our world, Rumpelstiltskin is his real name, and he's also the Dark One. And one time, Belle was sitting in her cellar of her room crying (beacuse she missed her home and her family and Mr. Gold's a monster), and Gold came in and told her to stop crying, because it was making it hard for him to spin, and he did all his best thinking whilst he was spinning. And then he gave her a pillow, and Belle said thank you, now it'd be easier for her to sleep (she didn't have a bed or mattress of blanket or anything), and Gold was like, oh, it's not to help you sleep, it's to muffle your cries.
And then he was torturing this man who'd tried to steal from him, and Belle let him go, and Mr. Gold was like right, you're coming with me to watch me kill him, beacsue you need to learn the consequences of your actions. And Belle was like, you're not going to make me stand there and watch. And he was like, you can sit if you want, dearie, but you have to watch. XD
And then she managed to talk him out of it.
And then she just smiled at him, really pleased that he hadn't killed him, and I think that kind of made Mr. Gold ahppy, beacuse everyone hates him, doesn't he?
And then they went and fell in love and all that, and yeah.
And the point is . . . Belle saw that even though he was a monster, there was still good in him, and beacuse she saw it, it came out. Mr. Gold always said that she borught out the best in him. :)
And you're a much, much, much, much, much, much, much, much (etc.) nicer person than Mr. Gold was at the point Belle met him, so if there was a tiny sliver of good in him, then there must be LOADS in you, right? :)
And Belle's such a role model. <3
And Mr. Gold's such an epic character. <3
And that's why I feel bad. Because everyone is a good person, and if I work on the good, they'll be an awesome person. But being angry will not help me bring it out. In The Host, the humans couldn't get the souls out of teh bodies because they were using force. They could only be brought out live love, and compassion.
And that's like with the good in people.
And even if their good is already out . . . then being mean to them will start shoving it in.
So yeah.

My point orginally was - people that are hated by everybody have good in them.
And I do give a crap, Zaf. Blogland wouldn't be the same without you and your characters. If a foot were to say "Because I am not a hand, I do not belong in the body," that would be stupid. A foot is a needed part of the body. You're not a hand, Zaf, but you're still needed. All parts of the body are needed, and they're all different, but they all come together to form this amazing thing. If you leave, we won't be able to walk/talk/see/hear/smell/something, and we'll be worse off for it. :(

Right, I don't know if this will help or not because I'm not sure of the situation but yeah.
Star, Zaf: I consider you both friends. I find you both fun to talk to and you're both nice people.
There is no need to fight. I understand both of you.
Star, I know you are/were angry with Zafira for reasons I completely understand. But it isn't nice to be left out. I think all Zaf wanted to do was to join in. It is kind of hard to join in with something which is already half-completed, especially with roleplays and stuff like that. But as I said, I understand why. But being angry at each other won't help matters.
Zaf, I understand you when you didn't like being left out. Most of the time I don't have a clue what's going on anyway. I just wait and talk to people normally until there's a chance where I can join in. And I don't have Minecraft. You shouldn't feel left out in that respect - there are some people who have it and some people who don't.
Maybe you should have tried to join in more. Maybe you shouldn't have complained. But I understand your point of view just as much as I understand Star's.
Zaf, Star (again): Fighting and being angry at one another will get you nowhere. We are all friends and we should remain friends. From experience - fighting will accomplish nothing. You should both try and get along and try and understand the other before you start being angry.

I kind of took my anger out on everyone I guess. I've been upset ever since NJ couldnt go to Liffey Valley I was excited to be part of the release of LSODM and now I cant. Meh. I also am just feeling awful because I told Brave I could meet him via Skype at the signing so I talked to Howlett and she's a lovely Minion but I'm afraid Brve hasn't got her tweet and my email and I just feel awful. I dont even know if he got the one that said NJ wont be there...

Star, a new part of my story is on my blog. This is the last action-y part. Then there's another one. And one after that (which will be BIG - at least for me), AND then my Mass Effect Fanfiction will be over.
Then I will explore the characters of both Emi and Thomson - two years in their past. So you'll get to see how Emi ended up on Earth and how her past influenced what happened in the main story.
Then I'll write about Thomson and Renswick and how they fought the Geth together.
Then... who knows? Maybe a story set five years after the main one.

I want to write it out of order. In my head, it's a series of books that leap back and forward through time. :)

Yeah. At least with my SP fanfic it's kind of gone in order.
The first time I wrote a fanfic Dragona was already 83 and fighting Remnants.
But then I went back to when he was 5 and retraced his steps back to when his parents were killed. And it's gone in order since then.
But Emi and Thomson are characters I... like writing about? I don't know why. Thomson is good to write as all action-y and stuff but I have fun writing about Emi too. I like her as a character (even though she's my own creation and yeah).
So I have two characters who are, if you want a better way to put it, fully formed. But I want to explore them more. They're good characters and yeah.
Gamestop? I may be able to go there tomorrow but I will check CVS because it's 5min away

My problem is, I do everything interesting in my head, and then I have to kind of copy it all down in writing form, so that's why I never write. :P

Star, I do that sometimes. I write what I feel like - which usually means a lot of switching and stuff.
But atm I play Mass Effect 3 a lot. Which puts me in the mood for writing my ME story which gives me a lot more discipline than I normally have.
And I've tried to make it as realistic and close to as the Mass Effect games as possible. Even with the way the romance has progressed. Nothing really happens until before or after the 'final mission'. And then there's a romance scene which thankfully fades into blackness before anything dodgy happens.
So that's kind of the way I've planned the story. Not only with the romance part but with the action and the plan-finding-out part and yeah.
Oh my god Star, that eat it song - my sister loves it. She sings that part over and over again.
I really hate her music. She likes 'You me at six' or something and 'black veil brides' - who look more like clowns on Halloween.

In other irrelevant news, I fell off my bike today, in the middle of a road. XD
Well, because we were cycling round my village doing small things like posting a letter, and we were coming down this bit of hill (my village is o the hill. If you go anywhere in my village, there will be hill involved. If you cycle out my village, you have to come up a massive hill on the way back. It sucks), and the thing was, you had to come down it braking and signalling, which I'm terrible at. I was sinalling with my left arm, so I was braking with my right hand, and that one controls the front brakes, so when I sqeezed on my brakes I did it a tad too hard so JERK, so I panicked and when you panic you grab on, so my bike flipped forward a bit and I fell off and was just, like, trying not to let go of the handlebars so I wouldn't drop my bike on the floor . . .
I didn't severely fall off or anything. But I grazed my knee. There are BLOOD. Hear that? I had a REAL accident, with BLOOD, and my mum didn't even notice because I was at the back and they'd all gone round the corner. XD With my dying breath, I dragged myself to where they'd shopped (at the shop), using my final desparate strength to drag my bike with me . . .
Okay, I stood up and wheeled my bike off the road and round the corner over to them, without even noticing my fatal injury. Okay, non-fatal injury. Minor injury. Very minor injury. Whatever. XD
And, yeah. *nods*

I actually don't like much music. Writing is more my style.

I haven't had any major (or minor) accident like that on my bike. But I once borrowed my neighbour's go-kart and rode it down my road. It had no breaks, meaning that someone had to go behind and hold it so you didn't go too fast.
But my friend let go when it was my turn. And my road is like downhill so I was going VERY fast. And I wasn't wearing a helmet or anything.
I tried to control it around a corner but it went out of control and ended up going sideways but kept going the same speed forwards. It flipped about 10 times and I was like "holy shit". But I didn't sustain ANY injury at all.
I was lucky.

I asked derek in edinburgh if he is actually gonna make the movie then what would the girl playing val have to be like and honestly he just looked at me shrugged and said "height doesnt matter, hair colour doesnt matter, nationality doesnt matter but you would have to be able to do a convincing irish accent" and I said "thats not that specific" and he said "I know" so I decided to say "you just described me completely" and he looked at me said great but then said "but can you act?" so I shrugged and said " kinda but it doesnt really matter".
