So... spoilers. I hate spoilers. I hate them as a reader, and I hate them even more as a writer. I don't even like mild spoilers, such as "Just wait till you see what happens to Kenspeckle!" or "All I will say is... Mevolent."
I get it. I do. You have a piece of information that's bubbling inside you, and you want to share it but you know you can't, so you share a sliver, something you think is enough of a hint to be relevant, but not enough to ruin anything... and yet, even this is a spoiler, because it's alerting someone to something big that's coming up...
I happen to have readers who are very respectful to their fellow Skulduggery fans, a fact that still amazes everyone at Harper Collins. I know that's going to continue, but we all have to be vigilant about this stuff.
I write these books for you to read them, to discover them, to experience them, on a page by page basis. It sounds obvious, right? But spoilers wreck that.
Okay, I shall now stop talking about it. But if you see ANY shop selling LSODM before the 29th, tweet me and let me know.

Zaf, what about the fact that it DID make you happy, for all the time you were looking forward to it? It might be a letdown that you don't get to Skype him, but for the time spend happy thinking that you could... That's still happiness.
And, perhaps you can manage Skype on a later date, if Derek can manage that too? I'm not sure what conditions he puts to it, if any.
But you don't have to let it ruin your day/days. You can still be happy, just not necessarily for the Derek-speaking. There are other things to enjoy, too, if you let yourself enjoy them. :)

Everyone was having a really good time with the flower monarchs thing, and then YOU come along and ruin it all by moaning that nobody's including you. You don't just mention it ONCE, you keep goign on about it, even when everybody's made it PERFECTLY clear they have no objection to you joining in. And THEN you start moaning about how you can't go on Minecraft and you're feeling left out. News flash: YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY ONE WITHOUT MINECRAFT. I don't have it either, and have I ever moaned about it?
Maybe I would just keep my mouth shut, if it wasn't for how you leave out otehr people with the roleplay. LOADS of people were feeling left out. And when some of us mention it, Adra and Ari and other people (they're not the only ones, just making that perfectly clear) really want to make things better and honestly care about people leaving people out. Sometimes, you just throw a hissy fit at us, and then people are sitting there crying and you're like "can we go back to roleplaying now im bored."
EVERYBODY leaves people out sometimes, but SOME of us have the decency to kept our mouths shut and let others have their fun. I'm not saying I've never moaned about being left out, but I AM saying that I try not to.
And the thing is, with the lower monarchs thing - YOU WEREN'T EVEN BEING LEFT OUT!!! Everyone was saying that you could join in, and then you were just like nobody'll let me join in, and everyone was like WE WILL, and you were just like "everybody hates me and leaves me out."
The sad thing is, me being this angry with you is becoming a bit of a regular occurence. Sometimes you don't see my rants, sometimes I delete them, sometimes I just don't write them, but the fact that this keep happening over and over is telling me that nothing is going to happen unless I say something and make you see it.
And you know *goes into anecdote mode*, my sister wanted to sit on all the vistors' chairs in the big house we wandered around yesterday (you know, the ones that are a bit like museums, except old big mansion houses places), and my brother was stopping her, and I asked him why, and he said it was revenge, and she said that that had been revenge. And I said, look, if one of you bes nice to the other one and just stops doing the whole revenge lark, the other one will be nice back to you, and you'll both be happy. Because it's true. If my sister just started being nice to my brother and stopped annoying him, then he would feel bad when he annoyed her and would stop doing it, and vice versa.
If you're a decent person, Zaf, you'll get a lot further in life.
If you're constantly selfish, people won't like you, and the people who constantly sit on the wall will have a massive go at you even though they know they'll be overcome with guilt later.
So grow up.
(My anger's dying down as time passes, and I can feel the guilt seeping into my bones already. Help! :P If I ever want to say anything to anyone, I always have to do it right then, whilst I'm still angry, otherwise the guilt will catch me and I won't say it. It's like I'm being hunted. :P So I'll have to post this really soon, before I delete it. XD)
