And here we are, coming in late (as usual)... The winners of the strapline competition. So many cool entries. A lot of similar ones, and unfortunately that meant we couldn't put those in the final ten. There were lots of "Burn, Baby Burn!" and suchlike, which would have been so cool to see on a cover if we'd only had one entry for it...! Trip and Adra gave some good replies, but if I'd been here, I'd've pointes out that you were obviously a funny Directioner as you make me laugh, and I'd've also said that I wasn't even going to bother insisting you were pretty, because I don't care what you look like. You're one of the most beautiful people I've ever met, one who I love and am proud to know, and how pretty you look on the outside is irrelevant.
In Linger by Maggie Stiefvater, she describes how Cole looks by Sam thinking that most people became more beautiful the longer you knew them, but that Cole had jumped right to the end of the spectrum.
People become beautiful the longer you know them because the more you know them the more you love them, and when you look at someone you love, you don't,just see slimy eyeballs and skin that constantly floats off to form dust and dead hair. You see that, but you also see the person and how beautiful they are inside, and because you love that person in every way inside, you start to love them in every way full stop and appreciate their outside.
