Yes - characters are different to their authors. :) I would like to apologise; I was criticising KadenTC as a person, not you as an author or KadenTC as a character. You've hurt Adra, hurt her a lot, and the thing about mental wounds like that is that they happen quickly and heal slowly. You say you want to move on, but it isn't that easy for her, not even close, and when you snap like this, you're going two steps backward. I should probably add that she also has a rather difficult time irl, so you're not the sole cause of everything wrong with her, but you did make her safe zone considerably less safe, so it's not like you're blameless either.

Um. Well, you're right with substitution, but, did you rearrange first?
Um, so, I'd do it as:
3s-t=5
rearranged for t, to give
t = 3s-5
And then substitute THAT t into
s*+st* = 6
as:
s*+s(3s-5)* = 6
How's that?

You've hurt Adra, hurt her a lot, and the thing about mental wounds like that is that they happen quickly and heal slowly. You say you want to move on, but it isn't that easy for her, not even close, and when you snap like this, you're going two steps backward. I should probably add that she also has a rather difficult time irl, so you're not the sole cause of everything wrong with her, but you did make her safe zone considerably less safe, so it's not like you're blameless either.
Nobody should love a coward like her, maybe the reason I can roleplay Loki so well is because I can relate to him so bloody well in some cases. That's sad, nobody should have to relate to some of his problems, but I can.-Zaf
