Happy publication day!
It's out! It has been released! It has been UNLEASHED! Finally, I can stop worrying about early releases and leaks, and now focus all my concern onto such silly things as spoilers...!
So, this here comments section is the Spoiler Zone. This is where you can discuss aspects of the book. I would APPRECIATE it if you try to be subtle even here, because we all know that there are Minions who haven't read the book who will still take a peek, even though they don't want anything spoiled. These Minions are weird, and should be avoided.
I'll be providing a second post after this, announcing and displaying the strapline competition winners, so you can use that to continue your conversations.
Thanks to those Minions who have already read the book and have kept all the details to themselves— I appreciate this so much. And for those of you who have yet to start reading, I really hope you like it. And I'm sorry for the bit where, y'know...

There are many, many, MANY unpleasant things that I would like to say to you at the moment for what you did in LSODM.
But I don't like to say unpleasant things to people...
And if I DO say unpleasant things to you, it's probably the reaction that you were hoping to receive and at the moment, I don't feel like making you think that you've succeeded (which you have... BUT THAT'S COMPLETELY BESIDE THE POINT!).
AND YOU ALSO DIDN'T ADD A "THE SPARROW FLIES SOUTH FOR THE WINTER" SCENE!!!

And omg SWEDEN was mentioned once! That was probably the first, and last, time that happens! I survived the book just because of that!

Derek, you made me cry ,you're lucky I don't know you're address, and I hope in book nine it was all just a dream and Valkyrie is only 13 there's no darquesse and tanith is normal, ghastly is alive and think you know the rest , do you even like any of the characters yourself?
Yeah ghastly dies and I'm unhappy and darquesse arrives and hopefully Stephanie doesn't kill valkyrie otherwise I will be so sad cause it isn't the same without valkyrie cause she is main character and skulduggery really misses her but agrees to be Stephanie's partner and allow her to kill valkyrie which I thought was bad but It was a really good book and I'm glad I read your series cause I beloved every book and can't wait for the last one but I serious,ya not wait till next year in September I will die so please release in Australia first thanks anyway good book except for ghastly and the reflection I bet skulduggery will become mevolent and him and skulduggery will fight then one of their good friends will die or tanith will save one if them and her remnant will be out ,I also read that book the maleficient 7, and valkyrie will survive and skulduggery will cause they are main characters please answer this question I'm in love with these books and thank you for mailing them xxx please reply do you have instagram account so. Okay, I'm going to write about the bits I liked, to keep my mind of YOU KNOW WHAT, YOU MURDERER.
A. Clarabelle and her sandwich. I actually cried during that part. Considering what was to come, it may seem sort of silly, but I still cry thinking about that bit. The whole line about Sanctuaries not being safe was really touching. :')
