For those of you who won’t get a chance to see it on the big screen, you have my commiserations. If it makes you feel any better- even I won’t be able to see it in a cinema. How much does THAT suck?

We put our Christmas Tree up, I went on GoldenEye and I am level 14! I went on a huge kill streak, by hitting people in the head... weird, out of the whole match I didn't get killed once... but when we went to the Archives this guy called Alexss killed me... but I hit him a few times...

Hey Derek. I'm the guy that interviewed you in Blue Bar a few months ago for my journalism course. Loved the new book. Way darker than the previous ones. Excellent! Anyway thanks again for the interview and for your time. You really inspired me and thus I am 60% through my first fiction novel. Something that's been on the bucket list - yeah I know, I hate those things too - for some time. The best piece of advice I have ever heard from anyone was you when you told me that 'Once you tell people what you're story is about, then it's told and you are held to that person's response even if you don't know it.' The result is that no one, not even my wife, knows what the book will be about. It's not about publishing ambitions more than it's a need to finish it and see if anyone likes it. I feel like I'm Doc Brown and I'm hiding the DeLorean. Okay maybe that's a a comparison that makes me look like I'm above my station but you get the picture. Again, thank you and I look forward to the next book.
