Just to let you all know that apart from all the work I’m doing, I’m also reading those ten or eleven fan-fiction pieces I’ve picked out- and so far, I’m very impressed. What came as a complete surprise is the fact that you really take the idea, the world of Skulduggery, and you run with it, populating it with your own characters.
Really, really fascinating stuff. When I’ve finished reading the last one I’ll make a list of the pieces I’ve read and give a short opinion on each one.

SP is awesome! cant wait to the next book when Lord Vile comes back and dum dum dum!!!!! I am writing my own books too, its different to the SP books though but it is magic, i started it in 2009 september. Anyway, i want to get it published but i think i am too young, its my birthday today 12th of january and im 16:) dont know if i can get it through to the publishers:) dont want a 'NO' straight on now do i.......
Fan fiction can be such a great platform for getting started. Helps build up the confidence a lot of people need to start their own novel. It's also a great way to get your creative juices flowing. You learn from your mistakes and develop a lot with fan fic.
isabella well that sounds cool i would also like to get a story published but i think i am way to young and that they are not good enough what are your storys about.i tend to have trouble discribing so it tends to be very boring
