February already, is it? Dear lord, where does the time go?
Into the void, that's where. Into the void with all the PLANS we make and the PROMISES and the GOOD INTENTIONS and the LIES... Ahem.
I'm busy. I'm working away. On what? Different things. Some will see the light of day. Some will not. That's what happens. I've pretty much started the third and final Demon Road book, which is good, since my deadline is HILARIOUSLY close and I have an awful lot of work to do. But there are so many distractions! So many different projects to work on!
But I must focus. I must.
So, right now, my publishers are busy nailing down UK and Ireland tour dates for Desolation. First thing I have to tell you is that the release date has been changed, pushing it back a week to April 7th. Not that much of a big deal, and there are a load of external factors involved in the decision. It was explained to me but I zoned out. It's something to do with... something. Anyway, whatever, it's out on the 7th, although it will be available to buy a few days earlier at certain locations on my tour.
So, roughly, from April 3rd to the 7th, I'll be in Oxford, Manchester (don't know if it'll be available to buy early here, will check), Liverpool, Birmingham and London. Irish dates include Dublin and Kilkenny so far, from the 8th to the 10th.
As soon as these things become solid, I'll post them.
We're doing our best to have something cool happen in London, so keep your eyes peeled, ladies and germs. Awesomeness awaits. And possibly nightmares. Which is awesome in itself.

I felt really beautiful today. I've barely eaten recently, though that's because I'm up late at night, and stay in bed all day. I just rest and relax, and food isn't necessary.
But then I ate, and I feel all lumpy again.
It's so discouraging. No one ever says anything to me- about anything, really, so I'm halfway left on the side, wondering if my life is even worth it..
I've been so anxious lately. :/ I'm just so afraid that more people are finding reasons to hate me.

Starving yourself isn't a very healthy way of losing weight, and obviously it just makes your stomach cling on harder to any food that you eat . . .
Lizzie's rather obsessed with losing weight, and for the past few days she's been going to the gym for half an hour nearly every day and she says it's working for her and is really pleased about it.
She also got a Fitbit for Christmas and it measured what she ate and how much exercise she did and everything and then told her how many calories to eat per day, and that gave her quite a lot of distress because she'd eat lower than the recommended amount and them have to run around at the end of the day trying to find calories and eating that much at once made her feel sick, but if she did everything the Fitbit told her to do she did lose weight.
I'm taking that as proof that you have to eat more than you think you do in order to lose weight healthily. I know eating might seem counterintuitive but it's not a simple maths equation. It's not like "Wat = gain weight" and "don't eat = lose weight." So even if I can't convince you that you don't need to lose weight (because I really think you don't, but I know I'm unlikely to get through by telling you to), at least maybe u can get closer to getting through to you by pointing out that plain not eating isn't always the way to go?

its gonna be so cliche, but i was being silly, and there was a picture of me put on the school powerpoint and literally everyone-teachers, staff- saw it.
I was talking about the Bloods gang with my friend, and I was trying to do the word "blood" with my hands- and this girl, Lily, took my picture and it somehow got into the powerpoint.

My mum had my phone for 2 years then gave it to me. I think i've had it for about a year too? so mine is 3 years old. No cracks. the sides are a little scratched i think but that's to be expected.

Yeah, after I smashed my phone it kept working for a year before starting to break . . . and when I started to break I git so frustrated with it that I bit it and thus cracked it further. The accidentally smashed it again by dropping it a week later.

We have an iPhone 4 that has been passed down since it came out (first my mom had because she got it through work, then my dad, then me, and soon my brother (my parents don't trust him with a smart phone yet XD and I mean, i didn't get one until freshman year and he has two years until freshman year sooo) and somehow, beside the home button not working and it just being kinda old, it has no cracks and it works.

I had a 4s I got in 10th grade, I had a crap phone that I got in 8th grade that wasn't smart
The 4s lived until last summer when we just decided to upgrade to the 6. So I got a 6 my dad got my 4s and my mom went to a 6 as well we may give my brother the 4s she had, but that's a very big MAY.
*shrugs* Never broke an iPhone. I got a brand nee Otter Box case both times because my mom agreed that the money for the case was well worth it because the money to fix the phone if something happened could be spent avoiding the break.

How do you not have many case options with a 5C . . . ? Until the 6S came out like half the people in my year (and all four of my friends) had a 5C. Whereas I have a Samsung Galaxy A3 and let me tell you it is bloody hard to find cases for that. Half inclined to switch to Apple just so I can get cases.

So we decided to do my jelwery around that idea so I have a tiara that I never thought would end up used again until I got married for something blue. We used it when I went to Disney and ate breakfast at Cinderella's castle. My parents wouldn't let me dress up in a gown and I was too old to do it at the park anyway. But by some miracle the tiara matches

(its all pretty similar. the Irish stuff seems a little more upbeat, though. Most of Scotland's music tends to be about killing each other or killing the English, or fishing. Brittany in France is celtic too. The Irish are just the best at marketing themselves.)

good!! We got good Indian food which was awesome (at the last feis in Portland Oregon we got bad Indian food and it was really sad) and I qualified one dance for Champs (I got first!) and got fourth in another one (I'd already qualified that one) but I didn't move my novice dance up to prizewinner and it's my last one in novice (the rest are in prizewinner and I've qualified 4 of 7 dances already) so that was disappointing. But there's another feis in Seattle next weekend!

If you look up "ed" you get education and Ed (short for Edward) and then further down you get eretile dysfunction.
Actually your Google results will vary from individual to individual depending on your Internet history. I've very rarely Googled eating disorders so it makes sense it didn't come up.

In fairness though people who rarely think about eating disorders will struggle to make the leap from "ed" to "eating disorder" and if they go to Google for help it's not going to come up bevause they rarely go on the eating disorder parts of the Internet.
