All the Alethi people of importance are on the Shattered Plains. It's unofficially their new centre of government). :P

I'm writing an extract question, GCSE English-style, on the Stormlight Archive because it's kind of revision and ohmygosh I'm fangirling so much. :(
I'm analysing how Kaladin's in (emotional) pain and I'm just like 'awwwwh'.
Also, the writing I'm analysing is just /beautiful/. Maybe I'm biased, but Inspector Calls has pretty much nothing to analyse, Of Mice and Men is mostly dialouge with the occasional interception of description, and Heroes, admittedly, is very big on lamguage and literary effects but I just don't like the book too much. But this extract is beautiful and I can analyse so much of it so deeply. Normally in extracts I'm struggling for language, and having to interpret insults as metaphors and two similar sentences as delibrate repetition. But here, it's here. Kind of?

I shouldn't have stayed on as skully I shouldn't even have come on at all, but I needed someone to talk to that would understand and try and help in their own way no matter what way... you can't get that on tumblr. tumblr depresses you more makes you think it's a good option, but enough of that I just wanted to say your hatred for me is justified and I will learn from my mistakes as I always do. no matter how big or small. I shan't pursue Gemma I shan't read here because it will most likely annoy me to read up on it all. I think i'll try something i'm accustomed to... being me, being geeky, being alone and doing youtube. it suits me it made things simple and fun so hopefully I won't be depressed for long... I will try my hardest to forget my feelings towards Gemma and the hurt i've caused upon her and I sorely hope you all can forgive me just a little in time, who hasn't wanted to be someone else for a while. I will not hurt myself any longer if you decide to hate me forever In all honesty I'll forget about you because I don't want to remember. I hope you all have a good life a good summer and find happiness in whatever you do in life.
