LSODM is over 133,000 words right now and I promised my editor I'd have a reasonably finished first draft to him by the end of the week. That means no Twitter and no blogging, and very little internet presence at all. Even a half hour of writing a blog is a half hour of NOT writing the book, and I can't afford to do that right now. When the book is done, when it's finally done, business as usual will be resumed. Until then, this temporary silence continues.

Wow. That's a lot of questions :P I'm fine. Don't worry, I guess something like that must have happened. I couldn't even text my mum, which sent her a bit frantic at first, but everyone's fine now.
Nope, all fine except for a few books in Natalie's room and Frej's llama. It went berserk and charged the fence, but all okay now.
It was so scary. I was just going between classes when it went off and everyone panicked because there weren't enough doorways, so I crouched down and put my arms over my head.
Anyway, I wasn't on here to ask you about the quake (But I'm glad you're okay). I've got a question for you.

"You blew up a building and buffer forty-eight people." Skulduggery offered and sent a kick to her jaw.
"But I had to!" She cried out.
"Really?" Skulduggery paused his assault and waited for Death to explain further.
"Well... I had a spare bomb and that building was built over my uncle's grave..."
"Really?"
She paused. "No..." She admitted. "I brought a new bomb just for the occasion..."
"In that case..." Skulduggery turned and left her cell. He came back moments later with...
"Mr. Bliss." She whispered and he cracked his knuckles.'

I was up until 3 last night listening to spoken poetry.
My eyes hurt from both the tired and the tears.
In general, I'm not really a huge fan of it, to be honest. I like Taylor Mali, but outside of that I'm not so sure. But tumblr fed me "OCD" by Neil Hilborn. And then through strings of related videos, I eventually winded up at "Repetition", by Phil Kaye.
I think the latter is a little more poetic, and with kind of different emotion, but the theme of it...
I don't know. There was a certain section that hit me in particular, I guess for reasons.
So I think my meaning here is to mention Phil Kaye's "Repetition".
Which I could've done with a lot less words, but, oh well. Sorry for rambling. :P

My English teacher was kind to us, in that case. I think she just didn't want us to mess up so badly. :P
Last year, when the result didn't actually count towards anything, we had to do one in front of our entire class.
I spoke at train-speed, stuttered, dropped my notes-sheet, and it took me until I got home to completely stop shaking - we did the presentation first lesson. I am decidedly terrible at speaking in front of people. :P
I hope yours'll go a lot better than mine felt. Which probably isn't that hard. :P
