Wayne- the plan is to release The Maleficent Seven (TMS) in hardback (and ebook) form only, and not follow it up a few months later with a paperback- because that'd only make some Minions want to be buy two versions of the same book... TMS will then be republished as part of the SP short story/novella collection which will be out in 2014.
