Hi all,
Just a quick note to point out two slight time changes to the UK dates- at Southampton and Guildford- to make sure that readers have enough time to get to the events.
For the Irish dates, we're checking when most schools are back in Kilkenny and Newbridge. Both signings were originally scheduled to happen in the middle of the day- but if the schools are back in session by then, we might move those start times to 3 PM. I'll keep you posted.
Oh, and for all those people asking for a Belfast signing, you now have your wish...

I still have a bit of an accent from living in Ipswich . . . when I listen to myself on recordings I'm like "wait what why do I have this accwnt what is this." XD And if I start talking to people from Ipswich then my voice rather rapidly changes to have more of an accent . . . it's actually rather annoying, because my voice doesn't sound like my voice and I can't get it to change back. XD

The reason why audiences love Loki is actually pretty simple: people like a hero, but they love a charming rogue. There's a reason why there are more fans of Han Solo than Luke Skywalker and there's a reason why there will always be more conversation surrounding Heath Ledger's the Joker than Christian Bale's Batman. Heroes rarely have the capacity to surprise and for the vast majority of them, they spend the entire movie learning that having fun should always be second to personal responsibility. They learn that they've been wrong and gracefully change. But Loki? Loki is the classic antihero. Although he's the villain in both Thor and The Avengers, he's a villain because he feels personally wronged. He wants to crush his enemies to prove that he's worthwhile, to show everyone who has ever wronged him that they've made a huge mistake. It helps that he does all of it with a smile on his face and a song in his heart. For a guy with such malicious intentions, he sure is fun to be around.
And that's where we can start to relate. We can never be as strong, good or noble as Thor, but maybe we can be as crafty as Loki. Since he doesn't have to play by Thor's Hollywood-hero rules, Loki can have more dimensions. We can look at him and pity him, laugh at him, and kind of hope he'll someday turn over a new leaf and become a good guy. He's completely broken and doesn't hesitate about leading an alien army straight at Earth, but maybe we can fix him. In the real world, you don't get much more unhealthy than that, but when it comes to loving movie scoundrels, it's required.

Different friendship groups have different rules on what is acceptable. My friendship group is pretty mean, but it's okay because we know we don't mean it as such. Whereas people on here are very sensitive and seem to create a huge argument if they get criticised slightly.
(Annoyance slightly wearing through here. Not at most people. Dw. I don't actually want to be mean. I just would like people to nor explode if I come within a metre of the line.)
So yeah. I just think Fera's typical company has different rules on what is acceptable.
Not that rape jokes should be acceptable (I didn't read the joke, but if it was about non-consensual sex not being rape then that's REALLY bad), but I don't think we should hate Fera for it if he didn't realise it was unacceptable. It's not like he's intentionally trying to hurt people.

*coughs* To person doing social experiment - you do realise I have a history of not beliving Dannielle, together? If you'd done the social experiment on someone else, it might have had a better effect. Just pointing out.
Also, by doing this, you are slowly making all of us have less and less belief to those who say they're on harm here, and therefore less and less concern. If your intent was to see if we care or not, then please bear in mind that any results that point towards us not caring occur from stuff like this. I remember when people used to say they were in hospital, I would be crying at school that day because I would be so scared and upset. Noa I'm so desensitized that the most I get is worry and dread, and more often than not it seems to end in disbelief.
Please consider the effects of your social experiments before conducting them. I would also suggest you consider the moral implications, but if you have the ability to do something like this in the first place then clearly you see nothing wrong with causing immense negative emotions in innocent parties, so I doubt moral pleas would do much.

That was actually the first time I realised now one gave a fuck if you cried in lessons.
And I doodled Danni's name on my maths book in word art and I got told off and I didn't even care.
I used to care an awful lot when my online friends were in trouble, but nothing came of it so often that now I subconsciously assume it'll all be okay. Instinct, even if I tell my mind otherwise.
