So, my brilliant idea was another genetic engineering thingy. Some computer genius guy came up with a program that allows you to design DNA. So somebody designed the DNA for a dragon. In several hundred years time, humans have been forced to live below the surface of the earth, due to environmental hazards. So somebody stumbled accross the blueprint, and the government seized it, in desperate attempt to reclaim the Earths surface. This was called Operation Draco. That's what I got. Criticism. I demand it.

Arial transportation is all the better. The surface of the planet is completely decimated. The air isn't much better, and people need to be outfitted with breathing masks. The dragons don't though. Just a weird genetic thing.
