I know we have a few readers in Christchurch who read this blog, so I'm glad to be able to visit after missing out last time around. And I know most of you in Adelaide and Perth were CONVINCED I wasn't going to get anywhere near you (especially you guys in Perth) so, y'know... this tour's for you!

Yep I'm fairly sure the problem is being cuased by the section of screen where that evil bit of glass was.
Only issue is, now the glass is gone and there's still an issue . . . I think the glass may have damaged the area under the screen . . . ARGH.

I PERSONALLY advice getting the screen fixes. Even if it costs £70 at least you don't lose any data or music or anything on your phone and you don't have to get used to a new phone.)
LOL you can transfer your SIM card when you get a new phone. All your music, data contacts etc. come with it. That's what I did when I got this phone.
Actually, all my music is on Google Play so I'll get that anyway.

Memrise app.
You can learn all kinds of stuff with it, but what I learn is languages vocab. It gives me sessions where it gives me a word and I have to select/type the translation. Once I've done a couple of sessions, it declares the words 'learnt,' but it also works out when my memories of my learnt words will be fading and so makes me review them every once in a while. It's very good. :) Me and Cat think that if we'd been doign it since year ten we'd be practically fluent. XD
And, yes, it's spelt 'Memrise.'

that sounds exactly like what happened to my phone star.... paart from add that the screen also shook about.... I got a new one yesterday....I got a microsoft lumia 535 it was £75 including the £10 top up because I couldnt upgrade with my sim type but I just used my old sim anyway... I went from android to windows phone, not too bad really.

@StarTo keep the glass in place you could put tape over the screen, that's what I did, but it's possible it will make it so the touch screen doesn't work so be careful.

(I do not think I agree for the "This Girl Can" adverts. There is no point in saying, "Look, sport is not sexist, girls play sport". None at all. How is that supposed to inspire people to pursue a career in sport? And you can hardly push females towards sport, because that would be unfair on them. I believe that happens. I believe that in this country at least, men and women DO get paid the sake monet for the same work. Women just often have shit tier jobs because thwt're often looking after children etc. so not working full time. And black people are less likely to have good jobs bc discrimination.
