On August 26th, just twelve short days away, we will be kicking off the tour with a NEW, special event in Waterstones in Hampstead. Apart from the fact that you'll be able to snag a copy of Demon Road a day ahead of its release (you'll even be able to snag one of the limited Platinum editions), and for a full TWO POUNDS off, we'll also have goodies to give out on the night, I'll be yammering on about writing or some such nonsense, and then I'll be signing whatever you want me to sign.
Reserve tickets in store or on www.waterstones.com/events.
This is IMPORTANT, and it applies to all of the signings and events — I will sign WHATEVER you bring. I don't care what the book is (so long as I've, y'know, actually written it) and I don't care how many are in your bag. If someone, at whatever signing you turn up to, tells you I'm only going to sign books you buy in their store, let me know and I'll sort it out. That rarely happens anymore, but some staff members are over-eager. Obviously time is sometimes an issue, so if the queue is long as I have to jet off to the next signing, we'll impose some limitations — but that's always a last resort.
Demon Road is coming...

Dogs that bark don't bite.
I think you'll be fine. ^^
@Johanna Unless they're feral.
I can say one to ten in Japanese, Spanish, and Korean. ^.^ And Korean has TWO ways to say the numbers! One called Sino(? I think) and the other is used for mainly counting things like objects? Mostly? Oh, and time.
*laughs* I think he got you there. :P
@Hopey I'll try not to. *nods*
Unus, duos, tres, quattre, quinque, sex, septem, octo, novem, decem.
At least if I recall it right...
-didn't count in Latin for YEARS-
And twenty is viginty. And eighteen would be duodeviginti, which translates to 'two less than twenty'. =P
Good numbering, guys. *nods*
Whoa. O.O I wanna learn Latin, but it sounds so hard. XD
Besides, I'm already trying and failing at Japanese and Korean. Don't think I'd be able to even try another language yet. :P
*is learning English*
*nods*
*can't claim to know the entirety of English*
*self-improvement is important*
*so is therefore learning English*
Latin is comparatively easy. Because it makes sense. ^^
All you need for Latin is the will to work hard. =P
@Kas: You could learn these numbers too! :) Then you can show off to other people and make some new friends. :P (kidding, but you could if you wanted to) *hugs* Also, that sounds like a good idea(about not getting on that person's bad side). *nodsnods* :P
@Aquila: Which I don't have. XP
*thinks she scared people off*
??
Un, dau, tri, pedwar, pump, chwech, saith, wyth, naw, deg
*can count to 10, too!*
Hullo. :)
TAIA. *hugs* HEY! :D
... What's the language? ^.^'
pedwar? sounds like some kind of star wars term...
Hi Taia! ^^
HEY LAVENDER! :) *hugs back* !
Welsh! ^^
Although I had to look up 6 because I kept trying to call it February. :P
Hi Aquila! :)
Hey Sven! :)
Oh yeah XD
Awesome. ^.^
*decides to join the party with her own numbers ^.^*
Japanese. Ichi, ni, san, shi(also yon), go, roku, shichi(nana), hachi, kyu, ju. ^.^
Korean Sino: il, i, sam, sa, oh, yuk, chil, pal, ku, ship.
Korean(the other one that doesn't have a name :P): Hana, tul, set, net, ta-sut, yo-sut, il-gop, yo-dul, ahop, yol. :P This one is harder to remember.
-looks at chwech-
-looks at February-
-arches eyebrow at Taia-
*has only just finished college*
*hugs Johanna, Hopeymoth, Taia-Bear and Sven*
*Tanya hugs Scarry again*
Tanya: Kas has to walk to the train station now, so I'm somewhat here unless he steps under a tram while on his phone.
-hugs back-
Saw an ad for "free sexual services," such as pregnancy tests, in the male bathroom in school.
I don't think I need a pregnancy test, even if it's free.
*hugs Kas back* How was it today?
Scar: *hugs Tanya back* Nice. :) So what have you been up to? You don't usually talk to me much.
I hate how it's okay to be sexist towards males and not females . . .
O.o Why the male bathroom??
Starry! *hugs* :D
Oh noes! We need a link to the next free comment space that's not a spoiler post!
@Star Except it's not okay.
@Hope It was like seven hours of school. Better, but too long -_-
*smiles at Johanna* (OMG I can't stop saying your name)
Ooh, rain has passed and the sun is nearly out and it's nearly warm and nice! :)
Tanya: It's been lonely. I've missed you. I've just been here. Mostly quiet.
(She's been annoying me, but only rarely!)
Link
(I like my name, too. :P)
Aquila XD XD
Ah, see, the Welsh for 'February' is 'Chwefror' (I think??)... which is a little bit closer to chwech? :P
@Lav: Cool..! :o
It's interesting that Korea have two ways to say them. I think the most Korean I've ever encountered before was helping a friend learn taekwondo terms, once :)
*huggles Kas* Hey. :)
Taia: That makes more sense. ^^
oh my welsh is limited to cymraeg gwaed becuase that was the ingame name of a friend of mine
Thanks, Jo. :)
Aww. *hugs Kas* At least you're finished for today! :) And the weather's turning nice just for you! :D
Scar: You missed /me/? I... I'm sorry you've been lonely... *she hugs Tanya* But quiet's not usually like you. *smirks* What happened to that army of yours?
(If it's okay to ask, what happened to Tia? I've been wondering...)
@Taia: the Sino way is basic counting. Like Maths numbers and what not. The other way is when you're counting time or objects. At least that's what I know about it. There's a few ways to use the number types. :)
@Kas: xD
Hi, Star!
*nods* :/
@Sven: Oh, cool. 'Welsh blood'. *nods* :)
*knows the Welsh word for 'blood', but not 'six' :P*
They left. Probably for the best. Off doing their own things. They get to experience the world, meet exciting new people, and kill them. *nods*
(Last winter, Tia had a chemistry "accident" and she ended up in another dimension. She's become a dimensionaut/shunter and started jumping through dimensions, looking for a way back. Just today I had an idea for a one-shot where she finds herself in the Cyberpunk dimension.
Now I managed to find a room in this station all to myself, and I have to leave in then minutes :/
But yeah, time to take the train home.)
*I did miss you, Scarry. How have you been?
Taia, that makes me wonder about your preferences. ;P
(Not really, better don't ask which Latin words I remember..)
Oh, also it's possibly that one number set is original Korean. The other one could be derived from Japanese or Chinese with kanji characters.
... I just don't know which one's which though. :P
(Guys help! I'm becoming an adult!)
@Jai Take deep breaths.
Silente: One of us! One of us! One of us! ;P
*hugs Jai gently*
(*hugs kas gently back*
Help!!! I'm becoming adult!!! It's not good!!! I'm growing up!!!)
Are we still counting to ten?
Sure, Kas. ^^
Silente: -grins- You will survive.
@Jai But that's great! You can do things now!
One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten.
Eleven! :P
@Lavender: Huh. I think that's pretty cool..! :)
@Aquila: XD
(Oh, but now I'm curious)
@Jai: Noooo..!
@Jai: Just act like a kid! Just because you're getting older, doesn't mean you have to be all mature. :P *hugs* Hi, by the way. Why are you panicking now?
Scar: *nods* You're right. Probably for the best. I've been around. Ya know, going to balls, fighting insane necromancers, that kind of thing. :P Haven't been active much until recently.
(I'm glad she's not dead. :) And I hope she'll find her way back soon!)
(@Aq No! No I won't! I'm growing up! I'm starting to get stupid wants like to buy my own special whitening tooth paste!!! And my own shampoo and my own conditioner!!!)
@Kas: Eleven?? Never heard of it. :o
*blinks*
Okay, even /I/ don't go /that/ far...
*experimentally sprinkles glitter on her head*
Silente: Don't worry, you just get ADDITIONAL stupid wants. :P
I'd know... I own a hoola-hoop and a colouring book and have to pry myself away from plushs on a regular basis...
Haha I remember when we went to a café in Belgium and me and my dad bagsied a table whilst my mum, brother and sister went to order.
Sister: *comes to me and my dad* *to my dad* Mum says what's five in Dutch?
Dad: Five.
Me: *huh that's just like English*
Sister: *goes away*
*comes back a few minutes later* Mum says what's four in Dutch?
Dad: Vier.
Me: *huh that sounds just like German*
*to dad* So five is English and four is German?
Dad: Yeah.
*says numbers 1-10 in Dutch (they sounded halfway between German and English haha) and starts an interesting conversation about Dutch being halfway between English and German*
My parents lived in the Netherlands for a few years, so they have pretty good basic Dutch . . . it always really impresses me.
They can also do basic French and Swiss-German and German, although I'm not sure my mum knows non-Swiss German.
They'Re pretty good with languages. :)
But hoola hoops are fun! And so is coloring! And plushs are life! XP
(AHHHHJSSNEKWKEKND HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.)
That's awesome, Star. :)
@Jai This is normal. Soon you'll be like "Screw you guys I got my own toothpaste mwahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!" *nods*
Don't worry, Jai. We'll be here for you. You'll get through this. *hugs gently*
@Kas: I meant 'socially acceptable,' not 'okay' . . . bad wording. :(
@Jai: WELL I'M SEVENTEEN NOW AND IT FREAKS ME OUT SO MUCH WHEN I THINK OF IT THAT I'M TRYING TO IGNORE IT AND PRETEND IT'S NOT HAPPENING AND THINK ABOUT SUPERNATURAL INSTEAD
(RIGHT! IGNORE IT! OKAY! OKAY!)
*nods* You can be young once, but immature forever.
@Jai: *nodsnods*
it's... just 17 you still have plenty of time to be not taken seriously, this lasts till you're atleast 30 and afterwards you can still be a kindergarten teacher...
*grabs Jai's shoulders, shaking her lightly*
CALM DOWN GIRL AND GET THOSE UNWANTED WANTS OUT OF YER HEAD.
(That help? :P) *sprinkles more glitter on her and it turns out to be fairy dust that takes you to Neverland so you'll never grow up*
That escalated quickly. XD
@Sven: DO NOT MENTION THAT NUMBER
I'M TRYING TO IGNORE IT :P
(*omnomnoms the glitter*
*hopes it was edible glitter..*)
Tanya: *nods* I practically disappeared until the Requiem Ball.
(*is driving 5:30 till 7:30 *
*doesnt feel like it^
*sighs*)
Star: He's right, though. He knows, I still don't take him seriously even though he's legally an adult. ;)
@Jai seriously, though. It's gonna be okay.
Hey, Chloe. Bad day? :/
(*cuddles chloeeeeeeeee*)
@Jai: Did you know that edible glitter is apparenlty not edible?
@Chloe: :( *hugs*
@Aquila: NO ONE'LL EVER TAKE ME SERIOUSLY BECAUSE I'M TOO WEIRD
I'M MORE CONCERNED ABOUT MY SENSE OF IDENTITY BEING MESSED ABOUT
(it generally takes me about half a year to get used to my age :P)
*... it is; nodsnods*
DUDES WAIT A SECOND. I'M ALREADY NINETEEN AND ACTUALLY OLD ENOUGH TO DRINK. O.o I DONT WANNA GROW UP EITHER.
Scar: Oh, we're you there? I'm sorry, we must have missed each other...
*were
*hugs Chloe* Aww. :/
(*huggles everyone * I just feel lousy...)
@Star: :) :)
@Jai: *nods at what everybody else said?* You're cool, adulthood doesn't change that :)
Hey, Chloe! *hugs* :(
Hi Inky! -gives cookie-
(@Chloe I'm sorry you feel lousy :/
*cuddles raisin*)
Me too, Star. :P
Did you know in Korea, they actually count the time you're in the womb? Koreans are a year older than the rest of the world. So I'd be twenty if I lived there. O.o
BUT I HAVENT EVEN GOTTEN USED TO BEING NINETEEN LIKE WHAT I CANT BE TWENTY YET. THATS TOO SOON. >.<
(@star oh my gosh you're nearly /twenty!/ O_O)
*copies Aquila and gives Chloe a second cookie and another hug*
(Cookie! *noms*
*poofs*)
Do you mean Star, or me, Jai? :P
Bye Chloe! Gooooooddddd luuuuuuuuuucccccckkkkkk!!!!!!
i'll be joining the 19 year old plebs next month
(@Lav You're both nearly twenty!
I mean it's more AHHH with Star cause I think we met when she was like 16/17?)
:( :( *hugs Chloe*
@Lavender: Huh, I guess that makes sense. :)
In Britain you can drink when you're sixteen, you just can't buy a drink at a bar until you're eighteen. Or summat like that. :) I'm willing to bet that very few fifteen-year-olds haven't had alcohol before, though.
Haha when you're sixteen you're also allowed to fill up a car with petrol.
:P
But you're not allowed to drive the car. XD
You can manually push the car to the petrol station, fill it up and push it back. XD
You can also drive a moped, and you can get married if you have parental consent. *nodsnods*
(SERIOUSLY WHAT THE FUCK IS WITH THAT MARRIAGE LAW
WHO WANTS TO GET MARRIED AT SIXTEEN
. . . then again, I really struggle to understand marriage in the first page . . .)
also, korea china and japan i think plenty of asian countries do that if i'm not mistaking lav
@Jai: *laughs* You met wiht when I was 16/17 and I am currently 16/17.
XD Dude.
(Huh? Oh. Oops. Did I accidently mix Lav and star up?)
@Sven: Japan doesn't. I know. I'm living there. :P
STAR. DUDE. /WE/ MET WHEN YOU WERE THIRTEEN. LIKE WHOA. AND I WAS SIXTEEN!!! :O YOU'RE MY AGE WHEN I FIRST CAME ON THE BLOG.
Nun, Jai. We only met last year. :P
**almost last year
*blinks*
You guys don't like ageing, huh? :P
@Lav/Sven: COOL :o
@Star: XD
I think you can also buy goldfish at 16 :P
*hugs Chloe* ... I'm here for you, Bach.
Tanya: We must've. *nods*
(Kasumi's train adventures! Stupid vending machine was broken. I proceeded to tap the refund button and it gave me £1 just for free.
Then it gave me the bottle and shook it up so it exploded on the seats in the train.
And then I was all "Yay, we're moving away, wait, that's just a train slowly going past, we're stood still.)
japan doesn't? hrmm well plenty of others do -nods- i think i'm doubting now xD
**nuh
XP
@Lav: IKR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ALL MY MEMORIES OF LUCI ARE FROM WHEN SHE WAS IN YEAR ELEVEN AND I'M CURRENTLY IN YEAR TWELVE AND I'M LIKE "ARGHHHHHHHHH ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH *HIDES FROM AGE AND MINDFUCK*
@Jai: XD Maybe.
Might disappear to read fanfiction before the battery dies completely.)
Or listen to music... hmm...
@Taia: I don't like aging, no, because the more I age the closer I am to the end of my life and I don't want to die.
However, that's not why my age freaks me out. My age freaks me out because it doesn't feel like part of my identity and it's freaky. :( It's like if you woke up one day and soemone went "SURPRISE! YOU ARE NOW CALLED RACHEL!" and you'd be like "wtf BUT I'M NOT USED TO MY NAME BEING RACHEL THIS IS WEIRD HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP"
:P
@Kas: :) Okay. *hugs*
Aww, poor Kas. *huggles and offers a tissue* But hey, free money? :)
Scar: *is now at a loss for what to say, sorry ^.^'*
@Sven: Eh, I don't know about China or the other East Asian countries, just Japan and South Korea. (As I'm learning Korean and staying in Japan)
Star, your description of ageing is precisely my description of growing during puberty...
... took quite a while for my self-image to get as tall as my body. Quite a while and lots of bruises. ;P
I think I should go to sheep now!
*hugs everyone*
Have a good afternoon/evening! Good night from me!
@Kas: :( At least you got a quid out of it? :)
Enjoy your fanfic/music!
Night Lila!
(I met star like two years ago.. so maybe when she was 14/15?)
gonna eats nooow, need to fuel the beast! well..morelike a sheep... that's as big as thumbnail....screw it, i'm a beast and hear me roar!
XD
Bye Svenny!
I'm off to work, be back later. ^^
@Aquila: :P
@Jai: Yeah, I think you met me when I was fifteen. :)
@Star: Aaahh. :P
But, your age doesn't really define you? Like Master Yoda aged LOADS and he was GREAT and not at all typical of a 900-or-so year old, y'know?
My A2 physics class full of 'adults' spent an entire hour today yelling about if fish have feelings and not knowing that penguins can't fly (or thinking penguins are fish, in one case :P). The number 18 doesn't say a whole lot about them as individuals. :P
Bye Lav, Sven, & Aquila! Sleep/eat/work well! :)
@Taia: Yeah, but it's part of my identity.
Like the fact I like in Britain.
I'm just used to these things being associated with me???
It's like how you know how male teachers always wear like shirts to school with like collars adn ties? And then on non-uniform days they're like wearing t-shirts and jeans and it's really odd, beacuse although you know they were just wearing shirts because they were working and it's not part of their identity, the shirts they wear are just part of your mental perception of them and when it's taken away your perception gets messed-with and it's weird.
(On a side note, male teachers are always wearing like shirts wiht ties but female teachers can just wear whatever the fuck they want so long as it's fairly smart and modest. I could go into deeper analysis of that, but like I'm meant to be doing stuff. :P)
@Star: ... Huh. Fair enough.
I'm not sure I get that the same way, personally. Like, idk, it's more of an arbitrary thing that's not really that important to me? :P
Tbh, I tend to find with the own clothes day thing that it just makes sense?? Like you see the clothes they're wearing and it's like 'Ahh!' because there's a little piece about them that was missing and their personality kind of clicks together a bit better. Idk. :)
(Vague agreement about dress code because you're meant to be doing stuff :P)
*Must rid the world of glitter*
*but bed is comfy...*
*will sleep a few more hours, then rid the world of evil glitter*
@Taia: Well, you see, there's a difference between what matters to me in an important me and what doesn't really matter to me in any logical way but which just matters because my brain produces emotions for it. Like, in theory, I wouldn't mind being in a room full of people at all, because there is nothing inherently better about a room without people in it, but I just prefer being in a room that's not full of people because that's just what I'm wired to prefer and that's just how I am.
And when my perception of someone gets messed-with, it's just weird because I'm not used to that and that makes me think "um um not used to this um this is weird um."
I'm always really interested to see what teachers wear on non-uniform days, but it's less of an "Ah!" and more a "Ooh, that's interesting." :P
(:P)
(Also, only semi-relevant but in yr 5 I really wanted to be called Rachel so if I'd woken up one day back then and somebody said 'SURPRISE YOU ARE RACHEL NOW' I'd have been like AAAWWWW YISSSSSS
I think in yr4/5 a friend & I took new names and we managed to go by them for a while and it was really cool :))
Hey J! :P
@Taia: XD XD
My character has a wall designated for kicking called Rachel.
*mumbles something about evil glitter and mean giant people in his sleep*
(I think that was his sleeping version of a hello...
Hi.)
@John: XD
Yesterday Darcie asked me - if she cut my head open, would little people come out? And I said probably not, but that I thought that if you cut Catherine's head open a little Dan might come out, and I said I didn't think it was a good idea because first of all I like Catherine and wouldn't want to cut her head apart, adn secondly then you'd have a mini Dan in the world and he'd just go around stabbing things and that wouldn't be too good, and Darcie was laughing and saying that he would jsut go around being pissed-off.
I don't think Dan would much appreciate being tiny.
It would be much harder to threaten people. XD
*cracks one eye open*
It is. Nobody takes you seriously...
*grumbles and goes back to sleep*
Hrmm not being taken seriously is a good thing.
Maggs:*bumps into blake* OH hello sorry i totally didn't just take some of your blood for experiments haha! *she skips off again*
me: or a bad thing incase of that little Einstein...
*a long-eared ferret sticks it head out of the bushy hair ontop of the little girls head giving me a glare that seemingly means "i know what you did last summer"*
me:nevermind O_O
@John: XD Yeah, that would piss Dan off to no end.
*grabs Maggs by the arm before she can run off*
That is a very, very bad idea. For your own good, destroy that sample now.
maggs: what are you talking about mister? what sample? *she taps her foot on the ground seemingly annoyed because of the accusation* As you can see i have nothing on me except for candy and a little bit of Dihydro monoxide.
*he lifts her up off the ground with one arm*
I'm not against hitting a little girl for the greater good, now get rid of it.
@Star: *nods* I get that first bit. It's like me going to somebody and saying something, which feels like deciding to walk into a fire, not for any good reason but it's just how I am? And believing stuff that I do is also who I am, but that's a part of myself that I can kinda rationalise?
But I don't think I tend to solidify my perceptions of people that much. Groups of people and routines and stuff, yeah (we changed physics teachers and oh my god it's weird & I don't like it). But, idk, people are people, they're still them, I dunno. :P
*shrugs* :)
XD Poor Rachel :P
maggs: you want a lollypop? geez you could just ask nicely, meany.
*she digs in her pockets and jabs a tootsie pop in his mouth*
isn't he mean petey? *the ferret nods*
*slams her against the ground and pins her there. Darkness searchs through her pockets until they find the blood sample, which he shoves into his shadow*
There are certain things you don't tinker with, what's in my body is one of them.
*he lets her up and walks off to find another place to sleep
@Taia: *nodsnods* :)
maggs: meh i had a glance, i can just use that data instead.
petey: Grrrr
maggs: yeah yeah we'll put a tag on him
petey: Sniffle snort
maggs: yes... "haha" *she rolls her yes*
*climbs up into a tree and goes back to dreaming up plans to get rid of all the glitter in the world*
maggs: SVEN! BRAIDS!
Me: wait what?
Maggs: braid my hair
Me:but why? *the ferret joins me*
maggs: cause i want braids
me:but... fiiine
*gets to work...*
(*sighs happily*
*sudden realization that I need to tell Jai something...* is she around? ifnot i'll try fb or text, actually, kinda private should do that anyway )
(why mention it then?)
(My thoughts exactly.)
Battery got low so had to go. That's what I get for using the phone from 7-5
( #becausewhynot :P
it's not that I don't want you to read it, it's that I don't want someone else to read it :P and then tell that person )
(Sorry, revision, wbd)
Hey Keiron!
Hope everything's OK. ^^
*hugs Kas* I guess you're home by now? Was the train journey alright?
( yes but... if you didn't mention it at all, then you wouldn't have to worry about it, cause if you'd be talking behind someones back now, they'd probably know you are talking behind their back at that point, little bit silly bruv)
( It's a surprise for Gemma :P I can't just say here...
Everything is cool Taia :D :P how's you ? )
:)
I'm alright, thanks K! Bit stressed, mostly good. :)
(I is here *has frog in throat*)
( *hugs* why you stressed? )
( Hey Chloe :D:P *hugglez* )
(*huggles* hey k
how art thou?)
( I was anxy... still am a bit ... but overall Good :D :P wbu ? )
(ewhy? wanna talk about it?
I am okay, lost voice...just came in from driving
just realised when I have my next lesson, Ill have to drive past everyone at the bus stop...)
( Nah it's cool it's a good anxy ... maybe I dunno lol Yeh it is :D :P
hopefully it's raining and you can soak them lol )
(okay ^.^
hehehe hopefully)
hello.
(Hey)
( you tried the theory tests yet ? :P
Hey F )
hey k. How's you?
(not yet, not confident at theory at all)
(imn watching americans pronounce welsh town names XD)
( did you see that link I gave you of the guy pronouncing a 58 letter town brilliantly on air ? :P
F^ )
(I did see it
I can pronounce it
I learned to in year seven (when I was 12)
hey chloe. ummm, so i am guessing good? ^_^ Why are you anxy?
(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YGchlqCjj8A
I just love them :O)
( :D: P
:( good for you ... I tried ... if it was split down into phenetics and stuff I could But just reading a whole bunch of letters is like huhuhuhuhuhuhu )
(and the welsh alphabet is weird...
there are DD and LL
LL is quite hard for non welsh speakers to pronounce, so most times they don't bother
take the place near me, Llanelli
I bet we both would pronounce them differently)
(abd some letters like Z and X don't exist in welsh)
( I can't exactly explain on here how i'd day it lol )
(that's true XD)
( is it true you don't hae a word for blue so you call it bronze .... in native obv )
(blue in welsh is glas)
(I don't know the welsh for bronze..>)
(Sorry - I'm supposed to be learning the 7 Main Assumptions of Kinetic Theory for Ideal Gases but I seem to have at least eleven of them and then the textbook is only listing three and so I am being confused)
*hugs Keiron back* Meh, just life stuff. School issues I'm not doing anything about, uni application stuff, y'know. *shrugs* :)
Hey Fera! Hi Chloe! :)
@Chloe: XD People trying to make sense of Welsh is one of my favourite things :P
(Is ll San? sanelci is what translate sounds like when I put that name in )
(TAIA! *GLOMPS*
its mine too XD nut onme thing that annoys me is how people pronounce Owain Glyndwr)
(no... I don't think you can type how it sounds...)
hey taia! ^_^ Uni or just school physics? ^_^
(I still don't know what to do... midwifery or criminology... )
(Labhair tú i mise, beidh mé ag caint i mianach.
didn't the school year just start? )
I mean you've got almost a year to figure it out?
(okay then K ^.^)
( next post )
(ive got a matter of a few days to decide
in college, we start writing our personal statements on Thursday)
*closes skype so he wouldn't get mad again*
*thought bronze was 'effydd' or 'efydd' or something like that* ^^
*huggles Chloe* C:
Yeah. :/ There was a documentary on a while ago about Owain Glyndŵr and they went through the ENTIRE thing pronouncing it wrong and hggggrhshzh you'd think, given the entire TV programme is about him, they'd at least check how to say his NAME -.-
BAM
(I know right!)
