Loooooooooooooooook there's Kaladin and there's Shall and there's Dalinar and there's Adolin and ahiansdisandmsajdnmasdkjnasdsajdnsasjnas look right there right THERE just look at them aren't they awesome.
Loooooooook there's Shallan with her pretty pattern, and that's representative of her because hse has a pattern, and also because she doesn't directly go out and just smash people with her Shardblade/spear, she's more subtle and works in things like writing and patterns and lies. :)
And there's Kaladin with his spears and his flag on the spear, and arent' the spears pretty, and that's representative of him because SPEARS and also the flag with the glyphs . . . first of all, that's what they do, each army has a standrad in the form of a flag with glyphs so it's kind of going back to his army roots (wouldn't be surprised if the glyphs were Amaram's), but also I kind of thing of the spears in the circle as Kaladin's squad/bridgecrew and Kaladin as the spear with the flag on it, because he's leading them . . .
idk.
And then there's Dalinar with his shield, the shield with the Kholin symbol on it, and it's so representative of him because it just looks so solid and steadfast there. :)
And there's Adolin with the Shardplate and the Shardblade. Because Adolin really loves duelling, you know. And he's very good at it. Very good. But he doesn't play foe the rankings, so people underestimate him because he's not at the top of the leaderboard. :) He loves duelling because there's an art to it. Really fighting? That's just brutal and messy. But real duelling is like a game of chess or summat. :)

The other day in biology we went through our mocks that we'd done in December.
Just the six-mark questions, actually, coz Sir thought they were the important part.
And there was one six-marker about pre-implantation testing. You know . . . when a person who is pregnant goes for testing to see if their unborn kid has any genetic illnesses and whatnot.
And in the question, they said there was one couple who wanted to test for cystic fibrosis adn one couple who didn't, and we had to write why people would or wouldn't want to test.
And for reasons why they would, we were all writing stuff like "so they could prepare" and "because they might want to abort if the baby did" (due to either money or hard work or low quality of life) (I'd actually written that they might want to abort if the baby had cystic fibrosis, and an abortion was a decision that had to be made before birth, so they'd haev to use pre-implantation to find out) (I love reading back at my old schoolwork sometimes. I write the craziest shit XD But anyway), and stuff like that.
And Sir said "Did anyone put that they might just want to find out?"
And we were like " . . ."
And he was like "Because some people will be genuinely curious and will just /want to know/. And that's a valid reason for doing it.
And see, I wouldn't have put that, because although it is a thing that genuinely happens - people do genuinely want to find out - when I write school-questions like these, I sort of put a filter on and filter out all the stuff that sounds flimsy.
And in English, I would never have gotten away with saying 'they might have just wanted to'. I'd have to give a proper reason with evidence.
And the thing is, I realised at that moment that science questions were closer to the reality of people than English questions.
Which makes no sense. Because in English you actually study people. Well, character-people, but they're people.
Whereas in science you don't.
So -
so basically, English is a load of shit, and when I can't do my homework I like to procrasinate by complaining about my homework.

I regularly pull my scalp apart slightly . . . I also have an itchy scalp with a fair bit of regularity due to . . . scalp conditions.
The more you think about it, the more it'll itch, and the more you itch it, the more it'll itch. Also, be grateful for the gel. Headlice are also itchy, and more longlasting.
Think about something else. Itch another part of your skin.
(my mum never used gel. We used nit combs . . . do you have any nit combs? Because they worked fine. Although it probably took longer . . . if the nits became adults, they left more eggs that would hatch so you have to get them when they were small.)

All generations have problems, and you can't blame the new people for them. Also, I think it's more the older people causing the problems at the current time as opposed to the newer ones. -_-
(Also, Kaladin is so wise. O_O I always forget to notice this, because I'm always so focused on grabbing the quote that I forget to associate it with Kaladin himself.
Also, you'll notice he links back to soldiers . . . he always links things back to soldiering, I think, because that's what he knows; he tends to put most things into soldier metaphors. There was a scene once where Rock gave Kaladin a shave, and Kaladin was thinking that he'd never had another man shave him before because he hadn't needed to shave before he'd left his home and so he'd grown into doing it himself . . . he basically grew up in the army, I think. It's where he transitioned from childhood to adulthood. It's where he became Kaladin Stormblessed instead of Kal.
