Anyway, so I was like you know what? I know a Zath, I mean I've heard of a Zath maybe Is hould email that person and then I see that they do in fact have a hungers games thing so I thought yup, could be a happy coincidence, could be the guy we are looking for. And then, because my brain skips all the logical things to do I'm like send him a creepy email, because creepy emails are always the way to go...unless you're trying to get a guy, in that case, creepy emails don't work. So, I emailed him and was all, I'm not creepy at all, and then I asked him for permission to do the hunger games thing and he said yes.
So that's pretty good new right? Maybe it's not, maybe it's only average news, I don't really care that much. But the point is you have permission and can go ahead with it if you want to. Yeah.

Not wanting to confuse you, but one thing I'd mention is about extra-curricular activity/work placement/whatever. If your school is one which can offer intership/scholarship/sponsership/undergrad courses/etc, you might want to consider space for that, since they can be very handy to have. :)

I have a page that needs dedicating from like a week ago. I was going to do a video ded like I used to, but A. I don't think I have time for that. B. I have something important to ded to that will be more effective as a speech.
Shaylee, Gia and Zoe. I never knew them. So many people now will never know them, people they might have met. There are, and will always be so many could-have-beens for them.
It's not just about them, though. Marysville isn't the only school shooting to have taken place, school shootings aren't the only kind of tragedy and tragedy isn't just about the dead.
I'm going to divide this ded into three parts: The dead, who cannot be replaced; the living, who cannot forget; and the future, which is all we can hope to change.
The dead: I mentioned the three girls who died in the Marysville shooting. They were the same age as my little sister. They'll never be the same age as me. Even when the victims are older, there's so much they'll never get to do. Every single person in this world is irreplaceable, and it's always so sad when a light goes out before it's had a chance to shine. This page is dedicated to the people who are gone now, both who they were and who they could have been.
The living: There's a quote in The Fault In Our Stars which goes something like "Funerals aren't about the dead, but the living." I'm sure those aren't the exact words, but the idea is there, and much the same thing can be said of tragedy. Depending on your religion, Shaylee, Gia and Zoe are either gone now or in Heaven/equivalent afterlife. A tragedy isn't just a tragedy because people die, it's a tragedy because people miss them. Those three girls and everyone else who's fallen victim to a similar tragedy had family, friends, acquaintances, people who never knew them but miss them anyway. This page is dedicated to everyone who's ever been affected by a tragedy, everyone who's ever lost someone they loved, everyone who cares.
The future: We can't change what happened in Marysville, Sandy Hook, Santa Barbara, SPU, that movie theater shooting in Aurora, Colorado. We can't stop car or plane crashes, and we can't undo 9/11. What we can do, however, is try to make the world a better place. I dedicate this page to increased understanding of mental disorders, gun control and safety/security. To the future, may it be brighter than the past.
