Taia, yup that includes the sun. All forms of energy. It's a pretty powerful magic to have, BUT it has its downsides. Like how it relies on energy actually being around you, which most of the time it is... but yeah. ^^

And also, Dragona, you can convert the energy into chemical energy in your body, so you don't need sleep. Also, you can heal wounds. Well, Hunter & co. can do that, anyway.

You output kinetic and thermal and sound energy constantly, unless you're dead. Respiration outputs energy. Couldn't you use that energy as a last resort to break out of the box?
I think I'll draw a line at moving fast, etc. Because COMPLETE energy manipulation would be too powerful. But an extent of energy manipulation and amplification would be fine. Maybe healing lesser wounds, sure. Maybe like amplifying the voltage of electrical currents, sure. But not like going super fast. Not using energy from like distant planets and stuff, either.
... You'd have to be careful not to drain the energy out of everything around you so that it all just drops dead. If you were mind-controlled somehow, or just decided to be evil, or were manipulated in kind, you'd be a weapon of mass destruction. O_O
I mean, Elementals already use a little energy manipulation and amplification - at a click of a fingers they can use the friction to make a fire. So it's just like that, in theory, just on a larger and more developed scale.

Hunter is not a nice person, he already rules half the world in his time and he quite likes being a weapon of mass destruction. :P And I wouldn't trust him not to kill you. He would kill any of you, if he needed to or if it would be quicker/simpler than not killing you.

So yeah, if anyone wants a kind of coloured aura kind of picture, just ask. They're easy to make, and I can guarantee I'll have it done within an hour (almost definitely less, but it depends on how busy I am). It doesn't have to be blue, either. I could do any colour combination.

So Kes emailed me telling me she'd found this clean version of Down With the Sickness by Disturbed and the bridge had been so funny (it swears quite frequently), and I was like haha yeah I've listened to one of those it rocks, and then I wondered if there was a clean version of People=Shit by Slipknot because the song swear 36 times, and she was like woah, and I was like yeah, and she was like, I bet they just sat down and were like "let's make a song that swears as much as it can", and I was like nah, I think their vocalist(and lyricist) is one of those people who swears every five seconds for no apparent reason, I never understand that, and she was like yeah, it's stupid, and numbs the effect of swear words, and I was like, well, I can see how in songs the swear words can achieve specific effects, but - and then I was thinking about that, and they do. Give specific effects, I mean. Swear words. Like - "What are you looking at?" That brings very different pictures and associations and emotions to might than "What the fuck are you looking at?" And, you know - "I'M - NOT - LIKE - YOU - I - JUST - FUCK - UP" The negative connotations of the swear words bring more negativity into that sentence, and therefore more desperation. And anyway, I'm just like O_O now, because minor epiphany. :P And I just think it's interesting, you know, how a few words can change something . . . Words are so fascinating. :) You have to use exactly the correct ones to achieve specific effects. It's like balancing. :)
It's not that difficult Zaf, you just shape the horse then stick a dead horse's soul in it. A bit of shadowmancy mixed with true necromancy. *Forms a horse out of shadows, it stays still for a moment then snorts and stamps the ground a bit* Since it's already there I suppose you can have it Silente... Since the soul is already dead it'll never die
Magic isn't something that requires much movement, especially not necromancy. Heck most of the moving I do is because it looks cooler, the shadows generally have a mind over their own unless I want something specific
There is only one discipline I know of but can't perform, that's name stealing. In order for me to learn something that isn't related to Necromancy I must either experience it or see it, which could be seeing it in person or through a memory. Niccolò is careful to make sure I don't know, especially because I am in sync with my own name. I wish I knew the process but he'd never let me. He doesn't want anyone to suffer.
Of course its a big thing. I won't be all one forever now, I'll always have him. I don't have to worry about being alone all my life. *turns back to the nightmare*

Magic isn't something that requires much movement, especially not necromancy. Heck most of the moving I do is because it looks cooler, the shadows generally have a mind over their own unless I want something specific
I could send my shadows at him, but I couldn't punch or anything. But its okay. I have some form of protection.

There is only one discipline I know of but can't perform, that's name stealing. In order for me to learn something that isn't related to Necromancy I must either experience it or see it, which could be seeing it in person or through a memory. Niccolò is careful to make sure I don't know, especially because I am in sync with my own name. I wish I knew the process but he'd never let me. He doesn't want anyone to suffer.
