A similar thing happened to me with swimming. My coach quit and I tried to keep going but it was meh. I've been swimming maybe 15 times in the past three years, now. Which is a shame, since I enjoyed swimming. I could actually do it with success. :P

Want me to help? Not sure how I can, but we just did Trigonometry and I got it. Either I get something and my friend doesn't, or it's the other way round, and this time I got it. :)
Simultaneous equations though. Oh my gosh. I keep getting them wrong. It got so it was actually unbelieveable. I'm flipping set one and I was getting every single question wrong, and I understood the principle, I just kept making mistakes . . . My and my friend died of laughter, then she helped me out, then I saw what I did wrong, then we did the next questions, then we compared answers, then they would be different, then I found out I'd done something wrong . . . *facedesk*

For SOH CAH TOA stuff, you need angles.
Therefore, questions without angle meausrements are Pythagorus.
