But before I get back to work, I have been asked to remind you all that my event at the Stratford Picture House on April 5th is the only public event I'll be doing for The Maleficent Seven. For those of you who don't know what a public event IS, it's basically me on stage yapping and answering questions for an hour, and then we go on to have a signing. All other appearances for TMS are just signings.
I've been asked to remind you about this because apparently there are lots of tickets available. Well, I'm ASSUMING there are lots of tickets available. The words used were "it's been slow to book", which means roughly the same thing. Maybe it's because it's the Easter holidays or it's the start of a weekend, but usually events pretty much sell out in a very short space of time. So Harper Collins publicity people are all going "uhhh... what's happening?"
Oh, and for those of you who have already booked tickets, don't you fret. If it IS a smaller crowd than usual, it just means the event will be more of a casual chat between all of us. And also you won't have to wait in line for hours.
But, uh, for all you others... book a ticket. Or something.

I'm literally crying. I'm serious. There are tears streaming down my face, reading everything that happened at the wedding. My dad is looking at me, but he didn't ask because he already knows. My DAD, who HATES 1D, knows. That's how bloody serious it is.
So many people hate us Directioners now, and I'm guessing Greg and Denise do too. I mean, seriously! Who the HELL crashes a wedding?! Even if it IS a famous guy's brother. Get a life.
Niall went to the wedding, happy as can be, yelling out the window and singing along to the radio. Afterwards, driving to the reception, you can see tear marks down his cheeks, and he looks upset. He locked himself in the chapel toilet and cried for God's sake!
Okay, legit crying. To you so called 'Directioners' that went down there and crashed the wedding, I hope your ashamed of yourself! I hope your 5 second picture with him is worth it, seeing him in pain because he thinks he ruined his own brothers wedding. Since when do you have the nerve to do that?! If he was really your idol, you'd put his happiness before your own, but clearly you don't love him just as much as you think you do. So disappointed in anyone who went down there.

There is good and bad in your fando, just like there is good and bad in people. No organisation can be fully good or fully bad, because they all have people in them, and people are both. It is impossible to have a fandom without bad in it. You have good people and bad people, and all the good people have bad in them and all the bad people have good in them. Good and bad are incredibly mingled togeher. Imiagine mixing a bucket of white paint and a bucket of white paint together to make grey, then trying to take all the black paint out - that's how hard it would be to seperate the bad from the good.
The bad has shown itself strongly with this incident, Mara. But there is good in your fandom also, and you couldn't expect any fandom anywhere to be gooder than yours. :) It's the best it can humanly be.
Greg and Denise had it on a Wednesday during school hours so no fans would come. And STILL, girls from bloody CORK - which is 7 hours away from Mullingar - drove up. EIGHT year olds. And what's shocking is their parents let them skip school to drive up and crash a wedding. ;-;
