Even in the darkest time, all it takes to brighten up the way for me is a smile caused by one of you.

Well Mara, in primary there are only a few people in your year group. My friend came from a tiny school with about 15 in her year group (I had about 60, in comparison). Compare those numbers to the 330 in our year group at high school. There are still people in my half (180 people in my half) that I've never heard of or seen. (Seen being noticed, not just seen in the corner of my eye walking to a lesson without recognition of them being in my year group). In high school, there are more people, so to borrow my mum's phrase, there are more people like you, whereas in primary there might nt be any like you. If you have a smaller high school than 330 in each year group, don't worry, because I've never seen and heard of alf of them like I said so you'll be fine with like 100. :)

Funny, pretty, clever and talented, what more could you ask from her?
A lot, apparently. She's more than just those things, she's one of the strongest people I've ever known, she's one of the most incredible people I've ever talked to, especially given her circumstances.

Create the blog. Only one person does this. That person is automatically an admin, and anyone who joins is just an author unless the admin switches them to admin later.

Em and Mara are incredibly strong and powerful young women who I adore, and that's why I ded to them.
But there're another couple of girls who don't get enough recognition -
Both of them have a lot in their lives to deal with, but that doesn't stop either of them from being there for me no matter what.

@Mara: When I moved house, I found it really hard to make friends. In my mum's words, it was a really difficult move for me. But when you go up to secondary . . . You're all new, you're all trying to make friends. It makes it much easier. :)
And, we live in the mordern world - we have text and email and Facebook and Twitter and BBM and other stuff. :) It's easy to stay in touch.
There is a bright side to being upset. At least you have comfort in the knowledge that you're a caring person. -_-

I said today in my practise conclusion that in an analogy of music genres, 'Who's For the Game?' was like pop music whereas 'Dulce et Decoram Est' was like heavy metal. :)
I liked that analogy. It's a good one, in my mind, because before I though of it Who's For the Game? was lighter and shallower in my mind whereas Dulce et Decoram Est was deep, dark green, and brutal. This is like how I see heavy metal and pop in my mind. Pop is lighter and shallower, metal is darker and deeper. Except it isn't green, it's purple. But yeah. Other people will of course look at it differently, but it's a good metaphor for my mind. Which isn't aht counts on an essay. OH, WHATEVER. :)

I generally think of pop music as yellow/orange/red. Flute music is primarily springtime pastel colors. Violin is mainly pinkish-purple or turquoise, Enya is light red--not pink, light red. Which is similar to pink but not quite or sometimes blue. I mean Enya sometimes is blue, not light red. Light red is never blue, at least not to my knowledge. Adele is maroon/burgundy/dark purple, Maroon 5 is neon green, except 'Payphone' which is blue and orange. Kelly Clarkson is lime, which is different from neon green, yellower, in my definition. I'm going off on a tangent now...Anyway:

Create the blog. Only one person does this. That person is automatically an admin, and anyone who joins is just an author unless the admin switches them to admin later.
On the blog page (not the actual blog, but the one where you can see stats and stuff, the admin page, so to speak) select 'settings' at the bottom of the toolbar on the far left.
Under 'basic' (you should already be there from clicking 'settings'), scroll down to the bottom. There will be something that says
Permissions
Blog authors
Ulchaban Brave. Admin
+Add Authors
Click on the '+Add Authors' and type in the email of someone you want to invite.
When you've finished typing the email address, click 'Invite Authors.'
The person you invited has to accept the invitation, but once they do, it will be a shared blog.
