Okay. Go to Overview on the Not Exactly Normal blog. On the side there are settings among other things. Find Layout. Click on it and you'll see the basic outline if what your blog looks like. Click on Add Gadget(any of them). Then look for the followers button and add it. Simple really. You just need to look.
