In one area of our school the classrooms are tiny - with about thirty students in order for every student to have a desk you can barely move anywhere in the classroom however you arrange the tables.
Pretend a dash (-) is a table and a | is a wall:

You keep having to squeeze between tables and chairs to get anywhere. Anfd that's thirty students. Even with an average-sized classroom, you would never get enough seats for forty-seven students. You'd have to have people standing up. You'd have to have four per table instead of two per table . . . No, that wouldn't even work either. You've have to jam them in and get everybody to put their legs and feet on the chairs, take all the tables out, and jam-pack them like this (imagine dashes are chairs):

(The dash on its own is the teacher's chair).
And then imagine there are dashes in the spaces between the dashes.
And even that might not work.
