GAH. It's very confusing reading a book about someone called Artemis whilst talking to someone else called Artemis. :/
What, oddly, isn't confusing, is reading about someone called Holly when my given name is Holly. Holly from AF is a different person to me so when I see the word Holly in an AF book or think of Holly from AF my mind automatically connects me up to my Holly Short part of my brain without me thinking MY NAME or connecting her to me. I don't get confused at all. But strangely enough when I start writing all this down in a comment (like NOW), then whenever I write Holly I think MY NAME and I have trouble getting the word Holly to mean Holly from AF.
My brain is weird . . .

Artemis Fowl takes about three or four rereads to completely understand. :) I'm on my sixth reread and I'm still finding missed details, like in The Artic Incident when there was one random sentence about Root being poked in the eye, it WASN'T because he'd been connected up to the train or anything, it was Holly's severed finger.
And in The Lost Colony I noticed the joke about the irony of needing more time in a time surge.
Plus in The Atlantic Complex when Butler got the fake message from Juliet saying she needed help, the message DIDB'T come from a phone in Artemis's pocket.
And in The Time Paradox I noticed that Beckett actually has blond hair.
And I didn't forget in The Opal Deception that Artemis and Holly were in a cham pod and start assuming they were un a room whilst Opal revealed herself to them.
And in The Time Paradox I spotted that whilst Holly and Artemis were observing the leather souq they were in a cham pod and not a shuttle. And they were lying on a car when Artemis told Holly he'd lied to her.
But I still haven't remembered at the beginning of The Lost Colony that the man with the crutch is Billy Kong.
AND THAT'S PARTIALLY WHY THEY'RE AMAZING. YOU GET MORE FROM THEM EVERY TIME.
I realised yesterday that I had to read Anne Frank's diary, and ended up running around like a retarded chicken of sorts while I tried to read it quickly.

I showed it to him in Cheltenham, and he read this bit then brofisted me. Best moment of my life *sighs happily*) but I’m going to tell him and all of the other Blogandians again.
If Derek hadn’t been born on that 31st October in 1974, Skulduggery Pleasant would never exist, I would never have found that comfort from reading his witty remarks, I would never have been able to shake as I walked away from meeting you, brofisting you and having my photo taken with you, and I would never have met all of these awesome-if-slightly-insane Blogandians.

I only complain because I'm being forced to NOT bottle things up. I've had to do it. It's supposed to help me when I get suicidal. Supposed to stop me from doing anything stupid.
I have mcs. Mcs is an obsession with attention. It's something that I can't help. It's part of me. I've tried to change, I tried to be how I used to be. But I can't. I became someone else.
I'm fed up of it all. Fed up of everything. No matter what I do everyone is always asking more of me.

The thing is, why don't you try to take a different perspective of the whole world? Smile instead of frowning or maybe just enjoy the morning dew.
Determine that suicide is just idiotic and wouldn't make a single soul happy in the end, least of all yourself, and DON'T. DO. IT.
Another thing, you're not forced to say anything. And no, there's no need to bottle things up either, but on the other hand, if you could just let the little things slide, the world becomes a happier place. Don't let yourself become flaming, burning mad at nothing that matters.

*looks at Skyril* It completely depends on your definition of niceness. But I worked out just now that according to what I've said and thought whilst persuading people who've said they aren't nice that they are, I could actually be counted as a nice person. Which is, uh, nice. And I suppose I do have to follow my own advice. :) Actually, I'm simply cheerfuller now coz I've mostly stopped thinking about it, but oh well, it's worked. :)
Suicide is utterly and completely pointless. It causes pain and only stops pain in rare indirect circumstances, which I have to give a nod to coz I'm pedantic like that. Accorring to Jace and Clary pedantry is one of the ten deadly sins along with irony. :)
But if a butterfly flapping its wings at a certain moment can possibly cause an earthquake, then suicide can occasionally stop pain more than start it, but it's much rarer than the butterfly earthquake thing in my view.
I... um... don't like heights.

Look we all have niceness inside us... but we also have a dark and vindictive side as well.
Sometimes we find the best words when we are in a dark place, been there done that.
But that is no excuse for anyone to just label someone not nice. It's just a matter of having some patience with one another and if you just can't see that person hurt anymore you walk away. No one thinks less of you.
