Marissa Hearth followed her cell walls around her, until she completed the full square. She loved the cell’s padded walls. She loved the whiteness that surrounded her. She loved how she no longer knew which way was up and which way was down. She loved how she no longer knew herself anymore; they had taken this all away from her. There was nothing in the room but padding. White, dull padding that had drove Marissa insane. They had silenced her. That’s what they were best at; silencing people.
Marissa fell, landing heavily onto the hard padding below her. She let out a deluded giggle. She did this most; it was her favourite thing to do, pretend she was lying on the roof looking down at the ground. She didn’t know the difference anymore, the laws of gravity irrelevant. Her black hair strewn across the white ground looked like an ink stain on a bright white carpet. Her arms crossed into her chest, restricted by the straight jacket, pale skin, almost as white as the padding.

Marissa giggled again and stopped rocking. “Why was that woman standing on the floor?” She sounded thoroughly confused.

Aha. Ireland has some of the strangest things... Today, my brother had to go to hospital, because the nurse said his ear drum was about to EXPLOOOODE (Hehe, coooool...) So they had to fix it. But, I waited outside, sitting on a bench reading Death Bringer for the bajillionth time, and I look up, and next door to the modern hospital, there is a HUGE, 1800's psychiatric hospital. It was all smashed windows and bars on the doors.... It was AWESOME. But it creeped out my little brother. Also, in Armagh, we have this really old jail and it's all closed up, but on days like St Patrick's Day they open it up so people can visit it, and it was EPIC. It seemed like something that Skulduggery and Valkyrie wold have to go and investigate at... I loveed it, why can't I just LIVE in that Jail...?!! It was all spooky and creepy and made weird echos and the wind came in and made cool noises and I. LOOOVEEED. IT!!!! (I'm a weird child.....) :3

It had graves from the 1800's :) And my Nanny lives in a Famine house from the Irish potato Famine :D It's soo cool, it's all old looking outside, and modern inside :D It even has gargoyles xD I stay there all the time, 'cus it gives me ideas to write stories with :)
