First of all, most of you have been very good about posting no spoilers in the comments section, so thank you for that. But a few of you have let some things slip, which is bad. BAD MINIONS!
Ahem.
Got the German schedule. It’s only two days, I’m afraid- not the week or two that I usually spend travelling around. The Australia/NZ tour and then the UK/Ireland tour at the start of the year meant a LOT of time away from home, so I told them I wanted everything condensed for this one. Astonishingly, they listened... probably because they realize I’ll have to start the new Skulduggery book before Christmas, and they want to keep me happy.
But I am NEVER happy.
Anyway, the German schedule --

Jammed in between these three events are the usual amount of travel time and media stuff, but as usual I just list the events that the public can pop along to.
With all of the signings, of course, in Germany, the UK and Ireland, I am happy to sign whatever you bring with you- time permitting. Obviously if the queue is insanely long and we have to run off to the next event, I won’t have the chance to do so, so we’ll tell everyone that I’ll only be able to sign one or two things. But usually there’s enough time for me to sign everything.
Oooh, and a few of you have seen the new design for the Dark Days paperback. The whole idea behind this new design is basically to have fun with the covers. The hardbacks will continue on as before, but the paperbacks will have a brand new image, every time, featuring Skulduggery in a cool pose. We figure most of you will be buying the hardbacks- or trade paperbacks, which are hardback sized but with the softer covers- and so you can keep that consistent cover design for your collection. But when the smaller paperbacks come out and replace the hardbacks on the shelves, we wanted a new approach to entice the readers who have never picked up a Skulduggery book.

By the way, for those of you who miss Valkyrie’s presence on the covers, I completely agree with you. I miss her too. Which is why Mr Tom Percival is working on a series of cool Valkyrie images for the backs of the books. I can’t wait for these, because we’ll really be able to see how much she grows up and changes in Tom’s artwork. And I'll also be able to get a few framed. Yay!
Alright then, I will blog once more before I head off on tour, and then I’ll do my best to blog again once I’m actually ON tour.

Skulduggery came back from an alien planet, Valkyrie came back from the dead, why can't Tanith push back a Remnant? I know you hated/hate her, but hasn't she proven herself to you by now? Even Laura said she can tolerate her. Tanith's like the big sister I always wanted and without her i just know that one of my book theories will be proven wrong.

So anyway....besides that I think Mortal Coil is absolutely, amazingly, and impossibly GREAT! It's your best work yet besides "The Scepter of the Ancients". (I always like the beginning book of any series. I like seeing how the heroes becane the heroes in the first place.
Thank you so much Mr. Golden God for making your books so good! Those books are what make life/school/homework/ everything else we have to do bearable. (is that how you spell it?) he-he.

You did'nt tell us which homepage, but I just took the first one from google and it had an usa and canada part so it might be the right one (it's skulduggerypleasant.com).
My honest opinion: I like the way it looks like, but after I looked at the uk and austria+new zealand part it's like they try not to tell you too much... well, i guess, it wouldn't be attractive for anyone to print and sell this books in his country if he isn't the only one...
But one thing's for sure: I'd be sad to have a smaller website for my country than there is for an other one. It kind of looks like some countries are less important than other ones this way...
but it is quite cool :]

----MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD, BECAUSE IT'S AFTER THE RELEASE DATE---
Does anyone else think that Lord Vile is related to Skulduggery? All of those veiled comments and Skulduggery facing his past, reclaiming his family crest... And in the later books, Mr. Landy has gotten better at giving hints a book ahead (Ghastly and Tanith, for example). Because, if you've never faced someone in battle, why have that kind of fear? And why would someone as powerful as Lord Vile leave after being merely punched? Also, I can't think why else LV would resurrect Skulduggery- they were fighting on opposing sides, after all.
Plus, everyone, throughout the entire series, has been making comments about how LV wasn't your average baddie, how he 'potential' and could have 'changed the world'.

errr theres a super annoying scab on the side of my face its not that big and not noticable because its behind my fringe its just a small medium line on the side of my face and it angers me deeply .....

lol so do I but I think this tree was a bit to old ... my sister broke off a branch that had thorns on it and it hit my face on the way down ...
she knows she shouldn't step on thin branches though especially in old trees gosh lol ... we still made it to the top ... I hadn't realized I had cut my face until I came in and my mum went oh my god nicole you have blood all down your face ...
and I though she was joking lol she always says stuff like that to us :]
my favorite tree to climb is the old apple tree in my grandparents backyard. its really easy to climb, but my brother always has trouble getting into it
My fvourite trees to climb are these really big easy trees by my school it easy to get half way but harder to get to the top because its alot older and fragile
i think the highest I've ever gotten in a tree is 15 feet up, me and my bro measured

Again, a little late but... Thank you Nicolette. For the song I mean. When I was younger I used to love the movie, and going to the Teddy Bear's picninc. Some good memories that I can't remember. (I can't remember muh of anything from 13 down.) But, I can always remember the song! *Laughs* I also used to love going to parade's. Mmmmm... and the children's museum, and Storybook Gardens. (They have this really good apple cinnamon honey-like substance (I don't remeber what it was!) that are in these little sticks and they are DELICIOUS!) And Canada's Wonderland. We'd go to Hannah Barbera land to go on the scooby doo rides. We'd go on rollercoasters, watch the 3D movie, go on the Thunder Run at night at least once (family tradition to ride it), and then get some souvenirs before going home. (This was back when Canada's Wonderland was owned by Paramount.) And now they have the BEHEMOTH. Great ride that. It's a really big rollercoaster. Mmmmm... Anyway!
I don't climb trees, or anything for that matter but I do like walking in the woods. (Our backyard consists of a bunch of land a lot of trees, and a dead wood in the back. You should see the darkest part of the woods after it has rained a lot. Or after the winter. It's a thousand words of beautiful. And does anyone want to send ME a copy of MC? Any takers?

Ah...Gomenesai. I was watching some stuff on youtube. Mmmm... Both Bioshock games were amazing. In Halo, I only like to drive around but I guess I do like killing alien scumb. Damn. (My favourite method of killing them is to pistol whip them.) Have you played Fallout 3, Oblivion, Lost Odyssey, and/or Mortal Kombat? (I am such a nerd.) Oh and Bullet Witch was a pretty good game too. I just wish it had more cut scenes.

hello all. i am back from my pizza munching but only for about 15mins

YAY! PART 3 OF FAN-FIC! I CAME BACK JUST IN TIME
XD fanfic! this is the most typing i've done over a weekend, like, EVER
No, I've never played either lost planet. The Sherlock Holmes movie was 100 shades of amazing and I could watch it again if I had it with me. But I don't so... And I don't really have the patience to watch some of the t.v. shows out today. No offense to the casts or anyone who likes these shows, but why would I want to watch such shallow shows such as Degrassi, and Gossip Girl. "Oh no! Evan broke up with Avery! That beepen little beep." Yeah, that's great t.v. And then there are make-out sessions 24/7. No thanks. (Wow, that could really be taken offensively.)
I love Supernatural 'though. The other only shows I watch are Survivor (If it's interesting. Did you guys see last years? Hero's vs. Villains? It was by far the best Survivor yet.), and Naruto, Fullmetal Alchemist (yeah it's over but it is one of THE BEST anime's to ever exist.), Bleach (God I love this show.), Death Note (It's over too but... Go L!), and I guess, maybe, Wizards of Waverley Place. No laughing. I have the mind of a five year old, and I am easily amused. Things that amuse me include: automatic doors, automatic toilets, automatic soap dispensers, automatic towel dispenser things, automatic, automatic, automatic...
They are very fascinating.
I REALLY want to see Inception.
