eh I do agree that he could've picked a much better ending but you also gotta consider that he was probably pissed as hell. He might have just not even bothered with it anymore. Actually...yeah I don't think he cared for the last 2 chapters.
Yeah I guess. I think I'm just like 100% more pissed because Kubo literally treated my favourite characters like trash. If there's two things I care about in this whole series it's Yoruichi x Urahara and Chad x Ichigo. Their backstories were amazing and had so much room to grow and what? Urahara doesn't appear? Chad's last contribution to the series was "I'll fight the stone statues I'll clear a path for you" then Ichigo just doesn't go back that way, he just leaves Chad behind???
It was a great finale for Rukia x Renji fans though. Actually Ichika was kind of cute I guess. Don't know why her face was the last panel of the whole series though.
Look, you've gotta consider....he was most likely rushed before this. And he had more plans to do but within this many chapters, what did you honestly expect? Yes, he could've done it better but there would be still so many things to bitch about/would've been left open. It's honestly not worth to dwell over it. Shonen jump pretty much fucked all of us in the ass with a large dragon dildo. Kubo had so much more planned and is not his fault that there were some complications with the editor. Even if it was his fault, the editor is still in fault as he fucked over millions of fans for some selfish reasons.
Oh no I just mean the relationship between Chad and Ichigo haha. Chad's whole back story in the Soul Society arc was so epic and moving, the flashbacks to them in high school and Chad's whole "I only throw punches for Ichigo" motivation. Then he becomes a boxer, seriously?!
Rushed or not I expected sooo much better. Kubo genuinely wasted about half of his time just breaking Ichigo's sword over and over. Definitely blame Shounen and the editors, but man Kubo had the chance to fill in some plot holes and actually ignored them.
Biggest insult from Shounen though, not even giving him extra pages for the finale! That hurt. I genuinely didn't realise that was the last page, I didn't realise the chapter had ended. Ugh.
