Me too weird is good! Normal is so boring ;) I sometimes get excited when I do or say something normal though thats fun :) its like oh my god this is so normal of me why am I doing this??? ;)
Whatever you think about whether Britain should Benin or out of the EU, you havebto admit this was a terrible Brexit. And whatever you think about feminism, you have to admit this book I am reading is a piece of shit.
"According to the dictionary, sexism means prejudice, stereotyping or discrimination, typically against women, on the basis of sex. But it's more than that. It's the feeling that you're not quite as good. The suggestion that you're eaker, sillier, secondary, other, lesser. The sense that a public space isn't as much yours as it is a man's. The notion that you have to laugh along with a sexist joke or it's you who's branded uptight, or humourless, not the douchebag making it. The way " he" is the automatic default for a person. The fact that insults, from cunt to motherfucker to bastard to pussy, are all at their core derogatory to women."
Eh, Star, that book isn't all bad. You should check out how long women were unequal over here. We shortly had the right to vote from 1918, the women in Italy had to wait until 1946, the ones in Belgium until 1948, the ones in Liechtenstein even until 1984. Just two or three generations back, in Germany, a woman needed her husbands or fathers permission to work. And she was only allowed to do so, if it had no influence on her doing the chores. Just... I know right NOW we're pretty equal, but sometimes it's amazing how short the time has been. And I don't know about your country, but Germany still has plenty men who seem not quite used to the thought that chores are a duty both sexes have to fulfill. We have a party demanding laws like 'women should get money if they stay at home and don't take their children to kindergarten'. We have parties demanding family values - with their idea of an ideal family still being that women be housewifes and men work. I just... I do not feel like whoever wrote your book is entirely wrong. Though those insults are mostly attacks on the guys masculinity, if we're honest. Now if that's more of an insult to them, or to women (cause being more like a woman is an insult to a man, somehow) - eh, dunno. I feel like men should get to be just as emotional as women, if they want to.
Patricia asked yesterday if I was a feminist and I said kinda because I think womens rights are good but I also think EVERYONE should have equal rights like in custody of children and things like that... so im not just a feminist im a... maninist too??? Im an everythingist everyone should be equal :) ... honestly though I dont think the us uk and europe are bad at all now... not compared to some middle eastern countries... im happy at least even if some people arent :)
We have no matters of life or death left, and even our economic independence is quite secure - so I agree. The matters that are left... maybe society will just grow out of them when the old generations are dead. After all, most laws are perfectly equal by now. Though yes, men need more rights when it comes to custody. Women should be the default guardians of kids.
Though really, until 1962 women were not allowed to have a bank account and the man had the right to all money she made - and until 1977 a man had to permit his wife or daughter working, and could end her contract whenever he wanted. Just.
Oh, also, here it wasn't really called feminism but emancipation. I find that's a nicer word, cause it doesn't sound half as much like women are the center of attention.
I dont think women should be the default Guardians of kids... I think everyone should be in with an equal chance... its only fair :)
... I think people forget sometimes that men arent equal to us in some ways also... thats why I support everyones rights because everyone is important and everyone should be treated equally :)
Pretty much, yup? We had the emancipation of women. After ww2, when not enough men were left to put up a significant fight to keep em down. xD Which is a pattern all over Europe, honestly. xD
Haha yes I heard that the war was a big jump in womens rights because they needed to do jobs men did while they were fighting :) every cloud has a silver lining even though it was a dark thundery cloud that shouldnt have ever happened and killed lots of people...
Eh, the thing about 'killed lots of people' that annoys me the most is the 'German killed x million jews' one. I feel like it should be 'Germans killed x million mostly German jews and x million communists, socialists, homosexuals, christians, artists...'. For one the jews barely made it to being more than half the victims of those camps - for two, they were Germans, too. It just... bugs me.
Well... I did say people... that includes the axis and allied soldiers from the war also because they all died all in the dark cloud of the 1930s and 40s... "Nazis killed x million jews" is the truth but not the whole truth... it isnt the whole number of the people they killed just the jews so I get why it annoys you because no one else really gets noticed... but its still kinda the truth??? Or at least some of it???
It just bugs me that it sounds like being German and jewish were (and are? grr..) mutually exclusive things. Isn't part of why it was so horrible the fact that they were classmates and neighbours and colleagues and... you know, Germans like the rest of them? If you pretend they are a group of people actually different from the people who did it - I think you're leaving part of what was horrible untold. I think nationality and religion should always be seen as independent things you can mix and match. And you should never define a group of people by either of those... Meh. ^^
Also, the fact that in English it's still politically correct to speak of 'races' THERE ARE NO RACES. For Fs sake... -grumbles- Just... -sighs- Whenever English speakers speak of races, I'm sooo close to going on a rant.. ^^ ... of course, ethnic groups doesn't sound as gripping - and makes racism harder. (Racism is really hard to practice if there are no races - speaking or races makes racism easier... don't you think?)
@Aquila: No, it's definitely not all bad. I'm annotating it as I'm reading it, and about half my annotations are angry ranting and the other half are "Yes." "Yes." "Yes." :P
Seriously though. I wait 200 pages to get to the part about gender equality and when I do its like "If you feel insecure, it's sexism." Ahem no. It's sexism if it's sexism!
@Kas: Yeah I meant to ask about that. Can anyone explain to me WHY the word "cunt" is derogatory to women? That's not a rhetorical question. Because either the "it's derogatory to women" argument is bullshit for precisely tge reason you said - "dick" is also an insult - or there's some explanation for it that I haven't come across, and I don't wish to complain about it if there's a sensible reason for it being considered derogatory.
@Aquila: Yeah, I imagine that would irritate me a lot more if I wasn't a native speaker . . . as it is, I just accept it as imperfect terminology.
Emancipation is a MUCH nicer word . . . "feminism" is really a terrible word, but like, the word is the one used, it's not going away, and I don't think it's terrible enough to be worth the effort of trying to get rid of it.
My opinions on fighting for equality, in a nutshell: I believe in EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE but not EQUALITY OF OUTCOME! If you support equality of opportunity, I love you; if you support equality of outcome, you irritate me to high hell!
I think calling someone a dick or a cunt or an asshole are all insulting because you reduce a person to just one aspect. Well, and asshole especially cause that's full of shi... you get my point. :P
Dick and cunt are derogatory cause you reduce a person to just a body part. And the body part you f with, especially. Kinda like saying 'all you're good for is some quick fun'. Eh, or that's how I interpret the insults. :p
Lol sometimes I feel like I must be the only person in Wales who Doesn't Watch The Football. A friend of mine works in a pub and she has to buy a Wales shirt to be able to work right now. I don't get it. :P
But I mean, I'm glad people are happy they're winning and whatnot. :) ^^
Oh, that's cool. :) Still don't know much about it, but I did a bit of reading into Welsh/Celtic mythology recently. Been meaning to read a bit further. A while ago I kinda stole Arawn (ruler of the Otherworld) as a sort of a place-holder OC because I needed an otherworldly semi-god for a story idea and god knows what happened to the story but it's been at least a year and I'm too attached to let Arawn go now. :P
*nods* I remember my dad reading a lot of mythology stuff with me as a kid. (He was taking Welsh lessons at the time and often doing his best to translate). i remember him reading Beddgelert once or twice. We might've done that story in school a couple of times, too, come to think of it. :)
It's cool that you're so interested in the lore surrounding your religion, though. :)
@Aquila: No, I meant, why is 'cunt' somehow derogatory in a way 'dick' isn't?
@Taia: Yep. :) It's really lovely. Doubt I'll get in though.
@Chloe: I was about to say that that rule is essentially my life motto, but actually, I'm a little more pessimistic than that. I think harm people is unavoidable and sometimes necessary.
At least to me, an almost-year is a long time, and a rougher patch now and then doesn't change that time or any of the work you've put into it, if that makes sense? ^^
@Chloe: Always a good concept to base your beliefs on imo. :)
That does But yesterday evening and today sporadically has just been intermittent periods of just... Severe lowness. I was reading about near death experiences that people have had (like the shitty clickbait articles) and one was talking about their suicide experience. I don't think I've ever /actually/ been triggered before, but that was a first.. I just got very panicky and began to cry and my chest felt like, heavy. Idk what to do with myself now
@Star: Awesome! I went around this time last year, too - didn't end up applying, though. :) If you liked it that much, it's certainly worth trying, regardless of hopeful it seems. What course/s are you looking at?
I'm sorry you had to go through that, Noelle. I know especially sudden attacks like that can be very taxing, I hope you're OK. Hopefully understanding that those articles can be triggering for you could at least help you out in the future? :/ I hope you are feeling even a bit better very soon. Try to take it easy, I guess.
(I need to catch up on some sleep, so I'll say goodnight. Take care, Noelle!)
I'm with Kant when it comes to those philosophies. I think you should never act in a way you wouldn't want everyone in society to act. You can't steal if you're not fine with other people being stolen from. You can't insult people if you don't want people to insult others. That kinda stuff.
I got called in for work at 9pm yesterday, whereas my shift was only meant to start at 12am today... now my shifts have been changed to 9pm till closing which is 3 am and then I have to clean up and close up everything which took me 2 hours yesterday XD I got home at 5:15 in the morning. Only woke up an hour ago.
yeah. ah well, I'll somehow survive XD Getting a lot of money for this though. I think wages are higher at night. Think about £7.20 an hour for me...which will be like £56 then :D add that to yesterday and it's over £100 ish. At this rate I'll get £400 every month, which is pretty good for a part time job.
Its from All's Well that Ends Well I think??? I really dont know much about Shakespeare but thats the one thing thats always stuck in my head... probably because it sums up the way I think so well!
I like bonsai. :) I have one too, but I grew it from a shrub cutting instead of buying one. The wind blew it over last year and the pot shattered and it was super sad but it survived because it's a good tiny tree. :)
(Which reminds me that a couple of weeks ago I think I mentioned growing a small mystery plant. UPdate on that situation is that it turned out to be a potato and hence is now in the vegetable plot instead. :P)
@Lauren: Derek kind of dubbed his own fans his minions. Hence American Minions or Ameriminions. I don't think it came from the little yellow guys, but idk. :)
Haha ok ;) all I can think of now is Derek Landy sat in a dark house with a silver rocket car thinking of story ideas then going "Lightbulb" whenever he thinks of an idea ;)
My mom and her boyfriend are coming over and were having a barbecue in the garden :) ... as a vegetarian, I have no idea what im gonna eat ;) were gonna watch some movies also :)
Michael: *runs a hand through his hair, rolling out of bed, rubbing his still plastered arms gently* *hes been at the counts for a little over a week now, the count is getting on his nerves*
I'm sorry but the name Raphael Firstly makes me think of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Secondly makes me think of this angel on Supernatural, who I believe has been nicknamed a "Teenage mutant ninja angel" Thirdly makes me think of Cenred from Merlin because he wears these two swords crossed over his back which is mega cool and reminds me of a ninja mutant ninja turtle
How the teenage mutant ninja turtles have managed to work themselves into so many aspects of life I don't know I mean what even are they What is a teenage mutant ninja turtle Who came up with this Why
Michael: Thanks. *pulls the gloves on, starting to pick the berries, careful not to pick ones too close to poisonous plants* Hey, what would happen to this place if the count died? You know, if he even can die.
"Stop it. You're pointless." "I am not pointless! I'm ruining the moment!" Adra's hand feels down to her side, and with a glance, sees the jagged edge of a dark grey rock protruding from her already cracked ribs. When he forced the stone into her, she was watching him carefully- his cold, icy eyes, and his determined look that was reminiscent of an man long unhinged from his mind. And yet- despite the philosophy, and the rhetoric; despite the giggles as he hurts others; despite the widening of his eyes as she let him hurt her, she couldn't help but feel as if some part of it was forced. The clipped tone of his voice- the way he said to her, 'I'd imagine that caused some unpleasantness, correct?' led her to feel as if he was forcing himself into this crazed façade. Sure, on some level, she could see that he was truly enjoying himself, but the happiness wasn't true- it didn't reach his eyes in the same way that a kiss, or a kind act, would. He was happy, but not really. Her fingers spread over the stone, and pull it out, watching as some of her abdominal muscles fall out with it, over Alastair's body. "Rot in Hell", she hisses, stabbing downward with the stone at him- regardless of how he is acting, and how his attitude may or may not suggest to her certain outcomes, he does happen to still be threatening their lives. He teleports away before she is able to hurt him, and very quickly, more copies of him dot the landscape- he is duplicating himself. Intrigued, Adra squares her shoulders, set on catching him. She needs to speak to him- to see his eyes again. Far off, Trip is attempting to console her, telling her to leave him be, but she cannot find it within herself to stop pursuing him. He appears again. Her eyes follow the line of his hand, outstretched towards her, and watch his eyes again as he speaks to her.
"Your eyes are lovely when you're desperate. So lovely."
There his eyes are again- none of her taunts and insults seem to be affecting him- she will just keep trying until she finds his weak spot, that which has caused him to be the way he is.
They are dark, the color of the lacquered mahogany deck of a ship as it hits the stormy sea, the type of brown that whiskey is made of when a mellow afternoon sun shines through the cool glass. Absolutely alluring, and she can't help but be beckoned by the tiniest of glints above his iris as his little impish smirk curls his, she supposes, soft lips. He is taunting her, saying, "come and get me" with his eyes and expression and, oh, she will figure him out. She will unravel whatever enigma he has wrapped himself into, and she will discover why, despite his smile, his eyes seem lifeless.
- If she had known from the beginning that she was his type, she would have probably just kissed him then.
Also, @Star: the 90's were a strange time
@Silente: Leonardo was the other one. *Was a big TMNT fan as a kid*
Michael: Good. *stands up, lifting both their baskets up* Let's get these back inside then. *walks to the kitchen, pushing through the door, holding it for Raphael*
Michael: *takes the counts tray, jogging up the stairs with it the the counts rooms* *knocks on the door, waiting to be bid entry* *he hates serving the count, but he hates what he has to do in his spare time more*
Michael: Of course not Sir, merely advising you on what would be best in this current situation. *is almost glaring straight into the Counts eyes, gripping the tray in a white knuckle grip*
Michael: What did you do? *leads the panda to the stairs, sitting them down, inspecting their side in case of broke ribs* I haven't seen him beat someone in a while. He hardly even beats me anymore.
Michael: He beat you because you're new? *a stormy look covers his face* I see. Go down to the kitchen, ask Grace to double check your side; you may have a broken rib. *stands up, fists clenched, walking back to the counts room, shoving the door open*
Michael: *stalks forwards, walking straight into the count, pushing him over* Accidents happen count. She walked into you, she hardly hurt you. I smashed your damn pottery and you did nothing. Treat the damn furries with more respect.
Michael: *ducks under his punch, resisting the urge to sock him in the ribs* *stands up straight again, glaring at him* Maybe they should. Might teach you that we aren't mindless slaves.

(Okay, but worried now
I tried calling my nan numerous times
She won't pick up
She lives in a one bedroom flat
I text mum, no reply, text my sister, no reply, no reply from dad either
I tried ringing home three times, it's not available)
(I've called both my parents mobiles
Straight to answer phone )
(I'm worried )
(Same with my sister)
Hi.
@Noelle I'm glad you exist.
@Star I don't see how calling a woman a cunt is any more insulting than calling a man a dick :/
(They were down the bloody beach
Jerks)

I thought you asked. xD
Dick and cunt are derogatory cause you reduce a person to just a body part. And the body part you f with, especially. Kinda like saying 'all you're good for is some quick fun'.
Eh, or that's how I interpret the insults. :p
I don't really interpret insults tbh. I like smart ones.
Fuck, I am really tired. I misspell every second word in my sentences which to me, is weird.
man.
(I find the c word disgusting.. Despite not long finding out what it really meant)
(My English teacher had to say t cause the Middle English version of the word was in the wife of bath)
Hey, Noelle? You're incredible and I'm proud for you, and I'm glad you exist, too.
@Aquila: I never really thought about those insults like that, but it makes a lot of sense.. :)
@Star: Were you visiting the university at Cambridge, by any chance?
(Wales winning against Belgium
If we win we are through to the semi finals!)

I've decided to follow Celtic deities and Celtic Lore for Wicca
Including faeries)

It's cool that you're so interested in the lore surrounding your religion, though. :)
(We looked at it numerous times in primary school xD they drilled it into us!
Thanks, the beauty of Wicca is there is many paths and pantheons you can follow, greek, Egyptian, Norse, Celtic.. It's amazing)
xD
*nods* It sounds like it gets to be a lot more open than lots of religions tend to be taken as? Which seems nice to me. :)
(It is nice.. Wicca is very respectful of all religions and all beliefs
The rede they live by is 'an ye harm none, do as thou will'
So basically do what you want, as long as it harms no one )
Thanks, I suppose
But..
Idk.
(*hugsNoelle if she wants it*)

@Chloe: Always a good concept to base your beliefs on imo. :)
(It really is ^.^
I believed in it too Star, before I found Wicca)
That does
But yesterday evening and today sporadically has just been intermittent periods of just...
Thank you, Taia... You're really sweet and this made me smile
I Msd
I like this Shakespeare quote... its one of the few I actually know haha
"Love all, trust a few, do wrong to none." :)
I'm with Kant when it comes to those philosophies.
I think you should never act in a way you wouldn't want everyone in society to act.
You can't steal if you're not fine with other people being stolen from.
You can't insult people if you don't want people to insult others.
That kinda stuff.
Wow, this is really great blog listings provides the most useful tips.

Hey Lauren, that's a nice one. :) Do you know what it's from?
@Aquila: So, treats others how you... want others to be treated? That's sensible. :P

hi.
Hey Fera. Heck, that sounds tiring. 9 till 5 but 12 hours later. :/
At least you could still get a decent amount of sleep, though. ^^
yeah but only 3 hours left till i have to get back and saturday is a busy day.
Oh. Boo :(
yeah. ah well, I'll somehow survive XD Getting a lot of money for this though. I think wages are higher at night. Think about £7.20 an hour for me...which will be like £56 then :D add that to yesterday and it's over £100 ish. At this rate I'll get £400 every month, which is pretty good for a part time job.
they called me in now.
What the fuck is wrong with them.
it's like at least tell me what's up, I deserve to know why you keep changing my shift times.
If anyone is interested, Ari and I still have the Three Years Later blog..
Though Ari has been really busy lately I guess so idk how quickly this will go
Its from All's Well that Ends Well I think??? I really dont know much about Shakespeare but thats the one thing thats always stuck in my head... probably because it sums up the way I think so well!
...
*Kinda wants to sad rant*
*But is also kinda afraid that people won't like her doing so...*
*:/*
*wouldn't mind*
Noelle... "Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind dont matter and those who matter dont mind" :)
(Heya peoples)
I bought a little bonsai..it is so pretty and sweet
tracer from overwatch will probably be the cause of my heart attack. I dunno why, she just is so mmmm.
XD
(HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY AMERICAN MINIONS )
Ooohhhh whats a minion like the little yellow cute things???
Haha yes happy 4th July to all the other Americans here who are probably asleep because they dont have a European girlfriend to talk to ;)
I like bonsai. :)
I have one too, but I grew it from a shrub cutting instead of buying one.
((Hello)
(Hey Chloe *cuddles*)
Michael: *runs a hand through his hair, rolling out of bed, rubbing his still plastered arms gently*
*hes been at the counts for a little over a week now, the count is getting on his nerves*
(*cuddles* shoot! Did I give the gardener a name?)
(Uhm.. I think you did..)
(Rafeal!)
(Yay! Okay ^.^)
Raphael: morning
Michael: morning. So, what needs to be picked today?
Raphael: berries
Michael: Berries? Oh. Which ones?
*stands up, stretching and yawning slightly*
Raph: blackberries
Michael: Cool. I'll come and join you after I've cleaned the kitchen, okay? See if I can lend a helping hand.
Raph: that'd be well appreciated
Michael: Okay cool. See you out there.
*walks to the kitchen, nodding to Grace*
Morning.
Hello Silente Tempest its nice to meet you :)
... how would you say Silente??? Is the e at the end of Silente silent or not???
Grace: good morning
(Hello Lauren, it's nice to finally meet you instead of lurking in the shadows. I pronounce it Sigh-lent-ay, but you can call me Jai.)
Michael: *starts cleaning*
How are the females..?
Lurking in the shadows is always fun ;) Hi Jai :) Uh is it short for something or is it French??? What do you have??? ;)
Grace: they're all pretty close to heat now..
(It's short for Jaimie.)
Awwww thats a nice name :) everyone here has really pretty names :)
Steven (my moms boyfriend): I brought a movie.
Me: What did you bring???
Steven: Independence Day.
... woooowwww original ;)
(Thanks. It's a nice name but it can also be a pain when people think I'm a guy xD
I hope you enjoy your film!)
Michael: *blushes very slightly and nods*
Right. Guess that'll be my job to help with then..
Grace: don't feel obligated to ..
Michael: I am obligated to.
*scrubs at a particularly stubborn stain*
It's part of my agreement.. You won't be on heat will you?
Grace: I am still young enough to be on heat
Michael: *glares down at the plates, setting the ones he's cleaned on the drying rack*
Right.. I'll.. Do my best to avoid that then, no offence.
Grace: *chuckles* none taken
Michael: *relaxes at her chuckle, he finds the older female furry quite calming*
*starts drying the stuff he's just washed*
Grace: you've been here for almost a week now.. How are you coping?
Michael: *over a week actually, more like a week and a half*
I'm.. Fine. It's almost nice to.. Know about the people around me..
Grace: it does make the job more bearable
Michael: *nods, finishing the drying quite quickly*
The furries here.. They're a good bunch.
Grace; they are *smiles and chops veg*
Michael: Anyway, I'm going to go help Raphael with the berry picking.
*folds the tea towel carefully*
See you later?
Grace: of course *smiles*
Michael: *nods and walks outside, rolling his sleeves up*
*spots Raphael and jogs over to him*
Hi, ready to help.
Raph: *smiles* that's great *hands him gloves and basket
I'm sorry but the name Raphael
Firstly makes me think of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle
Secondly makes me think of this angel on Supernatural, who I believe has been nicknamed a "Teenage mutant ninja angel"
Thirdly makes me think of Cenred from Merlin because he wears these two swords crossed over his back which is mega cool and reminds me of a ninja mutant ninja turtle
How the teenage mutant ninja turtles have managed to work themselves into so many aspects of life I don't know
I mean what even are they
What is a teenage mutant ninja turtle
Who came up with this
Why
Michael: Thanks.
*pulls the gloves on, starting to pick the berries, careful not to pick ones too close to poisonous plants*
Hey, what would happen to this place if the count died? You know, if he even can die.
(xD you okay there star? The turtles appear to be invading your mind.)
Raphael; we'd probably set up a village and live free lives
Michael: *nods*
You'd all be free.. That'd be cool.
Raphael: true:. But it'd be scary
Michael: I guess it would be.
*picks more berries*
But it'd be better than this..
@Jai: Exactly!! I feel invaded!!
(Naww xD Evil teenage mutant ninja turtles!!!)
Yes!!!
(Do you have the same problem with the other ones? Donatello, Michael Angelo, the other one..?)
"Stop it. You're pointless."
"I am not pointless! I'm ruining the moment!"
Adra's hand feels down to her side, and with a glance, sees the jagged edge of a dark grey rock protruding from her already cracked ribs.
-
If she had known from the beginning that she was his type, she would have probably just kissed him then.
Also, @Star: the 90's were a strange time
@Silente: Leonardo was the other one.
*Was a big TMNT fan as a kid*
Raphael: we won't know..
(Nawww. Aladra :) Cute scene. Well, violent but cute.
Ahhh. Danke, I couldn't remember the name.)
Michael: Freedom is definitely better than this.. Trust me.
*stretches again*
Have we got enough berries do you think?
Raphael: *smiles* yes
Michael: Good.
*stands up, lifting both their baskets up*
Let's get these back inside then.
*walks to the kitchen, pushing through the door, holding it for Raphael*
@Jai: No, with Leonardo I just think da Vinci and di Caprio. The others never seem to come up. :P
Whereas there's an angel called Raphael.
@Adra: Undoubtedly; I was born. :)
(@Star so it's just Raphael xD)
Raphael: *steps in* thank you
Michael: That's fine.
*sets the baskets down on the table*
Need me to carry the counts food up Grace?
@Jai: Pretty much. XD
Grace: yes please *smiles*
Michael: *takes the counts tray, jogging up the stairs with it the the counts rooms*
*knocks on the door, waiting to be bid entry*
*he hates serving the count, but he hates what he has to do in his spare time more*
count; *slaps a furry girl onto the floor* STUPID ANIMAL *the slap was quite loud*
@Jai- blame him. He stabbed her.
Ahh.... First meeting.. Good times.
@Star: barely!
Michael: *flinches and frowns, pushing the door open just enough for him to be able to see through the crack*
*listenkng carefully*
(@Noelle fair enough)
*a panda furry is on the floor weeping*
Count: *kivks her *
Also, it has been exactly three years today since Ruining the Moment
Michael: *narrows his eyes*
*shoulders the door open, walking to stand over the Panda furry, shoving the tray at the count*
Count. Your food.
@Noelle: I was barely born?
@Noelle: . . .
Crap.
I don't know how to find my emoji on this phone. XD
*insert celebratory emoji here!*
Teehee
Yeah!
Like, I was born in '99. So I'm technically a 90's kid, but I don't remember it XD
Most people who are "90's kids" grew up during the 90's- so typically born late 80s-1996 or so.. People who remember the time before 2000
Count: in a minute.. I'm busy
Michael: *doesn't move*
I advise you take the food Count. Leave the panda be.
*his eyes are hard, his expression set defiantly*
Count: are you.. Ordering me?
Michael: Of course not Sir, merely advising you on what would be best in this current situation.
*is almost glaring straight into the Counts eyes, gripping the tray in a white knuckle grip*
Count: fine
Panda. *rushes out of the room*
Michael: Your food sir.
*sets the tray down on a table nearby*
Enjoy your meal.
*walks out, not bothering to wait for dismissal*
Panda, f thank you
Michael: What did you do?
*leads the panda to the stairs, sitting them down, inspecting their side in case of broke ribs*
I haven't seen him beat someone in a while. He hardly even beats me anymore.
Panda: I'm new..
Michael: He beat you because you're new?
*a stormy look covers his face*
I see. Go down to the kitchen, ask Grace to double check your side; you may have a broken rib.
*stands up, fists clenched, walking back to the counts room, shoving the door open*
Yeah . . . I'm 1998. I don't feel like I was ever really in the 90s. The 2000s was my childhood . . .
Panda: *nods and walks off*
Count: *is eating*
Michael: You beat her because she's new! For no other reason what so ever other than that she's new?
*his eyes are narrowed and filled with rage*
Same.
Do you remember Mr. Meaty?
*Shudders*
Count: she walked into me
Michael: *stalks forwards, walking straight into the count, pushing him over*
Accidents happen count. She walked into you, she hardly hurt you. I smashed your damn pottery and you did nothing. Treat the damn furries with more respect.
Count: *snarls* insolence! You need more punishment!
Michael: You're the one who needs punishing around here. Maybe it'll teach you some respect.
Count: *grosls* no one talks to me like that! *hits him$
Michael: *ducks under his punch, resisting the urge to sock him in the ribs*
*stands up straight again, glaring at him*
Maybe they should. Might teach you that we aren't mindless slaves.
Count: you are my property! *grabs him and shoved him onto the bed*
Oh god
Maybe it just aired in the U.S., but that shit scarred the fuck out of me.
That, and Courage the Cowardly Dog.
Ugh
My main bae? Aang, Robin, and Danny <3 XD
Robfire forever ;p
Michael: *stumbles and falls onto the bed, turning and pushing the count away quickly*
*he won't be a victim again*
No.
Count: yes *zaps him*
Michael: *cries out, jerking and spasming slightly*
*growls*
I said NO
*jumps off the bed, sprinting for the door*
Count: *tries to grab him*
Michael: *ducks under his grip, grabbing the door handle quickly*
*opening the door slows him down*
Count; *pulls him back*
