What is up with zero tolerance policies for fights/physical bullying in schools? I mean, zero tolerance = if you're part of a fight, you're punished.
So... the teacher/principal is not even able to make a judgement on who started it, but punishes everyone involved.
How does that make sense?

Zero tolerance policies mean that anyone involved in a fight is punished. So if someone beats you up, you're getting punished with detention or suspension.
It means the school gets to be lazy and stupid and not make a decision on 'who's guilty' and just punishes everyone involved.

So we get Syrians, and then we get western Balkan as well, where people are just poor but not as likely as Syrians to die if you send them back. So quite a few of those will be sent back...
... in any case, Germany's expecting 800 000 refugees this year and we had 20 000 in one weekend a week or two back. ;P
