hardock: *has fera's ripped and all over beat up/bruised body in his hand, grabbing him from the neck* fera: *looks at alys* what....are...you....doing here hardock: *shoots a beam out of his chest as he says this* *now holds fera's lifeless corpse in his hand, having huge holes in his chest, stomach, and limbs*

((Okay, before I say this comment, I want to say that, Chloe and Jai, I was enjoying your roleplay enough to properly pay attention to it (it's hard to pay attention to multiple things at once, so I usually have big holes in my memories of roleplays from trying to read abuot ten at once). :P That said, first of all, Clocky is being an idiot. "Yes I know you've raped girls in the past but I'm going to treat you like you haev no history of that at all because even though I've known you for like two seconds and for all I know you could be a horrible person, but I am going to trust my feelings even though those feelings are completing irrational and have been given to be by national selection not for my safety and wellbeing, but to ensure I can continue the species, so y'know, that's really a good thing to trust if one of your goals in life is to value your safety and wellbeing" omg. I kind of like that she didn't hate Mark for it though, becaues to be able to tell a woman you like and have only just met that about yourself is . . . yeah, it's pretty awesome, and I'm glad she recognised that. :) And ON the note of Mark being awesome, he did it AGAIN; just as I was starting to like him he started trying to be a YA romance character and I was just there like 'dude'.
:P Sorry, I just saw Fantastic Four and spent the entire film trying to be Lizzie (I don't think it was that good a film, but I can't truly trust my opinions because like I said I spent the whole film trying to be Lizzie. But yeah. Don't see Fantastic Four, see Ant-Man. Ant-Man was good. Also, Fantastic Four is not made by Marvel Studios; there is no sceen after the credits. No one told us that before we went in, so we sat there for like five minutes for nothing ugh. Ooh, on that note, yeah, I went into town today, for the fourth day in a row (different towns with different people each time). And you know how I spent like three hours in Meadowhall yesterday and didn't go into any clothes shops until Jai and Dragona left and my mum dragged me into Hollister? Well, today I went in like three clothes shops within the first fifteen minutes haha. Oh, yeah, yeah, I mentioned I was trying to be Lizzie throughout that film, right? I succeeded BEAUTIFULLY. We were so in sync. It was glorious. And there was, like, no humour in that film, but me and Lizzie managed to invent our own humour and were just sat there whispering and giggling throughout the whole thing whilst Darcie was telling us to shut up. I'm proud of myself. :P Anyway, yeah, back onto what I was saying), so I'm sort of in let's-have-a-go-at-everything mode. :P

Haha when I went to town with Dragona and Jai yesterday, they both bought Stormlight Archive books when I went to town with Lizzie and Darcie today, Lizzie bought her first Stormlight Archive book, and Darcie didn't buy anything but she's already reading it.
My friends always used to go on about a load of stuff and I used to stand there not understanding what they were going on about, but now I usually know what they're going on about and it feels good. :) Getting references is nice.
There was once a question on AVEN that was like "If you were "God" what would you do?" and I said "I believe that you couldn't make something better without making something worse. Also . . . people are saying stuff like "get rid of people who are greedy" and stuff, but we all have good traits and we all have bad traits, and you can't get rid of the bad people without getting rid of everyone. Also, if you took all the bad traits AWAY . . . well, I don't believe flawlessness is possible. I have a theory called My Flipside Trait Theory (name I just invented now :P), and basically, I believe that all traits have a good side to them and a bad side to them. For example, you can't be very determined without being stubborn, and some people might admire you for your determination and others might hate you for your stubbornness. If you took everyone's bad traits away, you would also take everyone's good traits away. Without flaws, we have no personality, and we are mere mindless blank slates. So I probably couldn't make humanity better - plus, if I tried to I'd probably screw up. You probably need a lot of practise with these things - y'know, writing the laws of the universe and all. :P
Also, as mentioned above, you could say "create world peace," but in order to do that, you'd have to take away free will. This 'but you'd take away free will' argument could also be applied to pretty much any problem.
If I were God, I'd try to manage it like a good author would manage it. I don't write stories and I don't roleplay (I find debating about the best way to roleplay much more fun than actually roleplaying. I'm weird like that :P ), but I watch other people do on a regular basis, and me and most of my friends have worked out that when you write characters, you basically have to let them do what they want, even if you don't like it, because if they didn't do what they would naturally do, they wouldn't be themselves, would they? So if you're doing a good job of writing people, you can't control your characters, but you can control the situations your characters are in. So I imagine if I were a good god to humans I would treat them like a good author treats their characters. Except if I were God I would not only have to obey the laws of free will, I might also have to obey natural laws and stuff (like gravity) in order to make the world consistent and stuff, so I imagine I would actually be able to change very little. "
So yeah.
I deduced tehre was veyr little point in being god, so y'know, you can give my god-like powers to someone else. :P

((Okay, before I say this comment, I want to say that, Chloe and Jai, I was enjoying your roleplay enough to properly pay attention to it (it's hard to pay attention to multiple things at once, so I usually have big holes in my memories of roleplays from trying to read abuot ten at once). :P
That said, first of all, Clocky is being an idiot. "Yes I know you've raped girls in the past but I'm going to treat you like you haev no history of that at all because even though I've known you for like two seconds and for all I know you could be a horrible person, but I am going to trust my feelings even though those feelings are completing irrational and have been given to be by national selection not for my safety and wellbeing, but to ensure I can continue the species, so y'know, that's really a good thing to trust if one of your goals in life is to value your safety and wellbeing" omg.
I kind of like that she didn't hate Mark for it though, becaues to be able to tell a woman you like and have only just met that about yourself is . . . yeah, it's pretty awesome, and I'm glad she recognised that. :)
And ON the note of Mark being awesome, he did it AGAIN; just as I was starting to like him he started trying to be a YA romance character and I was just there like 'dude'.
:P Sorry, I just saw Fantastic Four and spent the entire film trying to be Lizzie (I don't think it was that good a film, but I can't truly trust my opinions because like I said I spent the whole film trying to be Lizzie. But yeah. Don't see Fantastic Four, see Ant-Man. Ant-Man was good.
Also, Fantastic Four is not made by Marvel Studios; there is no sceen after the credits. No one told us that before we went in, so we sat there for like five minutes for nothing ugh.
Ooh, on that note, yeah, I went into town today, for the fourth day in a row (different towns with different people each time). And you know how I spent like three hours in Meadowhall yesterday and didn't go into any clothes shops until Jai and Dragona left and my mum dragged me into Hollister? Well, today I went in like three clothes shops within the first fifteen minutes haha.
Oh, yeah, yeah, I mentioned I was trying to be Lizzie throughout that film, right?
I succeeded BEAUTIFULLY. We were so in sync. It was glorious. And there was, like, no humour in that film, but me and Lizzie managed to invent our own humour and were just sat there whispering and giggling throughout the whole thing whilst Darcie was telling us to shut up.
I'm proud of myself. :P
Anyway, yeah, back onto what I was saying), so I'm sort of in let's-have-a-go-at-everything mode. :P

There was once a question on AVEN that was like "If you were "God" what would you do?" and I said "I believe that you couldn't make something better without making something worse. Also . . . people are saying stuff like "get rid of people who are greedy" and stuff, but we all have good traits and we all have bad traits, and you can't get rid of the bad people without getting rid of everyone. Also, if you took all the bad traits AWAY . . . well, I don't believe flawlessness is possible. I have a theory called My Flipside Trait Theory (name I just invented now :P), and basically, I believe that all traits have a good side to them and a bad side to them. For example, you can't be very determined without being stubborn, and some people might admire you for your determination and others might hate you for your stubbornness. If you took everyone's bad traits away, you would also take everyone's good traits away. Without flaws, we have no personality, and we are mere mindless blank slates. So I probably couldn't make humanity better - plus, if I tried to I'd probably screw up. You probably need a lot of practise with these things - y'know, writing the laws of the universe and all. :P
Also, as mentioned above, you could say "create world peace," but in order to do that, you'd have to take away free will. This 'but you'd take away free will' argument could also be applied to pretty much any problem.
If I were God, I'd try to manage it like a good author would manage it. I don't write stories and I don't roleplay (I find debating about the best way to roleplay much more fun than actually roleplaying. I'm weird like that :P ), but I watch other people do on a regular basis, and me and most of my friends have worked out that when you write characters, you basically have to let them do what they want, even if you don't like it, because if they didn't do what they would naturally do, they wouldn't be themselves, would they? So if you're doing a good job of writing people, you can't control your characters, but you can control the situations your characters are in. So I imagine if I were a good god to humans I would treat them like a good author treats their characters.
Except if I were God I would not only have to obey the laws of free will, I might also have to obey natural laws and stuff (like gravity) in order to make the world consistent and stuff, so I imagine I would actually be able to change very little.
