It's not easy writing a book.
I mean, it's easier than mining coal. It's easier than most factory work. It's probably easier than a lot of office jobs as well.
But STARTING to write a book... those first few inches you have to push that boulder till it hits the edge and starts to roll downhill... THAT'S the hard part.
Not as hard as teaching, granted. Or working on a farm. Or being a doctor or a nurse or a cop or a fireman. I doubt it's as hard as construction, either, or carpentry, or plumbing, or engineering.
But STILL...

(The first thing to lay an egg ever wouldn't have been a tadpole. And it wouldn't necessarily have been in water. Yes early life forms such as single cell algae formed in water but that doesn't mean the first egg laying creature was born in the water, nor that it reproduced asexually.)

(probably a-sexually though because otherwise is implying that others evolved on the same route as it which is just weird evolution branches for a reason, so as not to be that same. maybe not in the water... but as you said that's where things started so... it's safe to assume there was water creatures before land creature and the water creatures had to endure their species somehow, some fish can still lay eggs and then fertilize them themselves, who says this was not evolved from need, my assumption is no two creatures were the same, not at the beginning, everything was new and trying to find it's place rightfully on the food chain the only way to have more of it's kind was to reproduce by itself.

@Consuctor: No, the gases don't create colour. The colour comes from the sun and is refracted by the atmosphere.

(hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and carbon dioxide these are the main gasses they are in your room too no? and yes I know I said the atmosphere is what changed it too but I believe it is the atmosphere that is blue not the gasses, which is why we cannot replicate the sky with just gasses.

(it is also a layer ... like the ozone almost, which I believe the ozone splits the colours up completely and the layers differentiate the colour of blue. )

'Colour' is a word we use to describe the appearance of something.
An object's colour depends on what light it reflects/absorbs.
Blood absorbs most colours but red and reflects red.
Therefore, the colour of blood is red.
(blood in it's pure state is blue. without oxygen blood will not turn red. copper will not turn green without oxygen.)

(I would also like to point out that blood is always red inside the body. Blood that contains little oxygen is dark red, but it appears blue when running through veins and when covered by skin. Arteries on the other hand have brighter red blood as it has more oxygen inside it.)

In addition to what Sophia said, blood was drawn blue on medical charts to distinguish it more, because red veins vs. dark red veins wouldn't have enough contrast. Blood is in fact, just darker red on the absence of oxygen.

(I actually thought that oxidised copper was either red or black, and that the green substance was actually Cu4SO4(OH)6. Cu2O is red and CuO is black, I think, although I may be wrong.)

(The sky is blue because of an effect called Rayleigh Scattering, if I remember my physics correctly - sunlight effectively scatters off the molecules of the atmosphere, and it happens to be more effective at shorter wavelengths which is the blue end of the visible spectrum. So the light which is scattered down to the Earth is mostly at the blue end of the spectrum, hence why the sky is blue.)
