My Christmas tree is up, the Nightmare Before Christmas decorations hang happily beside the boys from South Park, there are presents... Every time you turn on the MTV Christmas channel you're treated to "All I Want For Christmas" by Mariah Carey...
Soon it will be time for "Love Actually" to appear on TV. I do love "Love Actually", actually.

You know though, one thing is that recently, someone finally told me that they get mad at how childish I'm being. I mean, I'm 18 and still act like I'm 12 or something. And that I need to be able to think for myself and do things faster because I'm so slow at everything I do except talk, and I talk a lot. But isn't that just who I am? I know I can change it, but I LIKE acting younger, I can't go faster unless I start getting angry at myself for being so stupidly slow and make a mess at whatever I'm doing and I've never really been able to do much on my own because I've always had people there for me to tell me what to do and how to do it and it's just...

Chi, it's not a competition. You should be respectful of other people's feelings, not make fun of them. Try to remember that younger/more naive people do frequent this blog. It costs you nothing to roleplay elsewhere, and by not doing so, you risk making people uncomfortable.

I used to have terrible handwriting.
I moved to a new school and they forced me to change it.
It later reverted to being terrible.
I changed it again.
It was still terrible.
I changed it back.
It continued to be terrible.
I've given up by this point. :P My work is instantly recognisable by the terribleness of my handwriting.
Because... I wanted to try writing it differently. Same with my Y's. I keep switching the writing style for them. Making it either more round or like plain text.
My handwriting is basically plain text but messier. Faster and more scribbled looking.

Nah, I know someone who's combined plain text with cursive to make it look really pretty...

Yeah. I write fast. It's the one pro of my terrible hadnwriting, drowned by the con of no one being able to read it.
My handwriting looks like a black scribbly mess. Most of the time it's vertical, but on essays and stuff it often slants. It tends to be neater after it slants, I think, but I think that's because of the uninterrupted block of writing. It's joined up, whihc contributes to the mess, but I couldn't not join it up without concentration and thinking and when am I to find the time to do that when I'm in the middle of a lesson? I have little serifs(?) before most of my letters; that and the occasional tendency to slant are products from the last time I changed my handwriting, before I changed it back. My 'w's tend to melt into the next letter, so they kind of looks like 'v's, and my 'r's are indstinguishable from my 'v's, and sometimes my 'h's turn into l-like or k-like things. My 'k's used to haev loops instead of the top kicky-bit, but now the loops have melted into a kicky-bit. My 'e's sometimes look like 'i's without a dot. Also, I have a tendency to do an obliterating scribble as opposed to crossing out or reaching for Tippex, whihc doesn't exactly improve my presentation.
Then C crosses her 'l' so it looks like a 't' and she goes "Oh no! Look what I've DONE!" and panickly reaches for the Tippex and I'm like "*looks from her neat, even letters to my work* Uh. Hum. Yeah. You neat people are weird. :P"
I once said that C's handwriting was like neat even blocks . . . think about a row of bricks in a wall, all evenly the same size and all the same height, and that my handwriting was like mad triangles dashing up in a scribbly manner at uneven lengths and directions. :P
Is it not good to have taken a four hour nap and start feeling tired again a few hours later?
Although, having it be almost midnight, it would be understandable, but isn't that a bit strange? I feel like I should be less tired...

Ez likes making hers swirly sometimes. But she normally does it for a purpose, like if she wants to appear as a person who has swirly handwriting.
I used to like making mine swirly on birthday cards and stuff.
And also, I didn't get how people could dot their 'i's so small. I used to actually make a huge dot for mine. :P then I realized that you could still see the tiny mark a pencil makes and So I was able to stop making the dots so big.
Really though, it looked more like a giant filled in circle on a stick. :P
