I'd just like to say that I've been suffering from depression for a good two years, and I only recently reached out to a school counsellor and I am now being supported by a psychologist, my parents and medication. And I know the underlying fear of revealing your depression to your family and friends, but reaching out to someone is the best decision I ever made. So any of you that are suffering from depression, anxiety, an eating disorder or any sort of mental issue or physical issue you feel you need to express to someone, you do it. Because you won't regret it.
