She loves this place, she has tried to fix this place because all her friends are here.

But I realise now that some people on this blog are just nothing but bloody right fighters who won't stop until they have proven their point or broken someone to the point of suicide.
You should be ashamed of yourselves. And I am going to make sure that Rose just has one important focus in her life. Which is her life because that girl is so important to me and so many others that it wouldn't be fair if we lost here.

We can't let go of the past very easily. If I let go of the past all the time, I would be like that guy in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy who doesn't believe in any of his memories. Every day, he picks up a pencil and a paper, and he puts them on top of each other and next to each other in different ways, and every day, he discovers that a line appears if he holds the pencil on top of the paper correctly, and he makes a pleased noise at this new discovery.
If we want to learn anything, we have to accept the past as true, or at least some of it as true, otherwise we will live the same day every day and never move on, never learn, change, grow.
However, the past is a guide, not a hitching post. Zaf's correct in saying that we shouldn't cling onto it. However, we shoudlnt' ignore it. If so, it counts for nothing and we may as well have not lived it.
I have a thing I like to do, and whenever something happens that may have gone nowhere, I think "Well, what did I learn from this?"
Even if I'm not asexual, and if I have to un-come out to everyone . . . yes, it'll make me look like a total idiot, and yes, I will feel liek a failure who overreacts all the damn time and can't trust her own judgement, but either way, this little discovery journey and the things I've found out the the knowledge and perspectives I've gained . . . if I never did the "maybe I'm asexual" thing, I would never have gotten there, and as such, even if I am overreacting, I'm glad I got here.
And I think there's something important in that. We should learn. Even if we have to take steps backward, we still learnt from taking those steps.
The past is important.

There was a time that Adra was all the time and used to RP with everyone and Zaf drove her away because Adra supposedly did something and Zaf held a grudge. Then Adra slipped further and further away untill she only came on to RP with Alastair...now you hardly ever see her. And its all Zaf's fault. Idk... there wasn't really a problem here. It just seems to have kind of developed into one.
I KNOW what Zafira did was bad. And I don't blame anyone who won't forgive her. BUT it isn't the past which is important, no matter how painful it is. It is the future. We all need to focus on the future rather than dwelling on the past.
Because like... the more you act on the dark past, the darker the future will be. By no means forget, but forgiving her should be an option. So make a brighter present for a lighter future.
Fighting will get no one anywhere, due to people being unwilling to listen and people generally being far too stubborn about all of this. I am aware that it is a serious issue and stuff but continuously fighting... it doesn't seem the way to go about it, for me.)

Derek wrote a post telling people to stop being mean to each other, and that includes attacking Zaf every god damn day. I have my problems with her too, i have problems with a lot of people on this blog, that doesnt mean i have the slightest interest in bringing them here and causing more pain for people.
