The Dark Shadow: *shadows intercept the knives, then launches shadow projectiles at Vivanus, which sharpen in the air to become blade-shaped*
The Dark Shadow: *simply absorbs the energy, not phased in the slightest*
*sends thousands of tendrils of shadows at Blake*
Aro: *looks at the shadow and sends searing pain through its mind, slowly tearing the mind apart*
If someone can help Sophia, that might be nice.
*dives out of the way*
*decides that he can't hurt it and sits down with a donut he found*

*The shadows have barely started moving before Blake disappears in a flash of electricity, a vortex roars to life around the shadow as he literally runs circles around it*

*The shadows catch Blake in the arm, knocking him off course. He slides to a halt a few metes away and raises a hand, keeping the mini tornado going through magic before it can dissipate*
The Dark Shadow *shadows collide with Silente and intercept her dive, throwing her to the floor*
*draws her pistol and shoots at The Dark Shadow*

The Dark Shadow: *absorbs the energy from the sceptre, then shadows knot together in its hand to form a sceptre of its own - exactly the same as the one Zanida wielded, but writhing with shadows*
*A massive streak of lightning crashes through the wall, further damaging the already falling structure. Blake stands in the center of the new destruction, slightly hunched over. When he rises to his full height his eyes are glowing blue and a miniature hurricane seems to be swirling around him.*

(Blake, you're using energy against a being which FEEDS off energy. What do you expect? Although it naturally feeds from death and fear, etc, it is not limited to it. Such as when it absorbed the blasts from Loki's sceptre times previously.
Also, it makes it more interesting than you blowing up what could be an interesting RP opportunity. Absorbing energy is not god modding, just something the shadow is capable of.)
(Okay how about you both meet halfway. That was a LOT of energy Draggie, it can't have absorbed all of it. Maybe some of it, but not all.)

(Even if there is still fear - you need to show it that it will gain nothing from basically staying here. Then it will simply move to where the fear and death are highest.
For best results, it needs to be in close proximity to the source of the death and fear. So at least limiting the above will put Blogland down on its list of priorities.

(Chione - using an energy attack against a creature which absorbs energy does nothing - as shown by Zanida, Sophia, and now Blake. It was a lot of energy, I agree, but it absorbs energy. We did make it absorb half of the energy to make it a bit more fair, however.
And still, my point stands - Sophia did nothing.)
I'll be fine, it's my author who is unwell, but, knowing her parents, she will be forced into heading to school today. So don't get your hopes up yet, Loki.
