(Geth is extremely accurate. Like pinpoint accurate. He is synthetic so suffers no organic sniper problems like shaking hands etc, has sensors to detect the wind speed and gravity and stuff, then he can sync up his optic with the aiming system of the weapon for increased accuracy.)
(So if, for example, James was it bit to the side of where all we are and you aimed for his heart...?)

The sniper rifle he uses DOES actually exist on Mass Effect, called the Javelin. Basically a one-shot kill on most things and can shoot up to a metre through things. Even more if you apply piercing mods and armour piercing ammo, which the Geth does have.)
