Thrust: It's rather easy. I use a programme called GIMP. I change the background to black on an image, then go into filter and choose a pattern - then edit the pattern until it's to my liking, then go into the colour balance (because at that time it's just black and white), alter the colours until they're right, change the colour curves to actually make the darkness darker and the lightness lighter, flatten the image, crop it a little, overlay in another pattern if I need to, repeat the above steps until everything's fine - then export it as a png file.
Ok, that sounds complicated... but it takes a matter of minutes.

And then my friend, who finished about four times what she was supposed to do in the first two hours and had been wandering around and annoying the classroom assistant for the other almost-three hours, at that point, she came over and ALSO started spazzing about Glitter GLue, because it's GLITTER GLUE, y'know? Like, WOW.
And she ended up rubbing it over one of her ink-splattered hands. And then the first girl gave her a shiny, flower-shaped bead-sequin thing and she used the glitter glue to stick it onto her hand and pretty much just skipped around for the last twenty minutes of the day. xD
(Our actual teacher was not in the room at this point. Thankfully. :P)

YES MY LAST DAY OF SCHOOL OFFCIALLY IS JUNE 13th!!!!! See because the high school and middle school have limitied air conditiioning, they decided to make students end June 13th, staff ends June 18th. They're using a special code to get us out. And I'm sorry but in my JCM classes its hot as hell, like 100F which is hot. So its easier for teachers to buddy up with someone in an air conditioned room then students taking finals. So technically I'm out the 13th, but I'm not going in after my finals are over. So either the 11th or 12th is my last day.

It was. I was DREADING that ten hours so much, since year ten. It actually went quite nicely. I struggled at the start because my mood was all weird and I couldn't focus correctly, and I couldn't listen to music in order HELP that, either. The first two hours were all feeling kind of... Ew. But then I went for break and ate and talked to humans and it was nice, after that.
I was sat in behind somebody doing something with a large wooden box lined inside with mirrors. ANd the person sat on my table with me kept waving to me in the mirror. *facepalms* :P

Well we have a required 180 school days. Thats all. So we get out, plus we don't have spring break, or half terms. We just have a few random Mondays off, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. Easter is half day Thursday off Friday then the weekend off Monday back Tuesday. Thanksgiving was Half day Wednesday back Tuesday. Christmas was longer, but we don't go back until Jan. 2nd or 3rd usually depending on when New Years Day lands

@Zaf: We don't have to take days off for snow or heat, so we pretty much stick to schedule. :P We have Christmas off, Easter off, six weeks in the summer off, then three half terms in the middle of each term. Like, one in each term, and three terms.
So we have more holiday than most people throughout the year, but less in the summer - most countries get ages off in the summer.))

I like having our holidays spread out, too. I need a week every so often to social-detox. And also sleep. I lose so much sleep in schooltime. It builds up, and by the end of half-term I'm practically crawling through school. :P
I hardly managed through at all today. And I still have another week to go. D:
We don't get much heat here, (or THAT cold, either, I guess.), but sunny hotness in schooltime is the WORST, because, like, our school can't afford to buy curtains for the classrooms, so if the sun's in your eyes and you're blind and it's SO WARM you can't do a thing about it, unless there are other seats to move to. :P

And also- the sun is just a small big floating thing with a lot of energy forging hydrogen into helium and a temperature of millions of degrees. It's not even SOLID.
The moon is solid. And you can stand on it, and humankind spent years on years on years thinking how amazing it would be if we could REACH it.
And every step closer, at the time, must've been amazing to witness. ANd when they finally did get there, that's mega-historic, isn't it?
Nobody wants to reach the sun. If they did, they'd be VERY dead.
But the moon is something that billions of people have dreamed and still do dream of reaching.
And I'll bet that, similarly, people could look up to Star, too. Maybe she is influenced, but she also influences. *nodS*
