Work is progressing. December and most of January was taken up with short stories. I still have to edit them. I'll have to do that soon, over the next few days... But I'm also back on the book. Writing away. Skipping chunks and writing important bits. I'm on the final confrontation now, making sure everything fits together. Even though there is a lot more writing to do, loads of gaps to fill in and storylines to link up, I am TECHNICALLY writing the end of the book at the moment. Will I finally get to find out how it ends? Or will I leave that blank also, to be finished off when everything else is complete?
I don't know. I really don't.
I have, maybe, another month of writing ahead of me before the first draft is done. Every morning I wake up, lie in bed for an hour (yes, it is good to be a writer) and think about the sequence I need to write that day. Then I'm up and writing. There is very little time to think about other things, such as writing blogs or tweeting, and I know you understand that, but I do want to thank you all for your patience. I don't like being silent for this long — but soon, I won't have to be.

Long ago, I created a formula to help the mentally ill. I needed a test subject and the Board did not allow me to use a paitent, so I used myself. September 14th at 4am, Hyde was released from within me. He is not my true name, I do not know it, nor does Hyde. He is in reality another person inside me. He has his own magic, and I have my own. Mine is healing, whereas his helps him kill people. I can control him to a degree, but he can easily get out.

Heh. As a language, Welsh is alright. Once you get the hang of the specifics in terms of pronunciations and word order and mutations, I guess it's just vocab, and knowing how to put it together. I always think it'd be really cool to be able to speak Welsh. But in school, (unless you choose to take it beyond what's compulsory, I guess), we don't get taught in that kind of a way. THey just have you memorize enough to pass the assessments and exam, so most of us don't even know how to "I was". ^^
C/A is controlled assessment. ^^
I just have to memorize and then speak 8 paragraphs. But my memory is next to useless, and my speaking abilities are worse, even in English, soooo... :P
've fallen up stairs in school often enough, so it can't be just you. :P
But I've never done that at home. I wonder why that is..?

Yes it was in school. We had to take Exploratory German and same for Spanish and then you could pick which language in 8th grade, or take Spanish or German 1 if you were recomended. I was so I took Spanish 1 and got high school credit as an 8th grader.

We do either French or German (as well as Welsh), which starts in year 7, but you don't get to choose which. They just say, 'You're in this house, so you're doing this language.' And then you stop after year 9 or continue it for GCSE.
OR you can choose to study the other one in year 9, too. And then stop the first, and do the second one at GCSE instead, if you want. ^^
