Alrighty then, here's a fun little thing I've been working on, and I need your help. I'm editing together a video (and I'm very new to editing, so I haven't a clue what I'm doing) of many people singing what is basically the 12 Days of Christmas, but with a difference.
If you want to be a part of this, all you have to do is send an email to skulteams@hotmail.com, giving me permission to use your video in making MY video. We, in turn, will get back to you with the lines I need you to sing. You then go off, sing these lines into your phone or camera or whatever — it can be you, it can be you and a friend, you and your family, or a group, or a pet, or a puppet, or your favourite kettle — and send these (SHORT!) videos back to the skulteams address so you can be edited in.
(Oh, and one minor details, for those of you under the age of 18... GET YOUR PARENTS' OR GUARDIANS' PERMISSION!)
If you could keep the lines you sing to yourself— i.e. don't tweet them! — that would be very helpful! The lines will be given out tomorrow, the final deadline is Monday night, with the full video to be released on Christmas day, right here on my blog.
Provided I learn how to edit by then.

Depends on what you're writing about.
First allows a point of view which can be seen as bias or more personal, and often causes more blubbering and pain on the reader's behalf, whilst third, if done well, can cause just as much pain and allow for no doubt whatsoever, given the fact that it's an omniscient view. :)
(I can write in all three persons, so... :P)

I think they're most common in computer games with characters.
For people who don't write all the time (like us), it's the least easiest to use whilst simultaneously making your writing flow.

A lot of people don't hate you, and if they do, I imagine it's often because of your expressing hatred towards them or people they love, which is fair enough. Some of te older gen need to learn respect. I don't know what the hell I did wrong in my life. Some like Luce and Star have hearts and are amazing people. Others whom shall remain unamed need to learn respect. Just because someine is blogyounger doesn't mean you have a right to treat them like dirt. That is all I'm saying

@Zaf: Everyone has a heart.
And - I know exactly what you mean (people acting like their gen is better really ticks me off. Oh hell, who's phrase did I just use there? I don't SAY that.), but I believe that the older gen have as many good qualities as they have bad ones.
Plus I get that they miss old Blogland.
But new Blogland is awesome too.
And - that Jekyll and Hyde quote is awesome, and applies so well to life. :)

Zaf, if you are reading this, I say this to you as a loving blogsister and as someone who IS NOT and WILL NOT take any sides.
No one hates you as a person Zaf, you are awesome, creative and insane which here on the blog are excellent qualities to have.
It's your behaviour towards the rest of us that we hate. Lately in the last few months, you've become more disconnected from us as your friends and just look at us as if we are your opposing competitors in some big roleplaying competition.
Blogland is much more than somewhere where we roleplay. Yes we've done that quite a lot recently but I use it as nothing more than a way to reconnect with my characters.
But I've noticed recently as well that people are beginning to re-discover what they loved about Blogland and they are utilising it. Be it a place to chat, rant, somewhere to release their feelings and demons. And that is just as awesome as the roleplaying.
But we are not fighting against you for roleplaying rights Zaf, we are the family that will never go away.
And for me, I feel that you have just lost that thing that you onced loved about Blogland and replaced it for a nasty want that is turning you into someone that nobody recognises.
We love you Zaf, but we don't love the person you've shown us these past few months because it's not the person we really know.
