I'm quite aware of that Adra. Not yesterday did the papers start saying we should be doing more to get the last 4000 slaves in Britain out of slavery, and about five new anti slavery charities appeared, one is demonstrating in the street outside the Salvation Army headquarters across from my school. Slavery is an issue, but not forgotten.

My friend helped me with the angel sword. We probably spent 10 hours on it in total, and I ended up accidentally sanding some of the skin off my hand while I was at it. XD I'm working on making a better one now- we had to use some styrofoam for the hilt because carving it into the wood would have taken too long. I'm also making another pair of wings out of gray sheer fabric so I can lay it on any surface, not just the floor of NYCC (I matched the color before I painted the wings), and I'm making another pair on gray sheer fabric that are full length. I'm also hoping I can get blue contacts. And then I'll start working on another costume project, because having something to do with the time that I don't have makes me use the time that I do have a lot more efficiently. If that makes sense. I'm just ranting now, feel free to not listen. :) I'm just still buzzing over NYCC.

If it helps, there is technically a difference between throat and neck... They might be the same in Latin, though, or neither of them could be relevant here...
