Today is my first free day in... days. Which doesn't sound like a big deal, but it is! Today I bought groceries! GROCERIES! Oooooh!
I've had a few days of highly successful signings, and when I say highly successful, I mean they went on for WAY longer than expected. That kinda drains when they come one after another, but I manage to keep my energy up by soaking up the pain and anguish LSODM has caused you. So it's all good.
Now, fair enough, these three don't look PARTICULARLY traumatised, but I assure you they were crying on the inside.
And this Minion had to put her pain down on canvas in order to deal!
And this one gave me cake! CAKE!
And now that I have a few days off before the Manchester and Liverpool signings this Saturday, what am I going to do?
That's right, I'm going to plot out Book Nine, and discover new ways to ruin your happiness.

Im taking my time re-reading KOTW again. I wouldn't want to rush cause when I finish, read TMS and LSODM its next September till the last one, what's the point? Ill probs forget what happens in them too before the 9th lol
The room was fairly small, and surprisingly warm even though there was no heating. The only source of light was a small, single lamp by the desk. Even though I could barely see, I knew his coat was neatly folded in the corner, I knew just where to step to avoid the small tables covered in paper, canvas, and all sort of utensils, and I knew every inch of the walls were covered in canvas. There was a painting for every day I'd spent in Blogland, and there were hundreds of paintings of eyes. Some were large, some were small, all were meticulously textured and detailed, and all belonged to people he'd killed. Where there wasn't room on the walls for all of the paintings, they were stacked on the floor. The desk was littered with blueprints and sketches of every sort imaginable, and I found him bent over it, painting a new set of eyes.
"Mercy," I exclaimed, surprised. "You haven't painted her before."
"I couldn't."
"I know." I sighed. "You didn't have to do that. I could have handled the nightmare."
"I had to, and you know it. You still can't bring yourself to face what you've done."
I said nothing. It was true, and I did know it. I cursed Javier in my mind.
"He called me your girlfriend."
"A lot of them ship us."
"But you know they all think..." I paused, thinking, and couldn't supress a laugh. "Should we tell them?"
"If you'd like to."
"Nah, it's too good." It took us both a few minutes to stop laughing.
"But they could become dangerous."
"You're right. We should tell everyone at some point, I guess. But not today. I think we've had enough excitement for one afternoon." I dug out some blueprints for what looked like a well, and raised an eyebrow. "This will work in a desert?"
"Most definitely."
I grinned. "Then let's do it." He threw on his coat and we vanished together. He'd leave his painting unfinished, and I'd forget all my grievances with Javier, even if just for the day.

My birthday has been an aboslute disaster from start to finish. XD
I wanted to watch The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones with my friends (because it's one of my favourite book series), except I didn't have cinema times because the cinemas only have them for one week, making it impossible to plan. One cinema person said they updated their times on Thursday, so we checked all the cinemas on Thursday, only to discover that none of the cinemas were showing it and the nearest cinema it was on was in Leeds. -_-
So yesterday at school, at lunchtime, we decided that we would go into town and see About Time instead, so yeah.
And then my friend (let's call her D. Six people came including me, so my friends can be B, C, D, E and F. Yeah? C's the tall one who I have meaningful discussions about the world with occasionally, B's the small one who C makes fun of, E's the one who moved schools, D's the organised one who I go into town with every now and then, and F's the one who doesn't understand why you would want to watch THG. YAAAAAAY, MY FRIENDS ARE LABELLED! :)). Anyway, D took over organistion, and she looked at the train times and teh cinema times, and decided when we were going and where, then phoned everyone to tell us. This was last night, btw. XD
So, we all went to town on the train, and we had lunch and stuffs (which was fun. Seriously, I was laughing so much. XD I thought I might actually be sick from laughing. :P), and then went to watch the film. EXCEPT . . . on the phone D had told me that we'd probably have to leave the cinema early to get the train home, and I'd said fine. She said she'd also told everyone else this, but when she mentioned it on the way to the cinema they were all NOOOO, I AM NOT FUCKING MISSING THE END OF THE FILM! WHAT IS THE POINT IN THAT? Well, B was. The other were more like, "That's stupid, why would we miss the end of the film? What's the point in watching it if we don't see the ending?"
Yeah. XD
And so they were all like, we're staying. ANd D was like, we'll have to leave. And I was like, "I SHALL PLAY IT BY EAR! *nods decisivly*" because I felt like I owed D, beacsue she had organbised MY birthday, and I didn;t really ind missing the end, but I didn't want us all to spilt up, y'know?
So we sat there and watched the film, and then near the end (when we'd just found out the dad was dying of cancer) D was like "We have to leave now."
And they were all like, we're not leaving.
And D was like, "Holly, they're not leaving, we have to go now or we'll miss the train!"
And I was like waaaah what do I do, because I didn't want to leave the others there! It was MY brithday! I was (partially) responsible for them! I didn't want to abandon them!
But then I did, because they were all "You go, Holly" and D was like WE HAVE TO GO, and there were four of them and one of D so it made sense to go with her . . .
So we left, and we ran back to the station, and I was all going "They won't know the way back! I don't know the way back so how will they know? They'll get lost!" and "I have all the cinema tickets! What if they need to be checked on the way out?" and "Why do we need to get the train? We can just wait and get a later one!"
In D's defense, her mum WAS going to be waiting at the station and time we were meant to return by to take her to her dad's . . .
So we got on the train with seconds to spare and went home, with D going "I TOLD them we would have to leave before the end of the film and they were all fine with it them, so it's not our fault!" and me just, you know, regretting it . . .
And then we went home. :P
B's mum picked them up from town, though, so it's all good. :)

You know, when you asked me what they looked like, I was imagingin what I would rpely in my head, as you do, and my reply started off with "When Hunter's wearing his helmet or when he isn't?"

Anyway. His eyes change colour according to mood (although it's like smiling. You can smile when you don't mean it, and Hunter can make his eyes green when he doens't mean it), which is pretty pointless when no one sees your face most of the time anyway (helmet), and when he's not wearing it and is talking to people otehr than family (family, um, includes Ez), he generally tries to keep them one colour anyway, so what the point in the whole thing is I don't know, but Hunter does a lot of pointless things. XD
And he's hair's balck, although it didn't used to be, but it's been black for most of his life now, so yeah.
Hunter likes black. There are reasons behind it, but half of them are stupid reasons. XD
Ez has brown hair, and it's different lengths for different purposes. They can grow hair at will, like they can heal at will, and hair is easy. So I can'treally tell you a length. And I can't really tell you a shade, because I'm a bit indecisive about that, like I don't know whether Hunter'r right handed, left handed, or both. But it isn't light brown. So it's, like, medium brown or dark brown. But idk. :P
Oh, and Ez has brown eyes. Kind of dark brown. I think.
And Ez doesn't have any scars because she heals herself without them, although she sometimes has them temporarily, but Hunter has loads of scars, apart from his face and neck (he heals them off there). Which is why he wears gloves, to hide the scars on his hands (there are reasons for this having-scars-and-then-not-showing-them; some meaningful, some practucal, some stupid). And he remembers how he should be with scars, so when he heals himself without scarring the old scars often regrow. Sometimes there are some quite good patterns . . .

My best frriend irl is a girl. We have been friends for five years and during the 4th year of our friendship i began to like her and i told her and she liked me to and then once we had told eachother about our feelings we didn't talk.

no matter how hard we tried to mend it our friendship started falling apart. We ignored eachother because even though i didn't like her in a love way anymore i thought she still liked me in that way so i was afraid of talking to her for fear i was gonna get embarressed
One day we met up and talked i told her i didn't like her in that way anymore and she said the same.
Because we liked eachother and we were such good friends before it ruind it all..
So by saying you are to awesome i mean it. I feel that best frrendship is more important than a relationship. You are one of my best friends on this blog including your mother and i do NOT want to ruin that. There. that is my reason. it may make no sense to you but it does to me..... i think
