That seems to make sense to me, actually. I definitely agree on the whole Amy/River part, except, while that irritation dampened, (sorrysorrysorry) I don’t think I ever quite got rid of it, if I can say that. I preferred River when the whole case around her was a little more mysterious. I get that something had to happen about it eventually, and I’m okay that it did, but with that a-little-too-close-ness, I don’t know. I think I found that hard to deal with, not only because Donna, but because Rose, in a way. The Clara series, I barely even watched. It felt a bit too fast paced, I think, and there was that same thing that I couldn’t quite fit.
So, (and it’s difficult to say this, I’ll admit) for me, I don’t think Matt will be hard to get over the loss of, for that reason. (And, oh, god, I know you said don’t start, but a part of me may secretly be still getting over Tennant’s leaving, and maybe that’s why I struggled to watch Matt Smith’s Doctor so much. :P)
I’m hopeful for the new series, though, and, as you said, I’d like to see how they develop the plot and the character. :3

I get you - I'll understand if people dislike some music, but it's when they say it's bad because they don't like the style that I get mad about, and also, when they say they dislike a whole genre of music, too. Music should be judged by its own credit, not by what genre it's put into - because every other artist under metal, somebody could hate, but hear something by Disturbed and like it //anyway//. Like, you're not generally into pop, but you like Little Mix, right? :)
