Like, I could name things that're there (Volcano, Bra-Burning Pit -though that one hasn't come up in a long while, I think- Lake, Trees, Magical Flying Potatoes, Dragons, People, Dinosaurs, Unicorns, Crazy Man-Eating Squirrels, rainbows, et cetera) but there's, like, idk. I'm an adult. I'm 23.
Well Chase was a temporary bloglandian for a while and then became a regular and got to know everyone.
Me and him, got married in real life in December but unfortunately on the 8th of January, his lung cancer finally got the better of him and he passed away.
Everyone was on here with me when he died. And the whole of blogland grieved for him.
Now I'm trying to get Derek to write Chase into book 9 because I think it would be a great way to not only be a tribute to Chase but to preserve his memory for all of the bloglandians that grieved and still miss him to this day.

I remember reading a comment. This was when I just read the blog and didn't bother with comments. It was there though, I can't remember who it was that said it, but I think I may even be able to quote it the memory is so vivid. Ahem, "Hey Derek! Em and Chase are getting married!" And Derek replied with congratulations, I remember that much. And I remember thinking, "AW, good for them." And smiling, it brightened my half hour. I thought no more of it until I arrived on blog land in the wake of my cat's death and thinking "Didn't some people on here get married?" But remembered no more. And now it's all back, and I'm really sad and even though I never knew him, I'm kind of grieving for Chase.

Come on, Landy, I don't care if I'm not in any of the books, all I want to see is Chase's name in book 9, because he represents so many things, including Blogland. I'm not just doing this because Chase was amazing, but also because it shows how powerful Blogland is, how much of a family we are.
Blogland is home to all of us Bloglandians, even those who are gone - like Chase, Sparky, Kallista and others - and Blogland is working together for this one thing, because, though we're all different, and even though we argue sometimes, we can be a real family when we need each other and we can count on one another. So, Derek, please, #ChaseForbook9. It's not just Blogland having fun, its Blogland being a family. It's Blogland being one.
