Apologies for the lapse in communication. A lot of stuff has happened/is happening and it's hard to find the time to Blog and think about business stuff and writerly endeavours. That said, I'm still hurtling through Book 8- I think I've got a third of it done, which is good news.
Let's see... Okay, on February 20th I'll be in London as part of the Imagine Festival. I''m going to be talking about the movies that have influenced Skulduggery, and showing trailers/scenes as we go. Expect a LOT of awesome 80's movies. You can book your tickets now.
On the 7th of March I'll be at the Riverbank Arts Centre in Kildare, interviewing Alex Barclay on stage about her fantasy novel for younger readers, Curse of Kings. Alex writes some of my favourite crime novels, and she's also a very good friend of mine, and you'll be hearing a lot more from me about Curse of Kings in the next few weeks.
On the 9th of March, I'll be in Derry, the City of Culture, doing... something. For 600 people. So... there's that. Book now! If you can find out what I'm doing. Because I haven't a clue.
In April, for The Maleficent Seven release, I'll be in Dublin and Cork and Galway and Stratford and Milton Keynes and, ulp, Norwich. Where SHE lives.

HAven't fallen over since before Christmas though. OMGG, my friend fell over twice on Tuesday, and she was cooking Beef Cobbler at school that day, so when she slipped over, at some point her ovenproof dish smashed! It was all in pieces. My other friend persuaded her not to throw it in the bin, only as she was walking from fifth period (last period) to the bus with her beef cobbler at the end of school, the sharp pottery finally ripped her carrier bag open and that and the container of beef cobblet fell on the floor. *laughs* And my friend was really embarrassed coz there were all these people from her class there, so she just picked up the beef cobbler and left the potttery lying there. XD I wouldn't have been so embarrassed coz I have a reputation for being weird anyway, but that's not a good thing. :)

I've just been to a options evening. It was a complete waste of time, because it takes me 45 mins to get to my school by bus, if I get the public bus which only comes every half an hour and asdfghjkl I'm so lazy.

I went to an options evening last week! My parents praised my school, coz they always do that. They also always critise my siblings' school, coz it thinks it's so great but just creates unnecessary fuss and expensive att.
Actually, it kind of is great in theory, five outstandings in a row, BUT THAT DOESN'T STOP IT ANNOYING PEOPLE LIKE MY PARENTS.
