And what if I have nothing to talk about? What if there is nothing I WANT to talk about? Don't I get a say in any of this? Doesn't my opinion MATTER?
And of course the Twitter people are nudging me. Every. Single. Day. I can't escape them. They're getting into my head.

I'm all achey. I've had a long day and I'm tired. All I want to do is go to bed- and yet going to bed before 2 AM always seems like a waste of time. Like there's something I could be doing, some work I could be getting done...
33,000 words done on Book 8, by the way.
This time last year (January 6th) I started KOTW. I had been hideously delayed because of work to the house I'd been having done, and the deadline was fast approaching. So this year, having 33,000 words done by this stage is something of a relief. I am, of course, assuming that I can continue writing at the same rate. So, er, hopefully I can.
Wrote a cool scene yesterday. It involves Fletcher. It involves blood. It involves AWESOMENESS.

Sorry it took a while to type out, but here it is.
Somewhere around(I haven't exactly figured out where it is, I just know it's there) we have a volcano that Nix thought up, and a desert and a mountain range in the distance. Recently I found out that Val(also known as Ivy) created a castle near the lake and some of the Bloglandians have added a diving board to the lake.
And we have an ocean(also in the distance, but you can still go there) and a ballroom(not sure where it is either.)
I didn't imagine a city at first, but I read past comments that Sparky saw them also in the distance.
Nearby we have a forest, and in one part the leaves glow. Again at first, I imagined it surrounding the lake. Now I think of it somewhere to the side.

Aretha; maybe Semoc Live? Written backwards it spells 'evil comes'. Okay, maybe not.
I want to write about my OC. Her name is Sapphire Iota. She used to have a younger brother. When she was about 6, her family were at an airport and Saph wandered off the flight at the last minute and got lost in the airport, so the flight left without her. The plane crashed, killing her parents and little brother. Sapphire ran off and got taken in by a sorcerer mother with four adopted daughters called Scarlet, Jasmine, Ferne and Amber. Sapphire settled in quickly in a town with no mortals, and when she was 16 the mother moved to the American Sanctuary to get a job, leaving Sapphire in charge.
She is an Elemental and powerful Sensitive. She can read minds, send thoughts and occaisionally control someone's thoughts. For example, if someone is trying to attack her and they have no mental shields, she can force them to drop their weapons and stop fighting. Pretty useful :)
She loves her sisters to death and is highly protective of them. Sapphire is very cautious. She lost one family; she doesn't want to lose another. She's smart, but has asthma (like me!) so is rubbish at sport. Sapphire is very brave, incredibly loyal and really stubborn, but it takes her a while to trust people.
She has long wavy dark brown hair and bright blue eyes. She's a little taller than average. She fights with two long silver daggers and can be ruthless when she needs to be. She’s not the most amazing fighter in the world, but Sapphire makes up for it in sheer determination.
Do you call THAT long? :P
