RolePlay, as far as I'm aware is a collaborative project. There are numerous people and characters and each of those are unique and so will react differently to different stimuli, the people and the characters.
THat variety means that plot is not an easy thing to control, due to so many external influences. My thought is that it does not need to be controlled. Let it go where each turn takes it. There are numerous possibilities, and none of them are wrong.
There's no problem with change, conforming to others' ideas and turns and such.
There's so much to see and enjoy if you stray from your original plan and maybe sometimes it maybe doesn't work out brilliantly but it's still a different experience and you've learned AND you have the challenge of bringing everybody back into co-operation and comfort and idek if it's actually relevant to the problem but thoughts and I'm ranting and lecturing and sorry.

Sorry. I went onto dA and saw Skyril's latest collection of cat-photographs, (which are grand-scale-excellent, of course) and through a series of cognitive processes ended up deciding to draw a mechanical kind of steampunk kitty, which is rather complex, and I've got a lot of sources going on and I keep looking around for reference, and returning to the original photograph of the cat who is possibly named 'Sugar' (due to his being super sweet :3) and the drawing itself and so on.
It's really fun, but I can see it needing numerous redrafts if I ever want to finish it and-
GAH. My ear did the thing again.

The old gym, which people say was once an operating theatre or something equally disconcerting...
And the there's a story about one of the drama/performing arts rooms, which used to be, like, a mechanics garage-y kind of thing and they had cars and there's a hole in the ground so they can get beneath the car to work on the underneath or something and IDK. I don't remember the details, but I think the story goes that he fell, and because the hole in the ground and it didn't end well, basically. Or maybe he was trapped and he's knocking and knocking and calling and nobody comes. IDK. I don't remember, but that room's a so-called 'haunted' one, anyway. ^^

And what if I do and I do that and then I'm working and I don't like the work or get bored of the work and then want to do something entirely different but my qualifications are in other area/s and asdfghkl.
I have so little life experience. I don't even know most of the jobs out there, and there are so many places and the world is so full of things, and I just find it so overwhelming because possibilities will do that.

I think I am ignoring the problem, here, by just looking at something that's not really relevant but is related, and so telling myself that I'm thinking about it, and therefore doing something productive, except that it's not really productive at all. :P
I think myself into thinking that I am doing something, while simultaneously ignoring the problem.
Like when I should be revising, and I start sorting work into folders. It doesn't get me anywhere in revision, but what I am doing is related to the studying. I ignore it, but try to hide that, too. :P

The arms on my profile picture sort of look like ghost arms. You know in Merlin, that episode . . . I think it was the first in the third series? When Morgana had just come back, and she was putting mandrake roots under Uther's bed to make him go mad. And he kept seeing the ghosts of people he'd condemned to death, and they were blue and dripping with water (we watching that episode on iPlayer the first time (we've got all the box sets of Merlin, and we've watched the earlier series' so many times it's untrue. We used to go through all of them again every year. :P), and the screen kept freezing, and it froze on the face of this ghost woman and I'm always reminded of staring at her face for about fifteen minutes in frustration every time I rewatch the episode), and my profile picture's hands remind me a bit of them. :)

Like thanks. I feel like I owe thanks to pretty much every person who's ever come into contact with my life.
It's very unlikely that's ever going to happen, but I can thank people when appropriate, at the time, and then I'll have less thanks to owe in the future, if that makes sense.
So some owing is not necessarily a bad thing, because it teaches and changes things. And... stuff.
I don't know how much sense that makes. It's probably something I should think about. Hm.
