And Tom isn't even FINISHED it yet...! There's going to be some colour stuff happening, and some cool silver effects added and things, but even as it stands now, this is a cover that's going to pop out at you on the bookshelf. For Tom is awesome.
Speaking of paperbacks, we're going to start gradually removing the short stories from the reprints, with the aim of collecting everything (including the Tanith novella) into one big book in the spring of 2014. There'll be lots of brand new stories in there as well, covering the entire series. So will we see a short story starring Mr Bliss, back when he was alive? Will we see Val and pre-Remnant Tanith fighting side by side once again? Will we even catch a glimpse of Skulduggery and the Dead Men at war with Mevolent...?
To be honest I haven't a clue. I'm just making things up as I go along.

See, that's kind of my thing. I throw books at walls. Like when Sirius, Dumbledore, Snape, and Dobby died, and when Gandalf 'died' in LotR. And with Tanith, obviously. and various other books for various reasons. I also tend to do it when really good books end...
I reserve crying for really emotional deaths( Dobby in HP and Captain Jim in Anne's House of Dreams.) or extreme circumstances.(Valkyrie and Fletcher in DB, andacertain chapter ending in KotW.)
I cried about Kenspeckle and Lenka. I cried when China's library was destroyed and Skulduggery found out, you know, I can't even type it, it's too painful.
And Tesseract, I was crying so much. His CAT.
And yeah, other than that I don't really cry with books. Oh yeah, in dog books when the dog dies. Because that always happens. So I don't read dog deaths.

There is a vaccine against chickenpox, but it isn't part of the rountine vaccination program in the UK, as chickenpox is only mild and it isn't deemed very important to be vaccinated unless there is a risk of you developing complications.

I had chickenpox once! And I think I won't get it against coz my brother had it recently and I didn't catch it!
My sister had it when she was six weeks old and she had it so mildly they were worried she hadn't had it fully and would catch it again, but she didn't catch it off my brother, so . . .
I hated having Chicken Pox. But I'm the only one in my family wo didn't scar from them, I suppose.

In netball yesterday I was constantly being yelled at for not catching the ball. I could have explained that me not catching it was more annoying for me than it was for my teammates, but what would have been the point? The really annoying thing was when someone threw the ball at me and I instinctively ducked. I'm not even scared of netballs these days. I just have the instinct to DUCK. My friedns says that when someone chucks a ball at her her hands automatically go up to catch it. She was like, "Don't yours?" And I was like, "NO!" I automatically duck. I thinkl it comes from years of fearing balls . . .

I dedicate this page to Kenspeckle Grouse. He was just this sad, lonely, grumpy old man, and then Valkyrie came along and he's got this friend. He's always helping them, and he's like this wise grandfather to Val. He gets possessed by a REMNANT, but he recovers and goes right back to helping them.
