I really really really wanted to meet her and she was RIGHT THERE in front of me but then I was called away for a photo, and then there were a few people who wanted napkins signed, and when I looked around again she was gone. My editor Nick came over for it, so we were chatting about the Tanith novella and he reckons it needs only the barest of edits. What does that mean for you guys? It basically means it'll stay at around the 54,000 word mark and I won't have to cut anything out. Apart from, apparently, all those mentions of Tanith in a bikini. I sincerely don't see the problem. It's not like I have her running around nekkid or anything.

*deep breathe* At my fencing there was this old man who used to fence, and his teacher was the stunt double for Darth Vader in Return of the Jedi. Have you noticed that the fencing in the old Star Wars' is different to the fencing in Merlin and the new Star Wars'? I did, before I knew all about this. That's because in the new Star Wars' and Merlin, they have stage fighting, which is, y'know, more dramatic and stuff, whereas in the old Star Wars', they have proper fencing. Apparently the actor who played Luke Skywalker could manage to learn the fencing but the Darth Vader couldn't, so the old man at my fencing's teacher put the suit on and was filmed and they just put the actor's voice over the top. :)

I love Star Wars my mom actually sat me down and did exactly what Tanith did, in one weekend made me watch all of them except we watch 4 5 6 and then 1 2 3, then we went to see the Clone Wars. Actually we went to Disney in Florida and we eneded up going Star Wars Weekend and omg it was awesome. In every park you met characters...I had a staredown with Darth Mole and failed. a Storm or Clone Trooper nearly was gonna 'shoot' me and Darth Vador was choking people (using the hand some people reacted which was funny...) I did have a Light Saber and well...dont use a Light side one when seeing Vador

In Sunday School when we were doing abour the serpent and discussing whether it was actually literally a snake or whether the Bible was just being metaphorical, then afterwards when we were telling our mum about it she pointed out how there were Bible references everywhere (like my English teacher says that there are Shakespeare references everywhere), and she mentioned about Harry Potter and snakes having connections to Voldemort and the evil side referencing back to the Bible, and that snakes in general had been considored as sneaky and treacherous for hundreds of years, and that it all originated from the Bible and the serpent . . .

I dedicate this page to editing. Editing is amazing, unless it requires removing mentions of Tanith in a bikini. I recently finished NaNoWriMo(as in yesterday) and today I was going through and editing, and my teacher made me stop editing. My head nearly exploded. I have never ONCE had a teacher tell me not to edit. So what did I do, you ask? Continue editing of course. And after editing exactly two pages, it is already exponentially better. So I dedicate to editing.
